Membangun Sekolah Aman dengan Gerakan Anti Bullying di SDN 1 Astanajapura
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the anti-bullying movement in creating a safe school environment at SDN 1 Astanajapura. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The primary informants consisted of teachers, students, and parents. The findings revealed that anti-bullying programs, such as social skills training, awareness campaigns on the impacts of bullying, and school-based reporting policies, were effective in raising student awareness and preventing bullying behavior. Furthermore, the role of teachers as facilitators and mentors was crucial in supporting the success of these programs. However, challenges such as low parental involvement and students’ reluctance to report bullying cases still need to be addressed. This study concludes that synergy among schools, students, teachers, and parents is essential to ensure the sustainability of the anti- bullying movement and to create a conducive school environment
Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Lengan Dan Panjang Lengan Terhadap Keterampilan Servis Bawah Pada Olahraga Bola Voli Di SMA VIP Al Huda Kebumen
Physical education plays a crucial role in the physical and mental development of students, as well as in character building and social skills. This study aims to explore the relationship between arm muscle strength and arm length on underhand serve skills in volleyball among class X students at SMA VIP Al Huda Kebumen. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, this research involved 66 students randomly selected from a population of 80 students. Data were collected through measurements of arm muscle strength using push-up tests, arm length with a measuring tape, and underhand serve skills through the AAHPER accuracy serve test.The analysis results showed that all variables were normally and homogeneously distributed. The correlation between arm length and underhand serve skills showed a calculated r value of 0.783, while the correlation between arm muscle strength and underhand serve skills showed a calculated r value of 0.628. Both relationships were significant with p < 0.05. Additionally, the multiple correlation analysis between arm length and arm muscle strength on underhand serve skills showed a calculated r value of 0.394, which was also significant. These findings emphasize that increasing arm muscle strength and arm length can contribute to improving underhand serve skills, highlighting the importance of integrating structured training in physical education to enhance students' skill quality

This journal aims to discuss the Role of Government and Mass Media in the Socialization of Indonesian Business Law. In this study, we will conduct an analysis of the Actors of the MSME so that we can find out how much influence the Role of Government and Mass Media has in the Socialization of Indonesian Business Law. The type of research used is quantitative research using multivariate statistics and we conduct a Simple linear regression test to show how much the relationship between variables is. The research instrument is by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The results are to create statistics on the influence of the Role of Government and Mass Media in the Socialization of Indonesian Business Law, whether it has a significant impact on producers or vice versa. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa
This research is experimental research with a quantitative approach which aims to determine the effect of the reciprocal teaching learning model in improving student learning outcomes. The population is all class XI students of SMA Negeri 9 Bone. The sample was taken using a non-random sampling technique with the sample in this study being class XI-4. The data collection method in the research is a test instrument in the form of a pretest and posttest. Data analysis includes instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Tests and Differentiating Power Tests, and to answer the research hypothesis, Descriptive Statistical Tests and Inferential Statistical Tests are carried out using the Normality Test, T-Test (Paired Sample T-test) and N-Gain Test. The results of the research show that the Reciprocal Teaching Learning Model has a positive effect on the Economics learning outcomes of class XI-4 students at SMA Negeri 9 Bone which is in the high category at 0.72 (70%). This can be proven from the results of the hypothesis test that has been carried out, the t value is 15.126 and the t table is 2.06390, so it can be concluded that t count > t table or 15.126 > 2.06390, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

This study aims to determine and describe Library Innovation Management in Increasing Reading Interest at Xaverius Santo Louis Junior High School, Muara Padang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that Library Management Innovation in Increasing Reading Interest at Xaverius Santo Louis Junior High School, Muara Padang includes planning goals, visions and missions in the form of promotions to students so that they are interested in visiting the library, in addition to planning the focus of management innovation seen from the readiness of the library in implementing in increasing student interest in visiting the library, one form of change can be seen from the infrastructure that has begun to be added and improved such as the procurement of fans, procurement of reference books, improvement of room lighting by adding lights to make it clear for students to read books in the room, the arrangement of the room layout is made more attractive, the arrangement of tables must be neat so that students are interested in reading in the library at Xaverius Santo Louis Junior High School, Muara Padan
