Deep Learning Models For Youtube Sentiment Analysis: A Comparative Study Of Bert And Gru In Danantara Indonesia
This study aims to analyse public sentiment toward Danantara Indonesia through YouTube comments and compare the performance of two deep learning models, BERT and GRU, in sentiment classification. The dataset consists of 1,065 comments collected through scraping techniques, which were pre-processed and classified into three sentiment categories: positive, neutral, and negative. The results indicate that the IndoBERT model achieved 100% accuracy, with perfect precision, recall, and F1-score for all sentiment classes. In contrast, the GRU model only achieved 60% accuracy, showing a tendency to classify almost all comments as negative sentiment. Sentiment distribution analysis reveals that the majority of comments (60%) express negative sentiment, followed by positive sentiment (25%) and neutral sentiment (15%). The dominance of negative sentiment suggests public distrust and criticism regarding the policies and transparency of Danantara Indonesia. These findings demonstrate that BERT is a more accurate model for sentiment analysis of Indonesian-language texts. Furthermore, this study recommends further evaluation to address data imbalance and improve the model’s generalization across various social contexts in digital media

Studi Eksperimental dan Analisis Optimasi Adsorpsi Cu(II) Menggunakan Kulit Pinang dengan Variasi Massa, pH, dan Suhu
The rapid growth of fisheries in Sorong city has led to severe marine pollution, especially elevated Cu II concentrations that exceed water‑quality standards and threaten both ecosystems and human health. This study aimed to develop an eco‑friendly adsorbent from agricultural waste, namely citric‑acid‑activated palm‑shell powder, for the removal of Cu II from fishing‑industry effluents. The palm‑shell powder was activated by immersion in 0.1 M citric acid for 24 h, which introduced carboxyl groups, eliminated impurities, and increased porosity and surface functionality, thereby enhancing Cu II sorption capacity. A full‑factorial experimental design was employed, testing three independent variables (adsorbent mass, solution pH, and temperature) each in triplicate, with a fixed contact time of 120 min, sample volume of 50 mL, and initial adsorbent pH 6. Optimal conditions were identified as 50 mg adsorbent (capacity = 8.354 mg L⁻¹, removal efficiency = 54.14 %), pH 9 (capacity = 10.69 mg L⁻¹, efficiency = 69.28 %), and 60 °C (capacity = 7.49 mg L⁻¹, efficiency = 48.56 %). The citric‑acid‑activated palm‑shell adsorbent demonstrated significant Cu II reduction in fishing‑effluent water and presents a low‑cost, locally available, and sustainable solution for the treatment of fisheries waste streams.
The Significance of Spiritual Leadership in Redefining the Culture of Sustainable Quality: The Process of Internalizing Values
This study examines the role of spiritual leadership in forming a sustainable quality culture in Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKI), with a case study at Nurul Jadid University. Amid global quality demands, PTKI faces a unique challenge in integrating Islamic values with modern management systems. The research problem focuses on the empirical exploration of how PTKI leaders, through their dual roles as managers and spiritual role models, succeed in internalizing religious values as the foundation of quality. Using an interpretive phenomenological approach, this study explores the subjective experiences of leaders and staff through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Key findings suggest that spiritual leadership has a significant influence on the formation of a work ethic based on sincerity and responsibility, transforming the perception of work into a form of worship and encouraging intrinsic commitment. Religious values, such as trust and honesty, are explicitly translated into institutional quality management policies and procedures, bridging potential ambiguities between religious and managerial authorities. Furthermore, spiritual leadership has proven to be a transformative force in instilling an ethos of excellent service, which is manifested in the proactive actions and empathy of the academic community. The implications include recommendations to integrate the spiritual dimension in higher education accreditation policies and leadership practices at PTKI, in order to achieve holistic and sustainable excellence
