    Peran UMKM Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kabupaten Solok Selatan

    This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, aiming to provide an explanation of the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in improving community welfare in South Solok Regency. The indicators to measure the level of welfare are income, housing and settlement, education and health. The results of the research show that the growth of South Solok Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from 2019 to 2023 is still experiencing ups and downs, a very significant increase occurred in the last 1 year from 2022 to 2023, namely 5.9% and was followed by several the development of welfare level indicators, namely an increase in the rate of economic growth of 4.57%, this figure is stated to be higher than the previous year. Then the growth rate of Housing and Settlements also increased from the previous year, namely 6.24%, in the education sector, namely 2.13% and in the Health sector there was an increase from the previous year, namely 7.38%

    The purpose of the study was to determine the role of scout coaches as mentors in implementing disciplinary character. knowing the role of coaches as role models in implementing disciplinary character, knowing scout coaches as motivators in implementing disciplinary character, and knowing the strategies used by scout coaches in implementing the disciplinary character of Scout Members at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. The research method used descriptive method with qualitative research form. The sources of research data are Scoutmaster, Deputy Student Affairs, and Scout Members. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are in the form of the role of the Scoutmaster at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya as a mentor, namely providing direction and guidance to students to be disciplined in participating in mandatory scout activities. The Scoutmaster shows an exemplary attitude consistently during extracurricular activities by being present on time and completing tasks properly. As a motivator, the Scoutmaster's role in implementing disciplinary character is by providing motivation and support to scout members through mandatory activities and routine activities. Scoutmasters use strategies in an effort to implement disciplinary character through mandatory activities and routine activities by providing guidance during activities, motivation, role modeling and providing responsibility

    The philosophy of vocational education plays a crucial role in supporting the development of competency-based education policies, especially in creating graduates who are ready to face the demands of the world of work. This study uses a literature study method to explore the contribution of the philosophy of vocational education in building relevant, responsive, and equitable education policies. This study identifies several important elements, including the integration of theory and practice, collaboration with the industrial world, and adaptation to the needs of a dynamic labor market. The findings show that the philosophy of vocational education not only supports the development of competency-based curricula but also provides an ethical basis for making educational policy decisions. The results of this study confirm that an approach based on the philosophy of vocational education is able to encourage improvements in the quality of human resources while strengthening global competitiveness. This article recommends the importance of the philosophy of vocational education as a strategic reference in designing vocational education policies, especially in vocational schools, to ensure compliance with the needs of industry and society

    Peran Dukungan Keluarga dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Emosional Siswa Kelas V di SDN 1 Gunungrejo

    This study examines the emotional well being of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Gunungrejo, focusing on the impact of family support on their psychological and academic development. The objective is to explore the experiences of students regarding the emotional support they receive from their families and teachers. Employing a qualitative approach with grounded theory methodology, data were collected from 20 students through surveys and interviews with two teachers, including the homeroom teacher and an Islamic religion teacher. The survey was divided into two sections: one measuring family support and the other assessing students' emotional well-being. The findings revealed that 95% of students reported receiving strong emotional support from their families, with 90% expressing overall life satisfaction. However, 70% of students indicated experiencing stress due to academic pressures. These results highlight the crucial role of family support in enhancing students' self-confidence and motivation while indicating that insufficient emotional support can negatively affect students' mental health. The study concludes that active parental involvement and teacher support are essential to promoting students' emotional well-being and creating a positive educational environment

The demands of the era that continue to develop encourage the education sector to always adapt to technological advances in order to improve the quality of learning. In this case, teachers are expected to be able to create interesting learning experiences in order to compete with the appeal of technology and entertainment outside the classroom. Therefore, the lecture method needs to be reduced, especially in learning that emphasizes process skills and active learning. Teachers must be more creative in utilizing technology, especially learning media, to increase the effectiveness and appeal of learning in schools.     Liya Togo Tourism Village in Wakatobi possesses unique cultural and marine tourism potential, but it has not been optimally utilized. This research aims to develop experience-based tour packages that can maximize this potential and increase tourist visits. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research results identify tourism potentials that can be integrated into experience-based tour packages, such as combining visits to historical sites with marine activities (snorkeling, diving), as well as interaction with local communities. This research also emphasizes the importance of community participation as a Community Based Tourism concept in tourism management and provides recommendations for tour package development strategies, promotion, and community capacity building to achieve sustainable tourism

    This paper explores the development of general philosophy, highlighting the contributions of various eras of thought from ancient Greek philosophy to modern and contemporary philosophy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a historical-philosophical approach. Data collection was carried out through a literature review which included books, journal articles and documents related to the development of general philosophy from various eras. This study underlines the important role of figures such as Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, as well as modern thinkers such as Descartes and Kant in shaping philosophical discourse which includes metaphysics, epistemology, ethics and aesthetics.     This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and workload on employee job satisfaction at the Regional Revenue Agency Office of Empat Lawang Regency. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 47 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a significant negative impact on employee job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the level of work stress experienced by employees, the lower their job satisfaction. On the other hand, workload has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, indicating that a well- managed workload can enhance employee job satisfaction. These findings have important implications for management in developing strategies to manage employee stress and workload to enhance job satisfaction and organizational productivity

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) in Private Vocational High Schools in East Jakarta. This study uses an evaluation method with the CIPP evaluation model approach (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The results of the study prove that: 1) Context, the implementers of the Independent Curriculum Implementation program, all important elements and personnel, namely the principal, educators, education personnel, parents of students and other stakeholders; 2) Input, in designing programs, implementing programs, and the performance of all personnel, especially students as learners as well as “extended output” of the entire process is very good because the support; personnel, budget, facilities, and various media are relatively complete; 3) Process, the implementation of the entire Independent Curriculum Implementation program (IKM) including the Pancasila student profile strengthening program (P5) went very well; 4) Product, performance (appraisal) of students as subjects of dynamics in the entire learning process can be witnessed at events that have been determined by the school very well and varied according to the chosen themes. Thus, the fruits of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) and the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening program (P5) are very impressive and need to be carried out continuously

    Perilaku Bullying pada Siswa SMA

    The purpose of this study was to determine the description of bullying behavior in high school students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri X totaling 1200 students. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The criteria determined were grade XI students aged 15 to 18 years who had experienced bullying behavior. The sample in this study amounted to 285 people. This data collection technique used a bullying behavior scale based on Sejiwa's theory. The results of the study found that bullying behavior in students was categorized as high with a total of 225 people amounting to 78.94%, the moderate category amounting to 55 people amounting to 19.29%, and the low category amounting to 5 people amounting to 1.75%. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that bullying behavior in grade XI students at SMA Negeri X was in the high category
