Understanding of musical grammar and practice for representation of children songs by playing the piano
Get PDFIn this research, methods for making students learn representation of children songs’ images by playing the piano were investigated continued from the last research shown in the reference [1]. In order to improve students’ skill for expression of the images, trainings for understanding of musical grammar were tried in classes of the childcare training school with the trainings from viewpoints of awareness, technique and experience described in the reference [1]. After the trainings, several surveys showed that the students’ skill had been improved. Based on the results, effective learning methods for spreading the images to small children by playing the piano were considered.（著者抄録）departmental bulletin pape
Examining Literature on Visiting Nurse Support in At-home Care for Suggestions on Terminal Nursing Care Education
Get PDF【目的】訪問看護師の支援を文献検討によって現状と課題を把握し，有用な教育課
題を明らかにする。
【方法】医学中央雑誌とメディカルオンラインを使用し国内の文献に限定した。キー
ワードは「在宅」「看取り」「グリーフケア」とし，過去5 年間に発表された原著
論文10 件を抽出した。
【結果】対象文献の10 件を分析した。在宅での看取りは，家族や患者本人の意向
に沿った支援が重要であり安心して最期を迎えられるように療養環境を整えるこ
とを示唆する内容が主であった。家族の看取りの満足度は約7 割であり信頼関係
がその後の遺族ケアに繋がっていた。しかし，在宅看取りの看護師の負担増大や
看護師へのケア不足，家族への看取り後の支援や看取りの支援制度の不足，看護
師育成・教育への課題があげられた。
【結論】訪問看護師には療養者や家族が安心して看取れる環境を提供するための専
門的な知識や技術が必要であり，そのための看護師育成・教育が求められ，看護

Learning of Early Childhood Education and Care(ECEC)Students from The“ECEC theory” Classes －Visualization of students' "views on childcare" using text mining－
Get PDFThe "ECEC theory " was newly established as a subject to learn about the professionalism of childcare providers involved in childcare and support for parents. This subject is required for both the childcare provider training course and the kindergarten teacher training course. The 2018 amendments to the Guidelines for Education and Childcare positioned daycare centers as early childhood education facilities, reaffirming the importance of education for young children. In this day and age, when so much attention is being paid to the state of early childhood education, it is the responsibility of early childhood education course to train competent childcare providers who have the appropriate personality and specialized knowledge a childcare provider, and who are also skilled in childcare techniques. Therefore, this study analyzes how the "view of childcare" held by the students has changed through the specialized study of "ECEC theory. In this study, I used KH Coder (Ver. 3), a free software for text mining, to try to capture the overall trend of students' free descriptions while ensuring objectivity. An Essay on the Career Education for Preventing Workplace Harassment in Childcare Educational Institution

Workplace harassment of childcare workers is expected to have a negative impact on children. Therefore, it is necessary to provide career education to prevent workplace harassment in in childcare educational institution. I interviewed two nursery principals about the impact of workplace harassment. It was pointed out that in order to prevent harassment in the workplace of childcare workers, it is necessary to improve the working environment of childcare workers and change their awareness of working styles. Teachers' Awareness of Dealing with Gender Diversity in School Education - From the results of a questionnaire survey to teachers in Gunma Prefecture -

As a result, it was found that many teachers believe that gender diversity should be conducted in school education. However, on the other hand, it was understood that the proportion of practice was small. Active learning in basic nursing education: Current practices and learning evaluation
Get PDF【目的】看護基礎教育におけるアクティブラーニングの現状と学修評価について検
討し，今後の課題を明らかにすることである。
【方法】医学中央雑誌Web版を用いて文献検索を行い，アクティブラーニングを取
り入れた講義や演習の現状，評価方法と効果について検討した。
【結果】分析対象文献は28件で，アクティブラーニングの対象者は2年生，3年生
が多く，様々な科目で実施されていた。実施回数は数回から科目全体で実施する
ものまで幅広く，最も多く用いられていた技法はTeam-Based Learning（ TBL）だっ
た。評価方法は学生の認識や学習行動の自己評価を評価指標とし，独自の調査項
目を設定して事後評価したものが多く，パフォーマンス評価は少なかった。アク
ティブラーニングの効果として，学生の知識理解・活用や社会的スキルの能力向
上などが示されていた。
【結論】今後の課題として学修目的，目標を踏まえたうえで，アクティブラーニン
