Research on the development of flipbook-based e-modules was carried out at the Ujungbatu vocational high school, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The data collected was validation data tested by media experts and material experts. The results from both experts show the category is very feasible. The validation test carried out by media experts got a percentage of 85%, while the validation test score obtained by material experts got a percentage of 83%. Research on the development of digital flipbook-based e-modules involved 15 students in field tests by students getting a result of 84%, it can be concluded that the development of a flipbook-based e-module on the subject of creative entrepreneurial products is in the very suitable category for us

Get PDFThe research carried out aims to determine the learning interest of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 14 Ambon, as well as various factors that influence students' learning interest. Data collection was carried out using observation, questionnaire and interview techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out using two research methods, namely the qualitative data analysis method which used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while the quantitative data analysis method used the questionnaire distribution technique. The level of student interest in learning PAK can be seen in four learning indicators, namely feelings of enjoyment towards PAK subjects, interest in PAK subjects, students' enthusiasm for participating in PAK learning, and students' attention to the teacher. Meanwhile, the factors that cause students' interest in learning to be low can be seen in the interview results which are divided into two, namely internal factors (within the student) and external factors (from outside the student). Based on this research, the author concludes that students' interest in learning in class XI IPS still needs to be improved. Factors that hinder learning need to be considered, not only an educator who plays a role in increasing students' interest in learning but also assisted by parents and the environment where children learn so that children are motivated to increase their interest in learning

Based on the results of observations of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu, it was found that there was a lack of student enthusiasm in participating in physical activities and sports in PJOK learning. teachers in motivating students or providing positive encouragement related to PJOK learning, The presence of students with low levels of motivation can be an indicator of problems that need to be addressed, Physical environmental conditions, such as inadequate sports facilities, may influence the level of student motivation to learn, and Low level of awareness students about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness can be a problem, resulting in a lack of motivation to participate in PJOK activities. The test used in this research used a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study was 130 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Siak Hulu. Work Communication has a significant positive effect on the Performance of Permanent Non-Civil Servant (PNS) Employees at Home Prof Ngoerah Central General Hospital, 3. Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance of Permanent Non Civil Servant Employees (PNS) at the Central General Hospital Prof Ngoerah, 4. Organizational Commitment does not mediate work communication on the Performance of Permanent Non Civil Servant Employees (PNS) at Prof Ngoerah Central General Hospital. Penerapan Total Quality Management Pada Dunia Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving the performance of education staff. In an era of globalization that demands improving the quality of education, TQM is considered a strategic approach that is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of education personnel. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers and administrative staff, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of TQM in selected vocational schools. The research results show that the implementation of TQM contributes significantly to improving the performance of education personnel in several main aspects: first, through strengthening a quality culture that emphasizes the importance of student satisfaction and achieving high education standards; second, continuous work process improvement through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle; and third, increasing job satisfaction and professionalism of educational staff through continuous training and career development programs. In addition, key factors that support the successful implementation of TQM in the educational environment include strong commitment from school management, active involvement of all stakeholders, and effective and transparent communication. This research also identifies challenges in implementing TQM, such as resistance to change and limited resources, but emphasizes that the long-term benefits of implementing TQM are much greater. The conclusion of this research is that TQM is an effective and efficient strategy in improving the performance of educational staff in vocational schools, and therefore, can be adopted more widely by other educational institutions. Successful implementation of TQM will have a positive impact on the overall quality of education, so that it can produce graduates who are competent and ready to compete in the world of work
Meta Analisis terhadap Tantangan dan Peluang dalam Implementasi Model Problem Based Learning pada Pelajaran IPS di Sekolah Dasar
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to quantify the impact of the problem-based learning (PBL) paradigm on primary school pupils' achievement in social subjects. With a focus on primary school pupils, this research intends to reevaluate the efficacy of the Problem Based Learning Learning paradigm in enhancing mathematical understanding. This study employed a meta-analysis via qualitative descriptive analysis approach, which entails examining or assessing published publications based on research findings. This meta-analysis found that, with a range of 0.03% to 0.71%, the Problem-Based Learning Learning model significantly improves students' learning outcomes in elementary school. When looking at the effect size in terms of education in the elementary school jejang category, the results of the meta-analysis indicate that there are learning outcomes of the social sciences (IPS) that are significantly impacted by the problem-based learning model. Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Kemitraan dengan Orang Tua

This study aims to identify and address various challenges faced by TK Nurani in implementing character education based on parent partnerships. The issues encountered include limitations in the number and qualifications of human resources, lack of parental involvement, and community perceptions that are not aligned with the reality on the ground. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that TK Nurani has implemented several programs such as teacher working groups, routine Dhuha prayers, parent meetings at the beginning of the semester, and teacher training every three months. However, the effectiveness and continuity of these programs still need improvement. The discussion highlights the need for more efficient and adaptive human resource management strategies, continuous professional development for teachers and staff, and increased parental involvement through more inclusive and sustainable partnership programs. Additionally, regular maintenance and enhancement of physical facilities and educational tools are necessary to create a conducive learning environment. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic and integrated approach to educational management, focusing on character education and parent-school partnerships. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve the quality of education at TK Nurani and support the comprehensive development of students.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh TK Nurani dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis kemitraan dengan orang tua. Masalah yang dihadapi termasuk keterbatasan jumlah dan kualifikasi sumber daya manusia, kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua, serta persepsi masyarakat yang tidak relevan dengan realita lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK Nurani telah melaksanakan berbagai program, seperti kelompok kerja guru, pembiasaan shalat dhuha, perkumpulan orang tua di awal semester, dan pelatihan guru setiap tiga bulan sekali. Namun, efektivitas dan kontinuitas program-program tersebut masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pembahasan menyoroti perlunya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efisien dan adaptif, pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi guru dan staf, serta peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua melalui program kemitraan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pemeliharaan rutin dan peningkatan fasilitas fisik serta alat peraga edukatif juga diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan terintegrasi dalam manajemen pendidikan, dengan fokus pada pendidikan karakter dan kemitraan antara orang tua dan sekolah. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di TK Nurani dan mendukung perkembangan siswa secara komprehensif.

Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Loyalitas Pembelian Skincare oleh Mahasiswi FKIP Universitas Riau
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap loyalitas pembelian skincare pada mahasiswi fkip universitas riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, sebuah pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang keyakinan, opini, karakteristik, perilaku, dan hubungan antar variable. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner atau angket dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dengan jumlah 78 responden. alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (X1) dan Gaya Hidup (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian produk skincare (Y) di kalangan mahasiswi Fakultas Ilmu Keguruan dan Pendidikan, Universitas Riau. Secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas tersebut memiliki kontribusi yang berpengaruh rendah terhadap pembelian skincare. Selain itu, kualitas produk ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan
