INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE AND THE QUALITY OF SERVICE TO THE DECISION TO STAY AT REDDORZ PONDOK LABU
Get PDFThis study was conducted on purpose to help examining and analyzing the Brand Image and Quality of Service affect the Decision to Stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. To find out and analyze the quality of brand image and service like what is dominant to influence the decision to stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. The study was conducted at Reddorz Pondok Labu. The results indicated that brand image and also service quality gives such a positive and also significant influence toward the decision to stay at Reddorz Pondok Labu. This means that the decision to stay is determined by the brand image and quality of service of a hotel or guesthouse that provides comfort to every consumer. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling techniques. The data were collected using the souce of primary data by givig set of questionnaires to 99 respondents. The analysis applied is testing techniques that exist in SPSS 23. ANALISIS DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA GURU SD DI KECAMATAN BANDAR BARU KABUPATEN PIDIE JAYA
Get PDFThe study was conducted on a sample of 227 SD Negeri Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya teachers, with the aim of knowing; 1) the partial effect of work environment and organizational culture on teacher job satisfaction, 2) the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, and 3). The influence of the work environment and organizational culture through job satisfaction has implications for teacher performance. This research is in the form of a survey using quantitative descriptive methods and associative analysis between variables using a path analysis approach. The results of the study found that; a). There is a direct and indirect influence of work environment factors on teacher job satisfaction of 85.64%, while the influence of school organizational culture factors on teacher job satisfaction is 86.08%. b). there is an effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, which is 15.76%. c). EVALUASI PENERAPAN E-COMMERCE PADA PERUSAHAAN DISTRIBUTOR PT PANAHMAS DWITAMA DISTRINDO JEMBER
Get PDFThe digital era has caused people\u27s shopping patterns to change from offline to online. Many companies are competing to establish e-commerce to meet the ever-increasing online market. PT. Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember is a manufacturing product distribution company PT Unilever Indonesia which dominates the market in Jember and its surroundings, and has also implemented an e-commerce called Panahmas Warung since 2020. This descriptive qualitative research method aims to evaluate how the application of e-commerce supports the success of Panahmas marketing in developing the market. As a result, Panahmas Warung was not managed seriously, so it ran static, and the application was discontinued in 2022. The reason for stopping the Panahmas Warung application was allegedly due to its inability to develop the company\u27s market or business. There are many causes for Panahmas Warung\u27s failure such as lack of human resources, lack of user interest, lack of promos, lack of collaboration and lack of social media utilization because the managing human resources are not adaptive to the latest technology. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that as a consumer goods distributor company, PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo has quite a big opportunity in developing its business. The factors that support the program include the support of human resources, paramedics, satisfactory service and support from the government. This Researh using quantitative data and time series data obtained from financial statements PT. Siantar Top Tbk. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling taken during the period 2017-2020 Stock Prices, Inflation, Interest Rate and Exchange Rate. Analysis model used in this study was a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate partial variable inflation rate has a significant negative correlation effect and variable interest rate has positively and significantly correlated to the price of company stock Siantar Top Tbk. Exchange Rates does not have a significant effect on stock price fluctuations Siantar Top. While the simultaneous or independent variable inflation rate, interest rate and exchange rate has a significant influence on company\u27s stock price Siantar Top. The coefficient of determination in this study was 71.29%, which indicates that the variation in inflation, Interest Rate, and Exchange Rate was able to explain the variation in stock price PT. STUDI KORELASIONAL ANTARA DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP TINGKAT KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PESERTA MAGANG LPK MEI )
Get PDFThis research was conducted from August 2021 to December 2021. The research method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative analysis method. The number of samples is 37 respondents of KAP MEI Apprentice employees. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression analysis and pearson correlation coefficient analysis. With a simple regression analysis the authors buy goods that can be used to predict the level of employee performance through work discipline variables in the research object. The regression obtained is the regression equation which can be used to predict the Y variable, namely the level of employee performance through the X variable, namely work discipline, Y = 15.251 + 0.379X. The a value is 15,251, meaning that if there is no work discipline variable (X), then the employee\u27s performance (Y) is already 15,251. Then the work discipline variable has a positive b that is equal to 0.379, meaning that the correlation of work discipline has a positive influence or is directly proportional to the performance of the LPK MEI apprentice employees. This implies that if work discipline increases by 0.379, employee performance will increase by 0.379 and vice versa. The second method is the correlation coefficient method which aims to determine the level of relationship between variable X and variable Y. In this study, a correlation of (r) = 0.599 was obtained. This shows that the correlation level of work discipline has a positive and moderate effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the calculation of the coefficient of determination (Kd) = 35.9%. This shows that work discipline contributes to employee performance by 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors. The results of the significance test (t test) obtained a value of 4.432 while the t table was 1.687. The result is tcount > ttable, thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between work discipline on the performance of LPK MEI apprentices

In this case using technical analysis to see the free float of stocks from LQ 45, reading history or portfolios of minority shares or remaining shares that can be sold to the regular market or for novice investors by analyzing the movement of stock trends from a stock report, can sort out free float efficient and inefficient stocks, so as to increase the accuracy of novice investors in making the right investment decisions. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds, LDR, ROA, and ROE on the amount of lending in all commercial banks listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The population in this study were all commercial banks listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The data collection technique in this study used a documentation study. To analyze the research using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method assisted by the SPSS 17 program. The results of the study prove that third party funds, LDR, ROA and ROE simultaneously affect the amount of credit disbursement. the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) obtained a value of 69.9% of the independent variables affect the distribution of commercial bank loans and the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds, LDR, ROA, and ROE on the amount of lending in all commercial banks listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2018. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. While the approach used in this research is to use descriptive analysis using the results of questionnaire data that has been distributed to 93 respondents.
