Drug Related Problems (DRPs) Terapi Antibiotik pada Pasien Sepsis di Bangsal Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X di Surakarta
Sepsis is a systemic response to infection that can lead to organ damage and death. Inappropriate use of antibiotics is associated with prolonged hospitalisation and increases the risk of death in sepsis patients. Sepsis leads to high mortality, inappropriate antibiotic use worsens outcomes. This study was an observational study using a cross sectional design. Data collection was done prospectively through searching medical records of sepsis patients aged ≥18 years who were being treated in the inpatient ward of Hospital X in Surakarta. DRPs analysis was conducted based on the PCNE 2017 version 8.02 classification. Data were further analysed using Chi- Square to determine the association of risk factors with the incidence of DRPs. Antibiotic use consisted of empirical and definitive antibiotics with a total of 93 empirical antibiotic uses and 26 definitive antibiotic uses. The majority of empirical antibiotic use was ampicillin-sulbactam (62.36%), a combination of ampicillin-sulbactam with levofloxacin (20.43%), and the majority of definitive antibiotic use was meropenem (21.73%). DRPs problems in this study were 63.02% (75 cases) of 119 cases of antibiotic use with the most DRPs problems in the effectiveness of therapy in 52.09% of cases of antibiotic use. The risk factors studied (age, gender, length of hospitalisation, number of drugs and comorbidities) are not relate to incidence of drug related problems (P> 0.05)
Perilaku Konsumsi Hijau dalam Kegiatan Car Free Day: Studi Kasus Partisipatif di Ruang Publik
This study examines green consumption behavior during Car Free Day (CFD) activities at Simpang Lima Semarang, a public space that serves as a meeting point for social, economic, and environmental interactions. This participatory case study aims to explore the forms of environmentally friendly consumption practices implemented by visitors and vendors in the open space. The method used is a participatory case study with participatory observation and in-depth interviews conducted over four weeks, involving 70 vendors and 143 visitors, with 24 informants willing to be interviewed in depth. Data were analyzed using a thematic approach to identify emerging patterns of behavior. The results show that various green consumption practices are implemented, such as the use of tumblers and cloth shopping bags by visitors, as well as the use of environmentally friendly packaging, the provision of local or organic products, and trash bins by vendors. Supporting factors include individual environmental awareness, social values, and the influence of family or community, while the main constraints are limited facilities and access to environmentally friendly options. These findings suggest that CFD Simpang Lima functions as an informal learning space for building ecological awareness through daily social interactions. This study recommends government support and community initiatives to enhance environmental literacy and the availability of green facilities in public spaces. These findings are currently limited to short-term observations, so further research is suggested to be conducted longitudinally or expanded to other cities to compare patterns of green consumption behavior in different urban contexts

Developing IT Comic-based Mathematics Learning Media for Concept of Time for Grade V
The concept of time is a critical component of the Grade V mathematics curriculum. It is playing a significant role in the cognitive development and time management skills of elementary school students. Understanding time involves grasping the sequence of events, measuring durations, and familiarizing oneself with various units of time such as hours, days, weeks, and other intervals. One of the challenges in teaching the concept of time to fifth-grade students is their low level of abstraction, which makes it difficult for them to understand the material. In this study, the development of media focused on creating interactive comics as a teaching material for the concept of time for fifth-grade students. The research method used the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the interactive comic learning media for the concept of time for fifth-grade students is valid and effective. Based on expert assessments, this media falls into the "Valid" category, with a validation percentage of 80% for media aspects and 92% for material aspects. Product trials were conducted on 10 students at MI Miftahul Ulum, showed positive responses with a percentage of 95.42%. Thus, this interactive comic media has proven to be highly effective in supporting the learning process of concept of time. The use of this media not only improves the quality of concept of time learning but also provides an enjoyable and effective approach for students in understanding mathematics material

Subtitle Translation from a Multimodal Perspective: Text and Visual Integration in Animated Film
The global appeal of animated films has increased significantly, leading to an urgent demand for high-quality and easily comprehensible subtitle translations. This research investigates the complexities of subtitle translation in the animated film Frozen (2013) by exploring the interaction between visual elements and dialogue. Employing multimodal discourse analysis, the study evaluates how subtitles can enhance or diminish the narrative experience by aligning with or diverging from the film’s visual context. The findings indicate that while translations generally capture the intended meaning and tone, there are critical moments—especially in humorous scenes—where subtitles fail to fully resonate with the accompanying visuals. This misalignment underscores the importance of a refined approach to translation that considers the interplay of various expressive modes. The research ultimately aims to contribute to best practices in audiovisual translation, emphasizing the need for coherence between subtitles and visual storytelling to enrich audience engagement

MODERNIZING THE ISLAMIC EDUCATION CURRICULUM: INTEGRATION OF TRADITIONAL VALUES WITH TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION TO IMPROVE 21ST CENTURY COMPETENCIES
Modernizing the Islamic education curriculum is an urgent need in the era of globalization and technological development. Traditional curricula, although effective in forming spiritual values, tend to be less relevant in meeting the demands of 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, digital literacy, and global collaboration. This research aims to analyze the current condition of the Islamic education curriculum, identify the main challenges in the modernization process, and examine strategies for integrating Islamic values with technology and contemporary pedagogical approaches. This research approach is qualitative with descriptive-analytical methods. Data was collected through literature studies, in-depth interviews, observations, and case studies at Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that cultural resistance, limited access to technology, and low readiness of teaching staff are the main challenges in curriculum modernization. However, great opportunities can be optimized through the application of learning technology, competency-based curricula and multidisciplinary approaches. This research concludes that modernizing the Islamic education curriculum is a strategic step to create a generation of Muslims who are spiritually, intellectually and professionally competent. With a synergy between traditional values and modern innovation, Islamic education can be a means of transformation towards an education system that is relevant, inclusive and adaptive to global needs
