Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education. Before the implementation of the PBL model, the average student score was 55, with 16.6% of students achieving scores above the KKM (70). In cycle I, the average score increased to 60, with 33% of students achieving scores above the KKM. The results of observations of student and teacher activities showed sufficient scores, namely 70 and 66, respectively. In cycle II, the average score reached 65, with 50% of students getting scores above 70. Observations of student and teacher activities showed an increase to 76 and 80, respectively. In cycle III, the average student score increased significantly to 84, with 83% of students achieving scores above the KKM. Implementasi Media Quizizz dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Materi Penerapan Pancasila dalam Kehidupan Sehari-Hari pada Peserta Didik Kelas VB SD Negeri 47 Palembang
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of using Quizizz media in improving learning outcomes in Pancasila education subjects for class VB students at SD Negeri 47 Palembang, especially in the material on the application of Pancasila in everyday life. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles. The subjects of the study were 30 class VB students, who were tested with a pretest before the implementation of Quizizz media and a posttest after cycle 1 and cycle 2. The pretest results showed that the average student score was 60 with 40% completion. After the implementation of Quizizz media in cycle 1, the average posttest score increased to 75 with 70% completion. In cycle 2, the average posttest score increased again to 85 with 90% completion. These findings indicate that the use of Quizizz media significantly improves students' understanding of Pancasila values and their application in everyday life. Therefore, it is suggested that this interactive media be applied in learning other subjects to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. Thus, the study can conclude that this Quizizz educational game-based learning media not only makes it easier for teachers to deliver learning materials, but can also improve students' learning outcomes and their understanding in classroom learning for students
Analisis Penyampaian Materi Sejarah Lokal Kalimantan Barat Dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah Pada Peserta Didik Di SMAN 8 Pontianak
Get PDFThis research aims to reveal West Kalimantan local history material to students in learning history at Senior High School 8 Pontianak. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data sources in this research include interviews with history teachers and class X students at SHS 8 Pontianak as well as teaching modules. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of data analysis include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results show: 1. There are four stages of planning for the delivery of West Kalimantan local history material which includes the implementation urgency stage, design, material selection, adjustments to teaching modules, and schedule adjustments. 2. Application of delivery of local history material and its evaluation. 3. Obstacles encountered in implementing the delivery of local history material in West Kalimantan, such as local historical sources that are difficult to obtain and the location of historical sites that are far from schools or where students live.
 
Pengaruh Penerapan Model Snowball Throwing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa
Get PDFThis study is an experimental research with a quantitative approach that aims to determine the influence of the application of the Snowball Throwing model on student learning outcomes. The population of this study is grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ponre with a sample from class VIII A. The data collection method in this study is Test Instruments in the form of pretest and posttest. The data was processed by instrument tests in the form of Question Difficulty Level Test and Discriminating Power Test, and to answer the Research Hypothesis, a Descriptive Statistical Test and an Infernal Statistical Test were carried out using the Normality Test, and the Independent Sample T-test. Based on the results of the research and the data that has been collected, the researcher can conclude that the application of the snowball throwing model has a significant positive effect on the learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 2 Ponre students. his is proven in the paired sample t-Test calculation, the significance value obtained is 0.000, which means this value is more than <0.05. Apart from that, after getting tcount of 15.203 and ttable of 2.05954, it can be concluded that tcount > ttable (15.203 > 2.05954) so that HO is rejected HI is accepted
Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa

The research location was at SMA Negeri 15 Bone with a sample of eye teachers who taught class XI IPS (social sciences) and class XI IPS students. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and questionnaires, followed by data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests and hypothesis tests using simple linear regression equations and t tests. The results of the research using a questionnaire, validity test on variable For variable Y, the lowest value is 0.000>0.05 and the highest value is 0.046. The variable reliability test (X) alpha value is 0.814, meaning it is very reliable. Meanwhile, in the variable reliability test (Y). The alpha value is 0.570 with quite reliable results. In the hypothesis test, the consistency value is 97.694, it can be concluded as a constant number based on the results of the output value, the significant value is 0.011, more than the probability value of 0.05, so the result obtained is that H1 is accepted. In the t test, it is 1782. So it can be concluded that the calculated t value is more than t table or (2.992 > 1.782. There is a significant influence.

