Class Division in “12th Fail” Movie: Marxism Theory
Get PDFThis research explores the representation of social class division in “12th Fail” movie using Marxism theory approach. The movie shows the struggle of individuals from the lower class in facing an unequal education system as a reflection of social inequality in society. This research aims to find out the representation of social classes such as the bourgeoisie, middle class, and proletariat, as well as how the class struggle is depicted through characters and storylines. In addition, this research also uses the concept of base and superstructure from Karl Marx, where the base refers to the economic structure acts as the foundation of social life and production, while the superstructure including institutions such as culture, law, education, and ideology that supports and maintains the existing class structure. In the context of “12th Fail”, the movie illustrates how limited economic access (base) impedes educational opportunities, and how schools, the legal system, and social norms (superstructure) uphold systemic inequalities. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study, through the analysis of dialog, character interaction, and visual narration in the movie. The research concludes that “12th Fail” movie reflects the core of Marxism theory, showing that education can be both a tool of domination and social emancipation. This analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of class issues in literature, and confirms that movie can be a medium for social criticism and awareness
Literature Review: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran SOLE Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Kolaboratif Matematis Siswa
No full textModel pembelajaran Self-Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) adalah pendekatan inovatif yang menekankan kemandirian siswa dalam mengelola proses belajar dengan dukungan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini melakukan kajian sistematis terhadap 30 artikel terkini yang membahas pengaruh SOLE terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah kolaboratif matematis siswa. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan SOLE secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah secara individual dan kelompok. Namun, eksplorasi lebih lanjut terkait aspek kolaborasi dalam konteks pembagian kelompok seperti Team-Assisted Individual Learning (TARL) masih terbatas. Kebanyakan studi berfokus pada materi matematika umum, sementara penerapan SOLE dalam pembelajaran statistika dan pemecahan masalah berbasis data masih kurang. Pengembangan instrumen evaluasi autentik dan integrasi teknologi pendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif juga memerlukan pengembangan. Kesimpulannya, SOLE memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah kolaboratif dengan rekomendasi penguatan pendekatan TARL dan pengembangan instrumen evaluasi kolaboratif yang lebih holistik, mendukung pembelajaran matematika abad ke-21 yang berbasis teknologi dan kolaborasi

No full textCitizenship Education (PPKn) is a subject that has the aim of developing the attitudes and abilities of citizens in terms of skills, knowledge and attitudes. Providing material to be taught in Pancasila Education learning makes teachers try to adapt and create active learning, namely by using learning media. The results of interviews with class teachers and observations in class IV of SD N Podorejo 03 showed that in Pancasila Education lessons, students seemed less interested. This is reflected in their low activity and involvement during the learning process. During the open discussion session, only a handful of students showed enthusiasm for asking or answering questions. So we can see that the application of concrete learning media can improve students' understanding of the historical material on the formulation of Pancasila as a whole compared to the use of digital media in the form of learning vidios. This is because the implementation of learning using learning vidios is still hampered by learning facilities, so that not all students can watch the learning vidios well. The material coverage in the learning vidios is not yet comprehensive, some information is still incomplete. Apart from that, the level of student focus must be considered so that the information displayed in the learning vidio can be conveyed
Optimization of Malware Code Insertion Using MD5 Collision
Get PDFThe contemporary digital landscape relies heavily on the MD5 hash algorithm for ensuring data integrity, yet its susceptibility to collision attacks raises concerns about its security in modern cybersecurity practices. This study delves into the weaknesses of MD5 collisions, particularly focusing on the Unicoll technique. By embedding malicious code into files while preserving their original MD5 hash values, the research aims to demonstrate the potential security risks associated with MD5 collisions. The experiment successfully generates collisions between modified files containing malware and their unaltered counterparts, showcasing MD5's vulnerability to collision attacks. Moving forward, future research could explore methods for embedding malware that evades detection by anti-malware solutions, expand embedding techniques to encompass various file formats, and investigate alternative collision generation methods for improved efficiency and effectiveness. These endeavors offer promising directions for advancing cybersecurity measures and mitigating malware threats in the digital landscape

