Multicultural Childcare and Education Initiatives in Echizen, Fukui
Get PDFFollowing the implementation of the revised Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act in April 2019, which includes a new type of visa that allows thousands of foreign people to work in Japan, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology conducted a second nationwide survey on the schooling status of children of foreign nationality in 2022. The survey revealed that out of 133,300 foreign children, there may be as many as 10,000 children who are not attending Japanese schools despite being eligible for enrolment. This is a situation that cannot be overlooked from the perspective of achieving the SDGs, which are based on the principle of 'no one is left behind', and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states that 'all children must have free primary education as a duty'. So far, various initiatives have been taken by local municipalities to address these issues. However, the response is still left to the efforts of individual municipalities, and there is still a large disparity between municipalities. Therefore, initiatives of Echizen, Fukui, an advanced multicultural region were reported. Echizen abolished the nationality clause in 2000 and employed foreign staff member in 2014. It is also working to promote multiculturalism in cooperation with a business and a university. In particular, the budget has been increased, to ensure the availability of personnel to support foreign children. 大学の看護基礎教育における中・高機能シミュレータを用いたシミュレーション教育の学習成果に関する量的研究の現状
Get PDF【目的】日本における先行研究について，大学の看護基礎教育における中・高機能シミュレータを用いたシミュレーション教育の学習成果に関連する量的研究を整理することを目的とした。
【方法】医中誌WEB（Ver.5）にて看護，教育，シミュレータをキーワードに文献検索を行った。文献のタイトルと抄録，または本文を確認し，本研究のテーマに該当する文献を抽出し，学習成果に該当する部分に着目し文献を整理した。
【結果】4件の文献が抽出された。4件の学習成果は，実施したシミュレーション演習の達成状況を報告する内容であり，特定の対象，教育内容，教育方法に限定された結果であった。
【結論】到達目標が達成できるよう，教育内容や方法を，先行研究の結果から検討することは重要である。学習成果の評価や評価方法の検討，シミュレーション演習における学習成果の特徴，関連要因，シミュレーション演習の効果など，教育内容や教育方法を検討する際の一助となるような研究が求められる。departmental bulletin pape
