Peran Guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Fisika di SMA Negeri 7 Maluku Tengah
This study aims to identify and analyze the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming students' learning difficulties in physics at SMA Negeri 7 Maluku Tengah. The background of this research is the fact that physics is often perceived as a difficult subject by most students, which negatively affects their academic achievement. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study include the guidance and counseling teacher (BK), the physics teacher, and students from class XI IPA 2. The findings reveal that the BK teacher plays a central role as a facilitator, motivator, and mediator in addressing students' learning barriers. These learning difficulties are caused by internal factors (lack of motivation, inability to understand formulas) and external factors (teaching methods, unsupportive learning environment). The BK teacher helps students identify the problems they face, build self-confidence, and encourages them to engage actively in the learning process. Ritme dan Pola: Etnomatematika dalam Musik Jaipongan Jawa Barat
This study aims to explore mathematical objects in music and traditional dance of Karawang, a region with rich cultural heritage in West Java. Traditional music and dance, such as Jaipongan and Ketuk Tilu, play an important role in preserving the cultural identity of the people of Karawang. In practice, mathematical elements such as rhythm, symmetry patterns, and repetition are visible in the structure of the music and dance movements of Jaipong. This research uses a qualitative approach through direct observation and in-depth interviews with local artists to understand the application of mathematical concepts in traditional cultural arts. The findings show that ethnomathematics naturally appears in these cultural forms, both implicitly and explicitly, and can be used as a medium for contextual and relevant mathematics learning
Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Pendidikan Nilai Karakter Anti Korupsi Berbasis Local Wisdom Lampung Piil Pasengiri
This study aims to produce teaching materials for anti-corruption character values based on local wisdom Lampung piil pesenggiri, analyze the feasibility of teaching materials for anti-corruption character values education based on local wisdom Lampung piil pesenggiri developed, and analyze student responses to anti- corruption character values education teaching materials based on local wisdom. local wisdom Lampung piil pesenggiri developed. This research is a development research or known as RnD (Research and Development). The floating model used in this research is the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results of the material expert feasibility test obtained a mean percentage score of 96% with a very feasible category without revision. The results of the feasibility test of media experts obtained a mean percentage score of 96.7% with a very feasible category without revision. The results of the small group trial obtained the results of student responses with a positive response, namely the average percentage score of 90.3% in the very good category. Based on the results of the feasibility test and response, it can be concluded that anti-corruption character values education teaching materials based on local wisdom Lampung piil pesenggiri can be used as teaching materials in anti- corruption character value education learning
Penerapan Metode Guided Inquiry Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Eksplorasi Dalam Pembelajaran Seni Budaya Dan Prakarya Pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 193 Tanuntung Kab. Bulukumba
The main problem in this study is how to apply the Guided Inquiry method as a learning method that can improve the exploration ability and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 193 Tanuntung, Bulukumba Regency. This study aims to improve the exploration ability and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 193 Tanuntung, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (Class Action Research) consisting of two cycles where each cycle is carried out in two meetings. The research procedure includes planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 18 fourth grade students of SDN 193 Tanuntung, Bulukumba Regency. The results of the study showed that in cycle I, only 4 students or 22.2% of the 18 students were completed individually and met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). While in cycle II, the number of learning completeness from 18 students was 18 students who completed or 100%. Thus, it is known that the difference in students who completed their learning outcomes classically from cycle I to cycle II is 14 students or 77.8% in the very high category. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the exploration ability and learning outcomes in the learning of Arts and Crafts of grade IV students of SDN 193 Tanuntung, Bulukumba Regency. have increased
Navigating Challenges: Students’ Strategies for Overcoming English Speaking Difficulties
This study investigates the strategies used by junior high school students to overcome difficulties in speaking English. Through qualitative interviews with twelve eighth-grade students at a junior high school in Bandung, this research identifies common strategies employed by students to address these challenges. The strategies include preparation before speaking, expanding vocabulary through music, reading English texts, studying grammar, and integrating information and communication technology (ICT) tools like Duolingo. The findings suggest that preparation helps students organize thoughts and reduce anxiety, while vocabulary expansion and grammar study are key for effective communication. ICT, particularly Duolingo, plays a significant role in enhancing speaking skills by providing interactive and engaging platforms for practice. These results inferred that educators can use these insights to adopt more effective teaching methods, while students can apply these strategies to boost their confidence and speaking abilities
Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada Guru
In educational institutions, teachers are a very important asset because with teachers the school will be able to achieve educational goals. Therefore, foundations and schools need to pay attention to one of the fulfillment of teacher needs, namely job satisfaction so that teachers can enjoy their work activities better. This study aims to test the effect of work engagement and social support on job satisfaction in teachers. This study involved 103 high school and junior high school teachers in the provinces of DKI Jakarta, West Java and Banten with multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is an effect of work engagement and social support on job satisfaction in teachers
Penerapan Media Matur dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Learning in primary schools requires innovative methods to improve students' understanding and motivation to learn. One of the main challenges is the lack of student involvement in the learning process due to the use of conventional methods that are less interactive. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of MATUR media in improving learning outcomes of grade II students of SDN Terusan 1 Sindang. The method used was classroom action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles, involving observation, interviews, tests, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results showed that the application of MATUR media had a positive impact on improving learning outcomes, with an increase in students' average score from 65.4 in the first cycle to 82.7 in the second cycle. In addition, students' involvement in the learning process increased significantly, as seen from the increased active participation in class discussions and their enthusiasm for the material being taught. MATUR media also proved effective in increasing students' learning motivation, due to the more interesting and interactive presentation of the material. The conclusion of this study confirms that the use of innovative learning media can be a solution in creating a more effective and enjoyable learning environment for elementary school students

This study aims to examine the influence of green innovation and environmental management accounting on sustainable growth. The population in this study is non-cyclical consumer sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2020-2023 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements through the www.idx.co.id website or the website of each company. This study uses a purposive sampling method with several criteria and obtained as many as 140 sample data. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The results show that the green innovation variable has a negative effect on sustainable growth, and environmental management accounting has a positive effect on sustainable growth
Analisis Gaya Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas 1C Dalam Menerapkan Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi Di SD Supriyadi 1 Semarang
Penerapan kurikulum merdeka menghasilkan konsep merdeka belajar bagi peserta didik. Sebagai respon terhadap kurikulum merdeka, diterapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang disesuaikan dengan pemetaan gaya belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kecenderungan gaya belajar pada peserta didik sebagai data untuk pengaplikasian pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada kelas 1C SD Supriyadi 1 Semarang. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan keunikan cara belajar pada setiap peserta didik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas 1C yang berjumlah 28 anak. Penelitian ini berupa kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik kelas 1C SD Supriyadi 1 Semarang berupa visual 32%, auditori 25%, dan kinestetik sebesar 43%. Guru dapat menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar setiap peserta didik, sehingga mereka merasa lebih nyaman selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, peserta didik akan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk belajar melalui berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan gaya belajar maisng-masing. Hal ini memungkinkan mereka untuk lebih terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran yang lebih variatif dan sesuai dengan cara mereka menyerap informasi
Bimbingan dan Konseling Kelompok Gestalt untuk Mengatasi Permasalahan Psikologis dalam Belajar: Kajian Literatur Sistematis
Kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok gestalt merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat menjadi alternatif dalam membantu penyelesaian permasalahan psikologis dalam belajar. Dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan kajian untuk memahami sejauh mana kebermanfaatan kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok gestalt tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meninjau sejauh mana pembahasan kegiatan Bimbingan dan Konseling Kelompok gestalt dalam membantu penyelesaian permasalahan psikologis dalam belajar. Lebih lanjut, penelitian kajian literatur sistematis diterapkan menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pelacakan digital dari sumber yang terpercaya yaitu Google Scholar. Setelah proses pelacakan dan seleksi, terkumpul 10 penelitian yang membahas mengenai kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling kelompok gestalt serta permasalahan psikologis dalam belajar. Diketahui bahwa kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling gestalt menjadi salah satu alternative dalam membantu penyelesaian permasalahan psikologis dalam belajar
