Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Perilaku Berwirausaha Siswa
This study aims to determine how the correlation of teacher teaching variations on student learning motivation. The type of research used is quantitative research method. The data obtained and processed are the results of questionnaire answers from students of class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 4 Bone. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation and questionnaires by going directly to the research location. Based on the test results that have been done, partially shows that the variable knowledge of entrepreneurship (X) has a significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior (Y) class XI OTKP SMK Negeri 4 Bone. This means that the first hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, because the value of tcount> ttable or 11.089> 1.697 sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ha is accepted. Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship can help students identify new opportunities in an ever-changing market which in this case shows an entrepreneurial attitude. Students can learn to identify market needs and develop innovative products or services to meet those needs. Thus, an understanding of entrepreneurship not only affects individual student behavior, but can also have a positive impact on economic growth
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terintegrasi Culturally Responsive Teaching untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas X-E1 SMA Negeri 10 Medan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X-E1 di SMA Negeri 10 Medan melalui implementasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terintegrasi Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Penerapan model pembelajaran PBL terintegrasi CRT dirancang untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dan mempertimbangkan latar belakang budaya mereka. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan langkah-langkah perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PBL terintegrasi CRT secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari siklus I hingga siklus II. Pada siklus I, persentase ketuntasan meningkat dari 49% menjadi 63%. Sementara itu, pada siklus II, persentase ketuntasan meningkat dari 66% menjadi 71%, dengan total peningkatan sebesar 22%. Hasil ini menunjukkan efektivitas integrasi model PBL dengan CRT dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa
Evaluasi Rapor Pendidikan Di SMP Progressive Bumi Shalawat
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the education report card at Progressive Bumi Shalawat Junior High School, emphasizing the importance of education in encouraging the nation's intellectual growth. Through the implementation of the National Assessment, this school obtained report cards that reflect performance in various aspects, including literacy ability, numeracy, character, and safety conditions, diversity and quality of learning. The results of the evaluation showed that the students' literacy ability was above the minimum competency, with the majority of students reaching the advanced level. However, challenges remain, especially in the psychological well-being of students and the application of diversity principles, which require further attention. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, analyzes data from interviews and documents, and provides recommendations for continuous improvement in the education system in schools. Thus, SMP Progressive Bumi Shalawat is committed to improving the quality of education and providing a better learning experience for all students
Implementasi Pendekatan Berdiferensiasi Berbantu Media PKM-P untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Semarang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendekatan berdiferensiasi berbantu media PKM-P dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas 3B SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran dengan pendekatan konkuren, yang menggabungkan data kuantitatif dari tes pretest-posttest dan data kualitatif dari observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik setelah diterapkan pendekatan ini, dengan rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 62,86 pada pretest menjadi 85,36 pada posttest. Media PKM-P yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran interaktif yang membantu peserta didik memahami konsep matematika secara lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan berdiferensiasi yang didukung oleh media inovatif seperti PKM-P dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Temuan ini menawarkan kontribusi penting bagi inovasi pendidikan dan mendorong pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih bervariasi untuk berbagai tingkat pendidikan.

Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Di SDN Bogem
Kepemimpinan merupakan cara seorang pemimpin dalam mempengaruhi bawahan dengan karakteristik tententu sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Karakteristik tersebut dikenal dengan istilah gaya kepemimpinan atau gaya kepemimpinan. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki dampak penting terhadap semua komponen yang ada karena berkaitan dengan pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan kebijakan dan strategi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan maupun pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Bogem dengan subyek penelitian semua guru dan karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen atau dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga tahap yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama satu minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis
Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu Berbasis Nilai Islam Dalam Upaya Pembentukan Akhlak Santri
This study aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of an Islamic value-based quality management system at the Sunan Ampel Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School and reveal its impact on the formation of santri character. This objective is based on the need to understand how Islamic values are translated into effective quality management practices, which not only improve the quality of education but also shape the character of santri in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation. Informants were selected by purposive sampling, consisting of pesantren administrators, teachers, and students. Data analysis used interactive techniques, involving reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation of methods was carried out to ensure data validity and identify patterns of Islamic value relationships in the formation of santri morals. The results showed that the Sunan Ampel Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School has successfully integrated Islamic values in the quality management system, which not only improves the quality of education but also forms superior santri characters. The application of values such as honesty, responsibility, and ihsan through programs such as routine muhasabah and Islamic-based evaluation creates an Islamic educational environment. The strategy of forming santri morals, which involves daily activities such as dhikr, congregational prayers, and book studies, plays an important role in shaping character and discipline. The active involvement of stakeholders-nurturers, teachers, parents, and the community-creates a synergy that strengthens Islamic values in education and builds a harmonious relationship between the pesantren and its community. This approach is an effective model in creating a quality and character Islamic education institution
Peran Petugas Kesehatan Terhadap Konsumsi Tablet Zat Besi (Fe) Dengan Kejadian Anemia Pada Ibu Hamil Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Bogor
Anemia in pregnant women can be caused by an increase in oxygen demand so that erythropoietin production in the kidneys also increases. This causes red blood cells (erythrocytes) to increase by 20-30%. This increase is not comparable to the progressive increase in plasma volume, which is 40-45%, so that a hemodilution process (blood thinning) occurs which causes a decrease in Hb concentration. This research method is an analytical survey with a Cross-Sectional research design, namely research on the relationship between two variables in a condition or group of individuals. The results of the Chi-Square test obtained a p Value = 0.020 ≤ α (0.05), this shows that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the consumption of Fe tablets. The conclusion is that as health workers, they can increase their active role in providing counseling, information counseling and education to pregnant women and their families about consuming Fe tablets and especially to pregnant women to consume Fe tablets during pregnancy
Pengembangan Kurikulum Berbasis Nilai Moral Dalam Meningkatkan Pendidikan Karakter Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Character education is the main foundation in building a young generation with integrity and responsibility. This research uses case study research with a descriptive qualitative approach. This research aims to develop a moral values-based curriculum to improve student character education in elementary schools. Even though character education is considered important, challenges in its implementation often arise, such as a lack of integration of moral values in the existing curriculum and low student awareness of the importance of morals and ethics. By developing a curriculum that includes learning objectives, materials, methods and evaluation that are integrated with character values, it is hoped that it can instill a positive personality and encourage students to socialize and be responsible. The research results show that the implementation of a moral values-based curriculum not only increases students' honest and disciplined attitudes, but also increases their participation in learning. Thus, character education must be an integral part of the curriculum to create a young generation who is not only academically intelligent but also has good morals
Analisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Penggunaan Teknologi Digitalisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Program Pengembangan Kompetensi Tenaga Pengajar
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi staf pengajar dalam kaitannya dengan lingkungan kerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi digitalisasi. Kami menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei dengan 200 responden staf pengajar. Regresi linier berganda diterapkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi ditingkatkan secara signifikan oleh optimalisasi teknologi digitalisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung menciptakan suasana yang produktif dan kolaboratif, sementara teknologi digitalisasi memperluas akses ke informasi dan memfasilitasi pelatihan berbasis daring. Dengan demikian, kombinasi keduanya merupakan faktor penting dalam merancang program pengembangan kompetensi yang efektif. Efektivitas program pengembangan kompetensi staf pengajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh penggunaan teknologi digitalisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Jumlah keduanya menghasilkan lebih banyak keuntungan daripada salah satu faktor secara individual. Strategi terpadu diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, yang mencakup penyediaan fasilitas kerja yang mendukung, akses yang adil terhadap teknologi, dan pelatihan intensif bagi staf pengajar. Kualitas pendidikan harus ditingkatkan melalui upaya kolaboratif pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan untuk memastikan bahwa semua anggota staf pengajar dapat memberikan kontribusi maksimal