Get PDFTeaching materials are all forms of materials used in carrying out teaching and learning activities. Teaching materials can include materials about knowledge, skills, and attitudes that must be achieved by students related to certain learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to discuss the objective conditions of PAI teaching materials, the problems faced by PAI teachers in developing teaching materials, and the steps taken by PAI teachers to develop teaching materials at SD Negeri 04 Tarandam. This study used a qualitative approach, then the instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the research is that the teacher is responsible for compiling the Module while the principal PAI material that has been determined is developed by the teacher himself. The problems faced by teachers are determining teaching materials that are relevant to the Learning Outcomes and Flow of Learning Objectives, lack of infrastructure, and problems that arise from students who do not understand the material coupled with limited teaching material sources. Therefore, the importance of developing teaching materials is for learning activities in the classroom, because the development of teaching materials can make it easier for students to understand the material and be more active in the PAI learning process

The study uses the library research method to explore entrepreneurial concepts and their integration into learning through data analysis from various sources of literature. The research steps include identifying keywords, selecting relevant literature, and conducting content analysis to categorize information based on key themes such as entrepreneurial concepts and integration strategies. The findings are synthesized into a theoretical framework that emphasizes the importance of fostering entrepreneurial spirit from an early age and provides guidance for educators in designing innovative learning approaches. Entrepreneurial education not only teaches business skills but also builds character traits such as independence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through real-world experiences and entrepreneurial projects. With a supportive learning environment, students can develop confidence, social skills, and a sense of responsibility, helping them become innovative and socially beneficial individuals. Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the principal's academic supervision in realizing teacher professionalism at Jeumpa District Elementary School, Bireuen Regency. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative research method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that the planning of Academic Supervision in this School carried out by the principal is scheduled according to their respective fields of study so that all teachers who teach at the School are supervised by the principal. The principal in carrying out supervision activities uses individual supervision techniques. Individual techniques are the implementation of supervision that is only shown to one teacher, supervision activities do not apply to two or more teachers. The evaluation carried out by the principal with the evaluation can be feedback to the principal on the teacher's performance in delivering learning to students, therefore the success of a learning process is largely determined by the teacher

Get PDFEducation is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential so that they have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. . Mathematics as one of the main pillars in education has a very important role in developing logical thinking and problem solving abilities. One learning that is thought to be able to improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems is problem-based learning such as Problem Based Learning (PBL) . The model is in line with the approach Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) where there is differentiation when conducting group discussions using this approach, students are expected to more easily understand mathematical concepts and be able to apply them in problem solving so that students' mathematical problem solving abilities can increase. The aim of this research is whether the PBL model and TaRL approach can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Medan involving 36 students in class X-11 as research subjects. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the PBL model and TaRL approach can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities as seen from the percentage in Cycle I 44% and Cycle II 81%
Analisis Pengaruh Continuous Learning Dan Employee Empowerment Terhadap Kinerja Pendidik
Get PDFContinuous learning dan employee empowerment merupakan dua elemen penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja pendidik di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 pendidik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa continuous learning memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik, dengan kontribusi sebesar 45%. Sementara itu, employee empowerment juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 35%. Kombinasi kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh simultan sebesar 70% terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pendidik dapat dicapai melalui program pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang relevan dan pemberdayaan pendidik yang efektif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap literatur mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan serta implikasi praktis bagi pengelola institusi pendidikan. Institusi pendidikan diharapkan dapat merancang kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan profesional pendidik melalui pendekatan ini

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of school principals in implementing quality management to overcome the emergency challenges of education quality in the modern era. This research departs from the argument that school principals are key actors who have direct authority and responsibility in ensuring the quality of education services in schools. In the context of an education quality emergency, where challenges such as low learning outcomes, limited resources and rapid technological developments affect the education ecosystem, school principals are expected to develop a comprehensive and sustainable quality management strategy. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to understand the role of school principals in implementing quality management strategies amid the education quality crisis. The research involves in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation to collect data from principals, teachers and administrative staff. Thematic analysis will be used to identify key themes related to quality management implementation. The results of this study show that principals play a crucial role in improving education quality through transformational leadership, implementing a data-based supervision system and strengthening teachers' competencies. Inspirational and collaborative leadership creates a sustainable culture of quality while data-based supervision enables more informed and measurable decisions. Teacher professional development through regular training is also important to improve teaching skills and create more meaningful learning experiences for students
