This research uses library research methods. The application of this method is carried out systematically through several steps, starting from determining a general topic, careful literature analysis, collecting and analyzing books as a theoretical basis, as well as searching for journals and relevant literature from previous research regarding language pragmatics and language politeness. The purpose of writing this article is to understand the theory of language pragmatics and language politeness. Penerapan Culturally Responsive Teaching sebagai Pendekatan untuk Mengoptimalkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik
Critical thinking skills are important skills that must be possessed by 21st century students, but their development at Elementary School level is still constrained by the lack of an approach that accommodates cultural diversity. Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach offers solution by integrating local cultural values in learning to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study analyzes the application of CRT to optimize students' critical thinking skills. This study uses qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the application of the CRT approach can optimize students' critical thinking skills by integrating local culture, increasing active involvement, and creating an inclusive learning atmosphere. Learning models that are integrated with the CRT approach can optimally improve critical thinking skills, including Project Based Learning model, Problem Based Learning model, Discovery Learning model, Cooperative Learning model, and Guide Inquiry model
Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dalam Pembelajaran PKn untuk Membangun Karakter Cinta Tanah Air Siswa Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to analyze how the integration of Pancasila values in Citizenship Education (PKn) can build the character of love for the homeland in elementary school students. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation conducted, it was found that most teachers have made efforts to integrate Pancasila values into the learning activities. The values of love for the homeland and mutual cooperation became the main focus in the learning process, with teachers using various methods such as group discussions, simulations, and educational games. The application of Pancasila values is more focused on introducing theory rather than on practices that are relevant to the students' real-life experiences. The findings show that although teachers recognize the importance of experience-based learning, time and resource constraints remain the main challenges in implementation. Documentation indicates that the instructional modules developed include goals to build the character of love for the homeland, but their implementation has not sufficiently linked Pancasila values to the daily lives of students. This study recommends the development of more contextual and experience-based learning methods to strengthen the positive impact in building the character of love for the homeland
Design Pembelajaran Berpihak pada Peserta Didik terhadap Hasil Belajar Materi Pecahan Senilai Kelas IV SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01
Student-centered learning has not been successfully implemented, according to the findings of interviews conducted with fourth grade teachers. Students have a variety of learning demands. Efforts made by teachers by using TaRL techniques to increase students' interest in learning. Finding out what the value of fractions is through various methods is the goal of the PBL learning paradigm. This research uses mixed methodology, which combines two different approaches: qualitative and quantitative with a case study research design. By thoroughly describing a case that becomes the focal point of the research. The data collection method in this study is based on the assessment of learning outcomes, which includes knowledge, understanding, ability, attitude, and value. Students' learning outcomes were maximized in the first lesson using the TaRL approach. This method makes learning more focused and efficient. Although the TaRL approach can be used to improve student learning outcomes, it still requires hard work and creativity to advance students who have not achieved their learning outcome targets and retain students who have achieved their learning outcome targets
Penerapan Prompt Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Identifikasi Melodi Dan Ritme Sederhana Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Usia 7-8 TahunDi Sekolah XYZ Jakarta
This study aims to assess the implementation of physical and visual prompts in enhancing the skills of identifying melodies and rhythms in special needs children aged 7-8 years at XYZ School in Jakarta. This study involved four children attending a special music education class, who have difficulties in identifying melodies and rhythms on the piano. Using an action research method, the instruments used included questionnaires and a Likert scale evaluation rubric for quantitative data, as well as observations and anecdotal notes for qualitative data. The physical prompts used involved direct assistance to the participants' hands to guide them to the correct note positions, while the visual prompts consisted of visual cards displaying musical notation. Initially, the participants' ability to identify melodies and rhythms was 0%, categorized as 'Not Developed'. After two intervention cycles, the ability to identify melodies increased to 98.21% and simple rhythms reached 100%, both categorized as 'Developed as Expected'. These findings support the integration of physical and visual prompts into the curriculum of special schools and teacher training, to maximize the learning potential of special needs children. Further studies are recommended to help educators understand various types of prompts and their applications in a broader educational context
Analisis Kemampuan Membuat Tempat Pensil Dari Kain Perca Pada Siswa Laki-Laki Kelas VII SMP Negeri 31 Medan
In making craft products from patchwork fabrics, the abilities of male students are still not optimal compared to female students. This is due to the lack of interest of male students in practice because they assume that patchwork fabric crafts are women's work, from year to year the products produced are the same, male students are less active and less creative in making craft products. The purpose of the study was to determine the ability to make pencil cases from patchwork fabrics in male students. The research was conducted in August 2019. The research design used was descriptive research. The population in this study were male students in grade VII of SMP Negeri 31 Medan with a total of 143 students. The research samples were male students of class VII-4 totaling 18 students and VII-5 totaling 15 students. The data collection tool used was an observation sheet observed by 5 observers with an assessment grid consisting of 13 indicators. The results of the ability to make pencil cases from patchwork fabrics in male students of class VII SMP Negeri 31 Medan obtained 64,6% of students have very good abilities, 29,1% of students in the good category, 3,5% of students in the less category, and 2,8% of students in the sufficient category. When viewed from 13 aspects of the assessment, the highest ability is in the aspect of measuring the length of hemp rope with an average score of 94,2 and the ability to adjust the color of decorative buttons with the color of the fabric with an average value of 93,7

Dalam era globalisasi, penguasaan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar menjadi kompetensi utama, tidak hanya dalam konteks akademis tetapi juga dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Buku Bahasa Indonesia Tingkat Lanjut: Cakap Berbahasa dan Bersastra Indonesia untuk SMA Kelas XI karya Rahmah Purwahida dan Maman hadir untuk mendukung penguasaan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia melalui pendekatan kontekstual yang relevan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian materi buku tersebut dengan capaian pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, menilai kelayakan kebahasaan, serta mengevaluasi kelengkapan dan keakuratan materi yang disajikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dan metode analisis isi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa materi dalam buku ini disusun secara sistematis dan sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, seperti keterampilan membaca kritis, menulis teks, serta apresiasi sastra. Integrating Virtual Reality Into English Language Instruction: Assessing Efficacy And Student Motivation
This study investigates the effectiveness of incorporating Virtual Reality Videos into the English language learning model at Universitas Teknologi Digital Indonesia. Employing a quasi-experimental design, the researcher implemented two distinct learning methods across separate class groups. One group utilized the Virtual Reality learning model, while the other adhered to traditional instructional methods. The assessment of the learning model's efficacy employed statistical tests and questionnaire analyses administered to participants post-learning sessions, coupled with classroom observations. Results from the research revealed that students utilizing Virtual Reality videos achieved higher scores compared to those using conventional videos. While questionnaire responses indicated relatively comparable outcomes, Virtual Reality videos demonstrated a marginal advantage concerning student learning experiences and motivation. This article will discuss various theories of axiology and their application in various aspects of life, with the aim of providing a deeper understanding of how values shape our views of the world and guide our actions within society. Axiology is a branch of philosophy that studies values in human life, including moral, aesthetic, and other values that determine what is considered good, right, or beautiful. The main focus of axiology is to answer questions about the foundation and nature of values, as well as how we evaluate and establish what is valuable in everyday life. Throughout the history of philosophy, various schools of thought have developed, such as Aristotle’s view, which links values with virtue, and Kant’s view, which emphasizes the importance of universal moral principles in determining right actions. Axiology also involves the study of aesthetics, which examines judgments of beauty in art and nature. As time progresses, axiology has become increasingly relevant in addressing social and technological ethical issues, such as justice, freedom, and moral responsibility in the digital age
Upaya Pencegahan Perilaku Bullying Anak Usia SD Melalui Kegiatan Sosialisasi Di SD Negeri 1 Jamblang
Bullying behavior in elementary school environments often occurs due to students' lack of understanding of its negative impacts. The Student Service Program at SDN 1 Jamblang aims to prevent bullying, intolerance, and sexual violence through three phases: planning, implementation, and evaluation.The planning phase includes the creation of materials, data collection, and activity preparation. The implementation phase involves delivering materials, interactive discussions, and creating "Stop Bullying" posters. The evaluation is conducted through questionnaires to measure students' understanding.The program results showed a significant increase in students' awareness of bullying issues and positive behavioral changes. The school environment became more inclusive, the learning atmosphere more conducive, and student interactions more harmonious. However, challenges such as lack of support from relevant parties, limited resources, and resistance to changes in teaching methods need to be addressed.The success of this program provides a strong foundation for its sustainability and can serve as a model for other schools. Continued support from all stakeholders is essential to ensure the program's long-term effectivenes
