Pengaruh Manajemen Kinerja terhadap Kepuasan dan Retensi Karyawan di Era Digital di Yayasan Perguruan Kampus Padangsidimpuan
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of performance management on employee satisfaction and retention at Yayasan Perguruan Kampus Padangsidimpuan in the context of the digital era. The study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to 60 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple regression to test the direct effect and the Sobel test to identify the mediating role of employee satisfaction. The results showed that performance management has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction (β = 0.532; p = 0.000) and employee retention (β = 0.521; p = 0.000). In addition, employee satisfaction was found to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between performance management and employee retention (z = 3.52; p = 0.000). This study also highlights the importance of implementing a transparent, fair, and responsive technology-based performance management system in improving employee welfare and loyalty. The results of this study provide practical implications for organizations, especially in developing a performance management system that focuses not only on work results, but also on employee development. In addition, this study recommends the need for continuous evaluation of the performance management system in the organization to improve retention and minimize employee turnover
Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Melalui Model Problem Based Learning Kelas V Di Sekolah Dasar SDN 004 Sungai Besar
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the impact of the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 004 Sungai Besar. The research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observations, learning outcome tests, and field notes, and analyzed descriptively. The results indicate that the implementation of the PBL model successfully improved students' learning outcomes, with the average student score increasing from 65.4 in the first cycle to 80.2 in the second cycle. This improvement shows that PBL can enhance students' understanding of the subject matter as well as their critical and creative thinking skills. Furthermore, observations of group dynamics revealed improvements in collaboration and communication among students. However, challenges related to teacher training and limited learning resources still need to be addressed. This study suggests that the PBL model should be continued and expanded in its application at the elementary school level to enhance the quality of education
Pengaruh Metode Strutural Analitik Sintetik (SAS) Terharap Keterampilan Membaca Permulaan Siswa Kelas I SD Nurul Huda II Yapis Jayapura
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the Synthetic Analytic Structure (SAS) method on beginning reading skills in grade 1 students of SD Nurul Huda 2 Yapis in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of this study are expected to be useful theoretically and practically. This type of research is experimental research with quasi-experimental research design. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique uses the T test, namely the independent samples T test to determine whether there is an effect of learning using the Synthetic Analytic Structure (SAS) method on beginning reading skills. Based on the results of the study, the average value of beginning reading skills in the experimental class was 79.52 and the control class was 70.58. This is proven by the results of the posttest of students' beginning reading skills. The results of hypothesis submission obtained the value of tcount> ttable which is 2.272>1.671 and a significant value smaller than 0.05 which is 0.027. This shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of learning using the Synthetic Analytical Structure (SAS) method on the beginning reading skills of grade 1 students of SD Nurul Huda 2 Yapis in the 2023/2024 academic year
Membangun Sekolah Aman dengan Gerakan Anti Bullying di SDN 1 Astanajapura
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the anti-bullying movement in creating a safe school environment at SDN 1 Astanajapura. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The primary informants consisted of teachers, students, and parents. The findings revealed that anti-bullying programs, such as social skills training, awareness campaigns on the impacts of bullying, and school-based reporting policies, were effective in raising student awareness and preventing bullying behavior. Furthermore, the role of teachers as facilitators and mentors was crucial in supporting the success of these programs. However, challenges such as low parental involvement and students’ reluctance to report bullying cases still need to be addressed. This study concludes that synergy among schools, students, teachers, and parents is essential to ensure the sustainability of the anti- bullying movement and to create a conducive school environment

Get PDFPhysical education plays a crucial role in the physical and mental development of students, as well as in character building and social skills. This study aims to explore the relationship between arm muscle strength and arm length on underhand serve skills in volleyball among class X students at SMA VIP Al Huda Kebumen. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, this research involved 66 students randomly selected from a population of 80 students. Data were collected through measurements of arm muscle strength using push-up tests, arm length with a measuring tape, and underhand serve skills through the AAHPER accuracy serve test.The analysis results showed that all variables were normally and homogeneously distributed. The correlation between arm length and underhand serve skills showed a calculated r value of 0.783, while the correlation between arm muscle strength and underhand serve skills showed a calculated r value of 0.628. Both relationships were significant with p < 0.05. Additionally, the multiple correlation analysis between arm length and arm muscle strength on underhand serve skills showed a calculated r value of 0.394, which was also significant. These findings emphasize that increasing arm muscle strength and arm length can contribute to improving underhand serve skills, highlighting the importance of integrating structured training in physical education to enhance students' skill quality

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa
Get PDFThis research is experimental research with a quantitative approach which aims to determine the effect of the reciprocal teaching learning model in improving student learning outcomes. The population is all class XI students of SMA Negeri 9 Bone. The sample was taken using a non-random sampling technique with the sample in this study being class XI-4. The data collection method in the research is a test instrument in the form of a pretest and posttest. Data analysis includes instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Tests and Differentiating Power Tests, and to answer the research hypothesis, Descriptive Statistical Tests and Inferential Statistical Tests are carried out using the Normality Test, T-Test (Paired Sample T-test) and N-Gain Test. The results of the research show that the Reciprocal Teaching Learning Model has a positive effect on the Economics learning outcomes of class XI-4 students at SMA Negeri 9 Bone which is in the high category at 0.72 (70%). This can be proven from the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, the t value is 15.126 and the t table is 2.06390, so it can be concluded that t count > t table or 15.126 > 2.06390, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

Model Rekonstruksi Administrasi Publik Inklusif Untuk Pencegahan Konflik Berulang di Poso: Analisis Sistematis Literatur Multidisiplin
Get PDFThis study aims to reconstruct a public policy model based on inclusive administration to prevent recurring conflicts in post-conflict regions. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA framework, this research analyzed fifteen multidisciplinary studies spanning psychology, sociology, education, law, theology, culture, and ecology published between 2008 and 2025. The synthesis reveals five dominant models supporting inclusive governance: psychosocial approaches emphasizing trust-building and threat perception reduction; multicultural and transitional justice education fostering tolerance and empathy; cultural and theological values reinforcing social legitimacy; community-based moderation and dialogue promoting interfaith harmony; and socio-ecological resilience enhancing sustainable peace. The results indicate that inclusive administration provides a comprehensive framework integrating structural, cultural, and psychological dimensions into public policy. The study contributes theoretically by consolidating fragmented empirical evidence into a cohesive conceptual model, methodologically by employing multidisciplinary synthesis, and practically by offering policy guidance for participatory and sustainable post-conflict governance. Inclusive public administration is thus positioned as an effective paradigm for achieving restorative and lasting peace in diverse societies
