Examination of learning effects by utilizing the reflection shuttle card
Get PDF【目的】リフレクションシャトルカード（Reflection shuttle card 以下RS カード）
による学修効果を明らかにすることである。
【方法】講義でＲＳカードを活用した大学1 年生を対象とし，全講義終了後，二件
法と自由記載の質問からなるアンケートを実施し量的質的な検討を行った。
【結果】ＲＳカードは，学修意欲に87％，学びのまとめとして98％の効果があった。
教員からの返信は，学修意欲を高める効果が87％，学びを深めることについては
87％効果があった。教員からの返信が及ぼす影響について，返信内容が肯定的な
場合47 のコードが3 つのカテゴリに，否定的な場合25 のコードが 3 つのカテゴ
リに分類された。ＲＳカード活用の利点では68 のコードが7 つのカテゴリに，欠
点では25 のコードが4 つのカテゴリに分類された。
【結論】1. ＲＳカード形式は，学修意欲を高め，学びのまとめとして〈考えや要点
の整理〉〈講義の振り返り〉ができ学生が自信をもつ機会となる。
2. 教員からの返信は学修意欲を高め，学びを深めることに効果がある。
3. 教員からの返信内容は，学生が感じる肯定的・支持的あるいは分析的・評価的

The relationship between artistic experience in early childhood and junior high school students' awareness of art Ⅱ: Focusing on experiences related to compositional play and appreciation
Get PDFIn this paper, we report the relationship between activities related to artistic expression in early childhood and "likes and dislikes" ,and their poor at art by junior high school students. This is the second report. I was carried out by the question paper investigation. Among the questions, this time, we focused on "experience using blocks and wood blocks in early childhood", "experience of touching picture books in early childhood", "experience of visiting museums in early childhood", and "storage status at home of works produced in early childhood and elementary school age". As a result, we were able to find the possibility that various experiences such as "composition play using blocks and wood blocks", "touching picture books", and "experience of exhibiting and appreciating works" will create positive feelings about art in the future. （著者抄録）departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThe decline in the athletic ability of young children is also associated with the decline in the ability of daily activities such as communication ability, and the main factor is the decrease in exercise play, their companions, and places where they can exercise. In addition, the childcare environment is also a major factor, such as changes in the view of childcare. Furthermore, under the current situation of the spread of new coronavirus infections, research on more efficient exercise guidance and health guidance is needed. Therefore, in this study, we focused on coordinating training based on the theory of Professor Emeritus Hideo Araki of the University of Tokushima, and examined its effectiveness.
From the questionnaire survey of childcare workers, many of the current behavioral issues for inf-ants were "restlessness", "difficulty in giving instructions", and "dependence on the media", which are associated with childhood. Most likely due to lack of necessary exercise or stimulation from. And those issues are also mentioned as "expected effects of coordination training".
In this study, it was suggested that "instruction and communication problems", "physical strength", and "lack of exercise", including the above problems, could be improved by performing Araki-style coordination training.（著者抄録）departmental bulletin pape
新人看護師の血液透析導入指導に対する思いと課題 ― 新人看護師へのインタビュー調査から ―
Get PDF【目的】内科病棟に勤務する新人看護師の血液透析導入指導に対する思いと課題を
明らかにする。
【方法】A 病院内科病棟へ入職となった新人看護師4 名を対象に，作成したインタ
ビューガイドを基に半構成的面接を行った。面接内容を逐語録に起こしコード, カ
テゴリー化し意味内容を分析した。
【結果】血液透析導入指導で困った内容として「透析室と病棟の連携」「個別性の
ある指導」等のカテゴリーが挙がった。指導で困った際の対応方法として，先輩
看護師など「他者に相談」等のカテゴリーが挙がった。対象者は指導に対する負
担を感じ, 理由として「時間通りにできない」等のカテゴリーが挙がった。負担を
軽減するための対策として「運用マニュアルの使用」等のカテゴリーが挙がった。
指導を行う上で心がけていることとして「食事指導」「認知度に合わせた指導」等
のカテゴリーが挙がった。
【結論】新人看護師は，血液透析導入指導において，知識不足や病棟と透析室との
連携の不足, 患者への個別性のある教育指導の難しさを感じており，指導実施にお

実習グループメンバーの相互理解の深化を目指したカンファレンス方法の検討 ― 構造化連想法を用いた事例を振返る ―
Get PDF【目的】構造化連想法を活用したカンファレンスの過程及び後の感想を検討するこ
とで，学生に与えた効果を検証し，効果的なカンファレンスの方法の開発への示
唆を得る。
【方法】各論実習の開始当初の2 グループを対象とした。カンファレンスは逐語記
録し，記録をもとに個人の変化と連想の連動性を検討した。カンファレンスの感
想を実習終了直後と，半年経過後に収集しテキストデータとし分類し検討した。
【結果】カンファレンスの経過では，グループA・B 共に当初表出されたネガティ
ブな感情が，決意や意欲へと変化した。感想の分析では終了直後47 コード4 カテ
ゴリを得た。半年後の感想の分析では22 コード4 カテゴリを得た。
【結論】1. 連動や共感の効果で決意や意欲を得る効果が示唆された。
2. グループアプローチに特有な要因と共にSAT グループ特有の連想の連動による
気付きによる効果があることが示唆された。

改正臓器移植法制定後の脳死・臓器移植に対する看護師の思い ― 現状からみえてきた課題 ―
Get PDF【目的】改正法成立後の脳死・臓器移植に関する先行研究を概観し，また，看護師
が実際の移植現場で感受した内容や意識を明らかにすることで，看護師に必要と
なる支援について示唆を得る。
【方法】医学中央雑誌Web 版，CiNii を用い，「脳死」「臓器移植」「看護」をキーワー
ドに過去10 年間の文献を検索し研究動向を検討した。さらに，研究条件を満たし
た6 文献の内容を検討した。
【結果】先行研究を年次別にみたところ年々減少傾向にあり，看護師自身に向けら
れた研究は少なかった。文献内容から，看護師は移植医療に対する戸惑いや複雑
な感情を抱いていた。また，臓器提供マニュアルを読んだことがない割合が多く，
知識不足により看護実践の場面で消極的な態度となっていた。
【結論】移植医療に携わり職務遂行と人間の生死との狭間で苦しむ看護師に対し，
看護師自身が抱える困難を表出できる支援が必要である。また，移植医療に対す
る知識獲得と，看護師自身が死生観について考え続けていくことが重要である。（著者抄録）departmental bulletin pape
