THE IMPACT OF PRODUCER MARKETING STRATEGIES THROUGH E-COMMERCE ON UMKM IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF SHARIA ECONOMIC LAW
The rise of e-commerce has revolutionized transaction patterns and marketing strategies in Indonesia. Its ease of access, extensive promotions, and operational efficiency provide significant advantages for large-scale producers in reaching consumers. However, this advancement poses serious challenges for Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)that still operate traditionally. The imbalance in competitiveness, declining customer visits to offline markets, and threats to local economic sustainability emerge as key issues. This study adopts a qualitative approach through a literature review to analyze the impact of large producers’ marketing strategies via e-commerce from the perspective of Islamic economic law. Findings indicate that Sharia principles—such as justice, transparency, and social responsibility—demand ethical standards in competition, ensuring that digital marketing practices do not marginalize MSMEs. Therefore, regulatory and educational interventions from the government are necessary to promote inclusive digital transformation while maintaining economic balance through the application of Islamic values in online business practices
RECONSTRUCTION OF CULTURAL JURISPRUDENCE TO STRENGTHEN THE CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEE OF LOCAL CULTURE IN INDONESIA
This article aims to reconstruct the cultural fiqh approach as an integrative strategy to strengthen constitutional guarantees for local culture in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a juridical-conceptual and philosophical-cultural approach to examine the relationship between Islamic law (fiqh), local culture, and state legal norms. The analysis is carried out through a literature study of classical and contemporary fiqh texts, constitutional documents, and the thoughts of progressive fiqh figures. The research findings show that fiqh has epistemological flexibility that allows accommodation to local culture through rules such as al-‘ādah muhakkamah and maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. The Indonesian Constitution, especially Article 28I and Article 32 of the 1945 Constitution, provides a strong legal basis for the preservation of regional culture. This article formulates an integrative model between fiqh and constitutional guarantees that allows the preservation and strengthening of local culture harmoniously within the framework of Islamic values and national la
IMPLICATIONS OF LONG DISTANCE MARRIAGE ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION (Case Study at STDI Imam Syafi'i Jember)
Humans are social beings who in essence cannot live and meet their own needs. One manifestation of humans as social creatures is to get married. The couple Long Distance Marriage (LDM) who decided to live in different places and separated by distance cause each individual to need a role that should be obtained by a partner who lives one roof. Long Distance Marriage (LDM) will also interfere with the concentration of students in receiving education in lectures and motivation that tends to be unstable. This study aims to analyze the factors causing the occurrence of long distance marriage and impact as well as efforts made by STDI Imam Syafi'i students in maintaining learning motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Factors causing the occurrence of long distance marriage in STDI students academic factors, economic factors, and work factors. Negative impacts include difficulty focusing, emotional burden, difficulty setting time. The positive impact includes better time management, motivation to complete studies. Solutions for couples Long Distance Marriage in maintaining their learning motivation include routine contacting couples, asking for family support, letting intentions, manage time well.
CHARACTER BUILDING IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: COMPREHENSION OF ISLAMIC VALUE & DISCIPLINE
The research aimed to assess the effects of students’ understanding of Islamic values, the impact of discipline, and their simultaneous influence on character building. A quantitative ex post facto design was employed, using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS. The study was conducted at Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat (Poltekpel Sumbar), studies over a three‑month period from May to August 2025. The population comprised 168 students from batch VIII and IX, of whom 50 batch VIII students participated in the pilot test and 118 batch IX students served as the research sample through total sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing and was administered directly to respondents outside scheduled class hours. The results indicated that Islamic values had significant effect on students’ character building (t=7.101 > t=1.66), so hypotheis 1 was accepted. Then, discipline exerted significant effect on students’ character building (t=3.442 > t=1.66), in other words, hypothesis 2 was accepted. Furthermore, islamic values and discipline have simultaneous effect on students’ character building (F=115.253 > F=3.07), it means hypothesis 3 was accepted. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Poltekpel Sumbar integrates modules reinforcing Islamic values and discipline training into the curriculum, alongside implementing a dedicated mentoring and discipline‑monitoring system. Embedding structured modules on Islamic values and discipline within the curriculum can serve as an effective strategy for fostering students’ character development, thereby informing institutional policy and pedagogical practices

Analysis Of The Corelation Between Risk Factors And The Incidence Of Early Postpartum Hemorrhagia
Postpartum hemorrhage can be influenced by the presence of risk factors during the antenatal period and risk factors during the intrapartum period. Although postpartum hemorrhage can occur unexpectedly, several studies explain that there are risk factors that can be modified or managed with extra vigilance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of risk factors consisting of maternal age, parity, birth spacing, number of antenatal check-ups, delivery history, iron supplementation and twin pregnancies with the occurrence of early postpartum hemorrhage. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design approach. The population was all postpartum mothers at the Kembang Janggut Community Health Center, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The sample size was 30 postpartum mothers who met the sampling criteria with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used interviews and questionnaires by postpartum mothers. Data analysis using Chi-square. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between maternal age, parity, birth spacing, number of antenatal check-ups, delivery history, iron supplementation, and twin pregnancies with the incidence of early postpartum hemorrhage with the results of the chi-square analysis test obtained a p value <α (0.05). Efforts to prevent early postpartum hemorrhage need to be carried out as much as possible by improving services, counseling, and increasing training of health workers to improve competence in early detection and prevention of postpartum hemorrhag
Implementation of Semi Fowler Position to Reduce Shortness of breath on Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Patient with congestive heart failure(CHF) often experience shortness of breath due to fluid buildup in the lungsIn the Emergency Department, shortness of breath is a primary complaint requiring prompt and appropriate treatment. Incorrect body positioning can exacerbate symptoms. The semi-Fowler's position is a simple intervention that can increase lung expansion and decrease heart workload. The purpose of this studyTo determine the effectiveness of the semi-Fowler position in reducing shortness of breath in congestive heart failure (CHF) patients in the Emergency Department. The focus of the study is highly relevant to emergency clinical conditions and contributes to nursing practice in the ER, particularly in the initial management of shortness of breath symptoms due to CHF. The study used a case study design, which is appropriate to describe the direct effects of nursing interventions on individual patients in acute conditions. The duration of the intervention (1x7 hours) and respiratory rate measurements are appropriate steps to evaluate clinical changes. The results showed a decrease in respiratory rate from 30x/minute to 24x/minute after the semi-Fowler position intervention, which indicates an improvement in respiratory conditions, indicating that the breathing pattern was partially resolved, meaning the intervention provided benefits but had not completely resolved the problem of shortness of breath. These results are in line with the physiological theory that the semi-Fowler position can reduce diaphragmatic pressure and increase lung expansion
