    Previous research has suggested the effectiveness of Araki's theory of co-ordination training, and instructors have felt that it has had an effect on the daily behavior of infants and students, not only in improving their motor skills but also in improving their academic ability and mental composure. Furthermore, basic co-ordination training was created by Professor Emeritus Araki Hideo of Tokushima University, who created the program itself, and it has been suggested that it can be taught regardless of the instructor's experience, and that it has a significant effect on children's composure and daily behavior. Based on the impressions of instructors who have taught co-ordination training in the field of education, this study considered the versatility of instruction and methods for training instructors, based on whether the effects are apparent regardless of the instructor's background or context, such as age, experience, or gender, as well as what challenges the instructors themselves consider to be challenges. As a result, the challenges of teaching Araki-style co-ordination training and its potential for productivity were revealed. We have been researching the use of Araki's Co-ordination Training, believing that if we can see significant changes in children's daily behavior and language and other comprehension abilities, the burden on teachers can be significantly reduced. We will continue this research and bring the results back to the classroom, which we believe will help solve the many problems currently piling up in education.departmental bulletin pape

    Consideration of educational methods for children’s language understanding and acquisition -Utilizing Araki method co-ordination training-

    One of the recent social problems is troubles caused by social networking sites. It is also an urgent issue in schools. Regarding troubles on SNS, we believe that the causes are twofold: the younger age at which children are using smartphones and tablet devices, and the resulting decrease in opportunities for children to understand and learn language that they themselves feel is the result. In other words, the decline in communication skills is one of the causes. We believe that it is necessary to consider Araki-methods co-ordination training and educational methods that incorporate co-ordination theory as a way to solve these problems. There is a theory that movement and rhythm are especially important in learning English, and we believe that the same can be said about understanding and mastering Japanese. It has been suggested that Araki-methods co-ordination training is effective not only in improving athletic ability but also academic ability, and it can be said to be highly versatile in terms of the situations and methods in which it can be used. In this study, we focused on the co-ordination training and educational methods that incorporate Araki-methods co-ordination training and co-ordination theory for children to understand and learn language, and summarized the impressions and thoughts of instructors about its effectiveness. In addition, we considered children's language understanding and acquisition based on literature related to education and language and physicality. Araki-methods co-ordination Training theory is a training method that stimulates the brain and nerves through the body, improving all kinds of movements and thinking abilities. It is believed that this can also enhance the effectiveness of educational methods that encourage children to understand and acquire language. Feedback from teachers in the educational field and co-ordination training instructors also suggests that solving these problems may also help solve various issues facing the educational field.departmental bulletin pape

    看護師によるAYA世代がん患者への意思決定支援に関する文献検討

    【目的】看護師によるAYA 世代がん患者への意思決定支援について述べられている文献を対象に,意思決定支援の具体的な内容を明らかにし,意思決定支援の示唆を得る。 【方法】文献検索は医学中央雑誌Web 版を用いた。AYA 世代のがん患者に対する看護師の意思決定支援について記載されている文献を分析対象とした。意思決定の定義に基づき看護師の意思決定支援内容を抽出し整理した。 【結果】6 件の文献が抽出された。看護師によるAYA 世代がん患者への意思決定支援の内容は,AYA 世代のがん患者に対する支援,親子に対する支援,看護師が意思決定支援を行う際の基本的な姿勢であった。 【結論】看護師によるAYA 世代がん患者への意思決定支援は,患者の権利を擁護し,患者と親の状況や意向を汲み取り,仲介することで意向をすり合わせ,AYA 世代のがん患者が意思表明できるよう促す支援が重要であることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

    終末期がん患者と家族の療養場所の希望における相違と病棟看護師のアプローチ:A氏の事例を通じて

    【目的】終末期患者と家族へ退院支援に関するインタビューを実施し,意見の相違や気持ちを把握し,病棟看護師の関わりを振り返ることで看護師のアプローチを明らかにする。 【方法】緩和ケア病棟に入院中の療養場所の希望に相違がある患者1 名とそのキーパーソンを対象者とした。研究者が作成したインタビューシート(退院調整開始時,退院直前)と研究シートを用いて患者,家族へインタビューを実施。カルテ内の看護記録から情報を得た。 【結果・結論】自宅退院を目指す家族の一番の問題は「介護の不安」である事が分かった。患者と家族の思いの相違があったにも関わらず,妻の気持ちが「退院させてあげてもいいかな」と変化したのは,①患者と家族に寄り添い,ニーズを把握する,②患者と家族の不安要素へ対応する,③患者の全身状態を把握し,タイムリーに対応し,個別性のあるサポートをする,これらを病棟看護師が行った結果であると考えられる。  患者や家族は不安や緊張,恥ずかしさなどという思いから,自ら医療者へ声をかける事に抵抗がある人も多いのではないかと感じた。患者や家族が自分の思いや本心を表出しやすいような環境やコミュニケーションを通じて信頼関係を作る事は今後の課題である。departmental bulletin pape

    In this study, we examined the thoughts and attitudes of teachers behind the creation of a space that proved the hypothesis that "people may be connected by perceiving (a person's sensibility or expression) as 'humorous'" by using records of the round-table discussion. The aim was to obtain hints for connecting diverse people from the results. Several points were identified in the round-table discussion. The basis for these was found to be the point of "recognizing the fundamental existence of each individual." It was also inferred that in current school education, "teacher-likeness" and "student-likeness" are required, and the diversity of each individual person is not recognized. In order to break this current situation, it is necessary to cultivate an atmosphere where each individual's uniqueness can be shared and appreciated with humor, and educators need to be prepared to support this.departmental bulletin pape
