Analisis Peran Guru dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Get PDFStudents' learning motivation in elementary schools is still lacking, which can be seen from the phenomenon of students showing passive attitudes during the learning process, such as laziness, lack of enthusiasm, and lack of attention. This research aims to examine the role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric approach, this research analyzes various studies that have been conducted previously. The study used reference management software, Publish or Perish (PoP) to collect research data. The results showed that motivation is a key factor in student learning success. Motivation is not only related to learning initiative, but also intensity and perseverance in achieving learning goals. Teachers, as learning facilitators, have a central role in generating and maintaining students' learning motivation. This study highlights the importance of creating a conducive, interesting and supportive learning atmosphere for students. Thus, teachers can be effective motivators in encouraging students to achieve their optimal learning potential
Pengaruh Media Ular Tangga Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di Kelas 1 Phatnawitya School Thailand
Get PDFBecause it can make the material easier to understand, the use of teaching media in learning activities is very important. The purpose of the following study is to clearly determine how the effect of snakes and ladders media is related to the learning outcomes of grade 1 students at Phatnawitya School Thailand. The research technique used is a quantitative approach using an experimental design with a total of 30 grade 1 students at Phatnawitya School Thailand odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year, using a pretest and posttest research design. Data collection techniques were recording, observation and testing. 10 multiple-choice questions were part of the written test used in this study instrument. The results of the assessment were obtained from the estimation results through the Paired Sample t-tests and the t-test results were obtained at a t value of -9.711. With a sig value (Two-Sided) of 0.000 and a significance level of 0.05. Signaling that the significance of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be stated that there is an impact of snakes and ladders media on the educational attainment of grade 1 students of Phatnawitya School Thailand

Get PDFEnteral nutrition is a therapy of providing nutrition through the digestive tract using a special tube (feeding tube). The method of administration can be through the nose-stomach (nasogastric tube) or nose-intestine (nasoduodenal tube or nasojejunal route). Enteral nutrition can also be done by bolus or infusion through an enteral infusion pump. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of enteral nutrition. The methods used were intermittent feeding and gravity drip on the volume of gastric residue in critical patients. The results showed that the provision of enteral nutrition using the intermittent feeding method was proven to be more effective so that the provision of enteral nutrition using the intermittent feeding method can be an option in providing enteral nutrition to critical patients. The conclusion is that the intermittent feeding method helps meet the nutritional needs of critical patients in the ICU
Development Of A Stem-Based E-Pocket Book As A Learning Media On Green Chemistry Materials At MAN 2 Jambi City
Get PDFe-pocket book, also known as a digital pocketbook, is a combination of a pocketbook and a digital book that is small in size and contains all the information needed by the reader. This e-pocket book is developed using a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) approach. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the STEM-based e-pocket book according to subject matter experts and media experts, to assess the evaluation of chemistry subject teachers, and to understand the students' responses to the developed media. This research is a development study using the Lee & Owens development model. The research instruments used were interview sheets and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the media expert validation were 4.46 and the material expert 4.54, indicating that the produced STEM-based e-pocket book is suitable for use. The results of the teacher assessments and student responses from the STEM-based e-pocket book on green chemistry were categorized as very good, with an average score of 4.54 and a student response percentage of 88.62%, thus it can be concluded that it can be used as a learning mediu

Leadership plays a crucial role in achieving the goals of an institution or organization. Responsible and trustworthy leadership can drive an institution or organization forward and foster its development. Many factors can influence an individual's performance. As an educational leader, one must be able to exert influences that motivate teachers or subordinates to carry out their duties effectively, thereby improving their performance. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used involves reviewing journals related to educational leadership in elementary schools. Data collection comes from various sources, such as journals, books, and interviews, serving as references to gain an in-depth understanding of educational leadership in elementary schools. The leadership of the school principal is a key determinant of the successful realization of the functions and goals of national education. It is not solely the greatness of teachers that ensures success, but rather the principal who facilitates, enables, and drives teachers' performance, allowing them to fulfill their roles and unlock their potential for goodness and responsibility. There are four common leadership behavior patterns often referred to as leadership styles: instructive, consultative, participative, and delegative. Modul Digital Berbasis Problem Based Learning: Solusi Inovatif Pembelajaran Materi Sel dengan Canva

The aim of this research is to determine the validity and practicality of digital module teaching materials based on problem based learning using Canva on cell material. The population in this study were students at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar with the selected sample being class XI Science at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Makassar. The data collection technique is by using a validity and practicality assessment questionnaire. The data collected is data regarding the validity and practicality of the teaching materials developed. The results of the validity analysis show that the digital module teaching materials based on problem based learning using Canva in the cell material developed obtained a score of 0.9 which is in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality analysis from the teacher obtained a score of 81% which was in the range 80% < P < 100% with the very practical category and the results of the student questionnaire analysis obtained a score of 77% which was in the range 60% < P < 80% with the practical category So it can be concluded that the digital module teaching materials based on problem based learning using Canva in cell material are valid and practical.

Efektivitas Psikoedukasi Pencegahan Kekerasan Sexual pada Anak di Pos PAUD Mawar Kelurahan Beru
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze how effective the psychoeducation program is in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of preschool children related to the prevention of sexual violence. This research method is a study with a pre-experimental one group pre-test-post-test design. This study compared the knowledge of preschool children about sexual violence before and after being given psychoeducation on the prevention of sexual violence. The sampling in this study used total sampling, meaning all children at the Mawar Paud Post in Beru Village, totaling 27 children. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, the sig. (2 tailed) value was obtained at 0.000 <0.05. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference in the increase between the pretest and posttest results. This shows that there is an influence of psychoeducation on the knowledge of preschool children regarding the prevention of sexual violence in preschool children at the Mawar Paud Post, Beru Village

Get PDFThe level of welfare is a very important thing considering that welfare is a measuring point for the progress of a society that is in a prosperous condition. This research aims to determine the effect of public sector investment in education and health on the level of welfare in Tulungagung district in 2008-2022. This research is descriptive quantitative, using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the T count for the education level variable (X1) is 6.033 while the T table is 1.782 so that the T count < T table (6.033 > 1.782). So, the level of education has a positive and significant effect on the level of community welfare. T count for the health level variable (X2) is 5.622 while T table is 1.782 so T-count > T-table (5.622 > 1.782). So, the level of health has a positive and significant effect on the level of community welfare and together the variables level of education (X1) and level of health (X2) have an effect on the level of welfare in Tulungagung Regency (Y)

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to analyze national commitment, tolerance, non-violence and accommodating local culture in the organizational culture of MAN 3 Aceh Tenggara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach carried out at MAN 3 Aceh Tenggara. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through triangulation, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show (1) national commitment is implemented through respecting diversity, mutual cooperation, concern for the nation and national pride, (2) tolerance is implemented through respecting differences in religious beliefs and practices, an open attitude towards inter-religious dialogue, avoiding religion-based discrimination, and building solidarity in diversity, (3) non-violence implemented by peaceful conflict resolution, respect for human rights (HAM), controlling emotions and assertive attitudes, and peace education, and (4) accommodating local culture implemented by respecting local traditions and customs , integration of religious and cultural values local, maintenance and preservation of positive traditions, tolerance for cultural diversity, and intercultural and religious dialogue