A strong brand image can enhance institutional appeal and reduce prospective students' sensitivity to factors such as cost and location. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach to identify key factors shaping brand image and how they influence student and parent choices. The analysis reveals that a positive brand image is influenced by academic quality, faculty reputation, facilities, and digital marketing strategies. Additionally, the impact of brand image varies across educational levels, where parents play a more dominant role in decision-making for elementary and middle schools, whereas prospective university students prioritize accreditation and alumni networks. This study provides insights for educational institutions to develop more effective and sustainable branding strategies. Further research is needed to understand how evolving trends and educational policies may impact brand image in the long term

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning model in improving students' ability to solve mathematical problems. This ability reflects the level of students' expertise in formulating solutions to the mathematical problems they encounter. RME is a learning approach that transforms abstract mathematical concepts into more concrete ones through everyday contexts. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review, which involves analyzing relevant literature to address the research focus. This study involves analyzing 15 scientific articles published between 2017 and 2024. The findings of this study indicate that the RME approach can enhance students' problem-solving abilities by connecting learning materials to real-world contexts, encouraging active student participation in the learning process, and developing critical and creative thinking skills

Get PDFThe background of this study analyzes the implementation of the Tiered Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Program at Ma'had Tafaqquh Al-Islami Junior High School to produce good moral memorizers of the Qur'an. Using SWOT analysis, this study identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges in program implementation to provide recommendations for improving its effectiveness. The focus of the research includes aspects of the strengths and weaknesses of the program, the opportunities and challenges faced, and the moral values of the Qur'an that are reflected in the memorizers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of leaders, principals, teachers, and students. The results show that the strength of the program lies in the support of leaders, an effective tiered system, integrated teaching methods, and conducive technology and environmental support. However, there are drawbacks related to limited time, teaching resources, and facilities. Opportunities for program development are identified through the implementation of an effective quarantine system, the quality of teachers, and the support of parents and the community. The main challenges include limited student time and lack of family support. Moral values such as honesty (ash-shidq), patience (as-sabr), responsibility (al-amanah), and social concern (al-ihsan) are reflected in the memorizers, which form their character in social and academic life. In the tahfizh process, students are taught to be honest in their memorization and social life, be patient in facing challenges, be responsible for their memorization, and care and help others in the learning process

Get PDFThe inculcation of religious values in schools is highly urgent in shaping character and developing students' spiritual intelligence. This study aims to examine the requirements that must be met in instilling religious values in schools and their implications for the development of students' spiritual intelligence at SMAN 1 Srengat Blitar. This study uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the requirements for instilling religious values applied at SMAN 1 Srengat are in accordance with the goals of national education and school objectives, active participation from all school members, an environment and facilities that support the instillation of religious values in schools, religious activities that are carried out routinely every day, and certain penalties for students who do not implement religious values at school. Fulfilling these requirements has been proven to strengthen students' spiritual intelligence, which is reflected in increased awareness of worship, attitudes of tolerance, honesty, and social responsibility. Thus, instilling religious values in schools is not only a moral necessity, but also an important basis for building students' spiritual intelligence as a whole

Get PDFThis paper examines the important role of cultural diversity in organizational dynamics and how the application of organizational culture theory can be used to effectively manage diversity. Cultural diversity, which includes differences in values, norms, language, and social backgrounds, affects various aspects of the organization such as social interaction, communication, decision-making, and collective performance. In the context of modern organizations that are increasingly multicultural, the theory of organizational culture, especially that developed by Edgar H. Schein, provides a conceptual framework for understanding how artifacts, values adhered to, and basic assumptions shape an organization's collective identity and culture. The application of this theory allows organizations to identify inclusive core values, strengthen cultural socialization mechanisms, and manage conflicts and challenges arising from the cultural diversity of members. This strategy is essential for creating a harmonious, innovative, and adaptive work environment to external changes. With strategic and sustainable cultural management, organizations can increase productivity, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability in the face of a competitive global market. This paper asserts that managing cultural diversity is not only a normative need, but also an important strategy for organizational success.
