Get PDFThis research is motivated by the fact that student learning outcomes of seam allowens competencies are still low. Students still not being able to absorb the lessons well because of limited learning media used. The aims of this research is : (1) to describe the implementation of video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies, (2) to describe the students responses to video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies, and (3) to describing student learning outcomes in seam allowens competencies. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). this research used quantitative data in the form of observations of learning implementation, student response data and student learning outcomes in the cognitive and psychomotor domains. The data collection methods used were observation sheets on learning implementation, student response questionnaires and student learning outcome tests. The results of this research are : (1) The results of the implementation of learning using the video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies obtained very good results with teacher observation results 90% and student observation results 93,1%, (2) The results of student responses regarding the application of video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies was very good with results 98,2% and (3) Student learning outcomes in the cognitive and psychomotor domains increased from cycle I to cycle III

The principal as (educational leadership) has the responsibility to design plans aimed at strengthening the implementation of the four teacher competencies, namely pedagogical, personal, social and professional competencies. Because there is a tendency for teacher performance to decline in the face of contextual and curricular changes. The integration of academic supervision becomes relevant as a strategy to support this performance improvement through providing constructive feedback and focused professional development. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analytical approach, with data collection methods analyzing scientific literature sources that are relevant to the research study. The results of this research show that the principal as an educational leader is someone who plays a big role in improving teacher performance, one of which is academic supervision, which can be a solution for developing teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Teacher performance in the 21st century learning era requires adjustments to the development of their performance as educational staff. The role of the principal through academic supervision is that it is important to carry out his educational leadership role proactively through academic supervision, the principal can be an agent of change that ensures quality teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Through the integration of various academic supervision approaches, both individual and group, and careful attention to aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation, school principals can create a learning environment that supports and encourages teacher professional growth. Thus, academic supervision becomes an effective tool for improving teacher performance in the 21st century learning era. Then, effective academic supervision allows teachers to continue to adapt to developments, maintain the relevance of education, and have a positive impact on student learning in the 21st century era

This research is Research & Development in the field of multimedia development for promotion and information, with Flip Book Builder, using the ASSURE Multimedia Model ID. This research makes a contribution to the Jambi University Library service system through more attractive online promotional displays and higher quality content. This results in increasing user/community recognition of the Jambi University Library Unit which is also an effort to realize UNJA's vision as a World class Entrepreneurship University based on Agro-Industry and the Environment.So far, library packaging and promotion in digital form and online displays have not been available at the Jambi University Library Unit

This study utilized a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, employing data collection techniques such as field observation and interviews. Primary data sources were utilized, and data collection instruments included mobile phones, interview guidelines, and observation guides. Data analysis techniques involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure data validity, the researcher employed source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results indicate that at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya, character education is implemented through various activities. Firstly, through routine activities such as flag ceremonies, community service, and religious activities including collective prayers and lectures for both Muslim and non-Muslim students. Secondly, through spontaneous activities involving providing advice on fighting, rude behavior, and offering assistance in certain situations. Thirdly, through conditioning activities by providing facilities, displaying slogans, implementing the school's vision and mission, and offering various extracurricular activities. Finally, through exemplary activities that promote cleanliness, provide healthy meals to students, and demonstrate exemplary behavior by all school staff, including the principal, teachers, administrative staff, library staff, and security personnel. All these activities aim to cultivate positive social attitudes and character traits in students, such as responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and empathy

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of the Sembung Ukara instructional media based on local wisdom. The research employs the RD method with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of data analysis are reflected in the product validation outcomes by media and subject matter experts. The media expert validation yielded a score with a percentage of 70%, while the subject matter expert validation scored 91.43%. Both scores fall into the valid category, indicating that the Sembung Ukara media can be used in the instructional process. The research results, based on responses from teachers and students, show that the scores obtained fall into the highly attractive category, with 100% from teacher responses and 97% from student responses. Thus, it can be concluded that the Sembung Ukara instructional media received positive feedback from both teachers and students

The Effectiveness Of Canva Application In Fun English Learning To Improve The Students’ English Vocabulary (An Experimental Study For Grade XI Of SMK Balekambang Jepara)

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of Canva application in Fun English Learning to improve the student’s English vocabulary. The participants were eleventh graders of SMK Roudhotul Mubtadi'in Balekambang Jepara from two different study groups. Each study group consists of 22 female students. Researchers then divided them into two groups, namely experimental and control. The experimental group received an English vocabulary-assisted by Canva, while the control group used PowerPoint slides as learning media. This experimental research uses a pretest-posttest test for each group. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis techniques and ANCOVA. The table also shows that the effect of pretest F(1,43) is 15.69, less than 0.05. The posttest effect F(1,43) was 1.422, less than 0.05, with an ETA squared of 0.03. The Fcount calculation result is 15.69 with df = (1, 41), p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. These results show differences in the average vocabulary of students who received media learning English using Canva compared to the control group
