Get PDFThis research aims to improve students' reading comprehension skills in material on maintaining personal health in the Indonesian language subject for grade 2 students at SDN Wates 01 through the application of innovative literacy teaching modules assisted by imaginative narrative texts. This research uses a mix method which combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research results showed a significant increase in the average student score from 65 (42% completeness with quite effective criteria) on the pretest to 85 (85% completeness with very effective criteria) on the posttest. Innovative literacy teaching modules assisted by imaginative narrative texts have been proven to improve students' reading skills and understanding of material on maintaining personal health, especially dental health, Indonesian language subjects
Pengaruh Media Promosi Brand Ambassador terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Lip Product Barenbliss pada Mahasiswa Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Jakarta
Get PDFCurrently, the growth of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia is increasing quite rapidly, one of the companies in the cosmetics industry that can survive and compete in the market is Barenbliss by using one of the promotional media, namely the use of brand ambassadors. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence between the use of brand ambassador promotional media on the decision to purchase Barenbliss lip products. This research is of a quantitative type, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire and sample determination using the nonprobability sampling method, namely the respondents are students of the Cosmetology Study Program, State University of Jakarta batch 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 who have purchased Barenbliss lip products. The results of the study showed that the results of the simple linear regression test were known to be Fcal of 0.590 with a significance value of 0.00. Therefore, the variable of brand ambassador promotion media (X) can be said to have a significant influence on the variable of the purchase decision of Barenbliss (Y) lip product. And also the result of the determination coefficient of 0.414 which means that the influence of the brand ambassador promotion media variable on the Barenbliss lip product purchase decision variable is 41.4%

This study is a literature review sourced from secondary sources, namely books and journals that discuss major themes, namely; communication, social media, religious radicalism and its implications in society. The communication process involves sharing information, ideas, or attitudes. Therefore, communication requires three basic elements: source, message, and destination (recipient). From an Islamic normative perspective, Ayish states that the concept of communication in the Arab-Islamic tradition can be explained through four dichotomous themes, namely individualism-conformity, transcendentalism-existentialism, rationality-intuition, and hierarchy-egalitarianism. This is because blater has a culture of violence in solving problems. In solving the problem, the blater performs an action called carok. Carok is used as an arena of legitimacy to strengthen one's social status as a blater. The use of Rhodamine B synthetic dyes is strictly prohibited in cosmetics, while for heavy metals Pb has a limit requirement for contamination in cosmetics, which is £ 20 ppm. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of synthetic dye Rhodamine B and heavy metal Pb in lip color circulating in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used was quantitative analysis using atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of the Way Sekampung Dam tourism development on the economic income of the Pekon Bumi Ratu community. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the population in this study was the entire community in Pekon Bumi Ratu, totaling 3093 respondents, with a sample of 100 respondents. Primary data in this research was obtained directly from respondents. Data collected using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the Tourism Development of the Way Sekampung Dam (X) has a significant effect on the Economic Income of the Pekon Bumi Ratu community with a calculated t value of 3.350 > t table value of 1.984
Gambaran Perilaku Disiplin Belajar Siswa Kelas 10 SMA Negeri X di Kabupaten Sikka
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the description of learning discipline in 10th grade students of X State High School in Sikka Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri X iwhich amounted to 1200 students. The sample in this study amounted to 354 people. Researchers took samples using non-probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling with criteria. The criteria determined are Class X students who show undisciplined behavior and are around 14-17 years old. The results showed that the high learning discipline category amounted to 6 people by 1.70%, the moderate learning discipline category amounted to 204 people by 57.63%, and the low learning discipline category amounted to 144 people by 40.67%. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the learning discipline of 10th grade students of SMA Negeri X in Sikka Regency is in the moderate category

To determine the influence of the school committee on the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District. 3). To determine the influence of the leadership of the school principal and school committee together on the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District. The type of this research is quantitative. The sample in this research was conducted at 5 elementary schools in Mesuji Makmur sub-district with a total of 70 teachers. The techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and hypothesis tests using simple regression tests, multiple regression tests using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on the principal's leadership variables and the role of the school committee together. -the same for the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District

Get PDFThe independence of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era faces major challenges related to time management, entrepreneurship and the use of technology. This research aims to identify and analyze the managerial strategies implemented by the Miftahul Khoirot Islamic Boarding School in increasing the independence of students in the digital era. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources for this research include Islamic boarding school administrators, caregivers, and students. The collected data was then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the Miftahul Khoirot Islamic Boarding School has implemented an entrepreneurship program involving students, but the students still need further assistance in managing their businesses. In addition, challenges related to time management, independent decision making, and access to digital learning are also obstacles. Device limitations and internet network quality influence the effectiveness of digital learning implemented. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen technological infrastructure, more intensive entrepreneurship training, and better time management for students, so that they can be more independent in facing challenges in the digital era