Systematic Literature Review: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Make a Match pada Hasil Belajar Matematika
Mathematics is a basic subject that plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education and honing logical and systematic reasoning skills. However, some students often find the mathematics learning process monotonous, necessitating a more creative and engaging approach. One relevant approach is the Make-A-Match learning model, a method that combines paired card games to build knowledge through interaction and collaboration between students. This model has proven effective in improving learning outcomes, creating a fun learning environment, and encouraging student engagement at every stage of learning. In this regard, teachers play a crucial role in creating a conducive and enjoyable learning environment, while adapting learning strategies to students' needs and development. Therefore, using the Make-A-Match model can be an appropriate alternative to optimize the achievement of mathematics learning objectives
Manajemen Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MA Darunnajah Cipining Bogor
Manajemen Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan diartikan sebagai proses merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat di dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam di MA Darunnajah Cipining Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dilakukan secara langsung ke lapangan (fieldresearch). dan hasil penelitian ini kemudian dideskripsikan berdasarkan data-data yang telah diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam di MA Darunnajah Cipining Bogor sudah optimal dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, di dukung oleh SDM berkualitas, sarana prasarana memadai, suasana kerja kondusif serta dukungan kepemimpinan dan yayasan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan waktu dan beban kerja, latar belakang siswa yang beragam, tantangan integrasi kurikulum dan keterbatasan sumber belajar up-to-date
Evaluasi Program Ekstrakurikuler D’valist pada Divisi Perpustakaan Putri Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining
There are several obstacles in the implementation of the D’VALIST extracurricular program in the Girls’ Library Division of Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining, including low student participation, limited and rarely updated book collections, lack of innovation in activities, as well as scheduling conflicts with other pesantren activities. These obstacles require evaluation and improvement so that the D’VALIST program can run more effectively, considering its important role in enhancing literacy, creativity, and character building among students. This research is a qualitative study conducted within the Girls’ Student Affairs Department. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects were the Director of Student Affairs, the dormitory head, library supervisors, and female students who are members of D’Valist. The research was conducted at Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining. The objectives of this study are to identify: (1) the relevance of the D’VALIST program to students’ needs (context), (2) the readiness of human resources and facilities (input), (3) the process of implementing D’VALIST activities (process), and (4) the results or impact of the program on students’ reading interest and skills (product). The findings show that in terms of context, the D’VALIST program aligns with the pesantren’s vision of building a literacy culture. In terms of input, the library facilities are fairly adequate, but student participation remains low and the book collection lacks variety. In terms of process, activities are implemented but not consistently, as they often overlap
Model Rekonstruksi Administrasi Publik Inklusif Untuk Pencegahan Konflik Berulang di Poso: Analisis Sistematis Literatur Multidisiplin
This study aims to reconstruct a public policy model based on inclusive administration to prevent recurring conflicts in post-conflict regions. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA framework, this research analyzed fifteen multidisciplinary studies spanning psychology, sociology, education, law, theology, culture, and ecology published between 2008 and 2025. The synthesis reveals five dominant models supporting inclusive governance: psychosocial approaches emphasizing trust-building and threat perception reduction; multicultural and transitional justice education fostering tolerance and empathy; cultural and theological values reinforcing social legitimacy; community-based moderation and dialogue promoting interfaith harmony; and socio-ecological resilience enhancing sustainable peace. The results indicate that inclusive administration provides a comprehensive framework integrating structural, cultural, and psychological dimensions into public policy. The study contributes theoretically by consolidating fragmented empirical evidence into a cohesive conceptual model, methodologically by employing multidisciplinary synthesis, and practically by offering policy guidance for participatory and sustainable post-conflict governance. Inclusive public administration is thus positioned as an effective paradigm for achieving restorative and lasting peace in diverse societies
