FINTECH MANAGEMENT IN ISLAMIC BANKING: SOLUTIONS AND CHALLENGES
No full textThe advancement of information technology, particularly in the context of computers and the internet, has had a significant impact on the banking sector, including Islamic banking. This technology facilitates the integration and digitalization of banking services, such as e-banking, mobile banking, and fintech, enabling Islamic banking to expand access, enhance efficiency, and offer services that better align with Sharia principles. However, the implementation of technology in Islamic banking faces specific challenges, such as ensuring compliance with Sharia principles, maintaining information security, and addressing limitations in financial literacy among the public. To maximize the benefits of technology, Islamic banks need to consistently evaluate and ensure that the technology used adheres to Sharia principles, invest in cybersecurity solutions, improve financial literacy among the public, and establish partnerships with fintech companies that comply with Sharia regulations. Teknik Restitusi dalam Menangani Pelaku Bullying, Perundungan Pada Kurikulum Merdeka
No full textPenulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada para pembaca bagaimana penerapan teknik restitusi dalam Pendidikan untuk menangani pelaku bullying atau perundungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif data diperoleh dari berbagai referensi baik buku, jurnal yang relevan dan fenomenologi di SMKN 1 Muntok. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa, penerapan teknik resitusi yang efektif adalah: (1) Membentuk suasana positif; (2) Mengevaluasi kesalahan; (3) Memunculkan solusi kreatif. Tidak hanya itu, penerapan pendekatan teknik restitusi yang benar dapat menangani pelaku bullying atau perundungan jika melibatkan orang tua dan stageholder. Pendekatan segitiga restitusi bermanfaat bagi pelaku bullying di institusi pendidikan karena memberikan kesempatan untuk mengakui kesalahan, memahami dampak perilaku, dan berkomitmen untuk perubahan yang baik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa dalam menangani kasus bullying atau perundungan, dengan pendekatan restitusi sangat membantu memulihkan keseimbangan, membangun pemahaman, membuat lingkungan yang lebih aman, dan mendorong perubahan positif dalam berperilaku. Pelaku bullying, tidak hanya diberikan hukuman, tetapi juga kesempatan untuk berkembang serta mengubah perilaku yang baik. Pelaku Bullying dapat menjadi anggota masyarakat yang lebih sadar diri dan bertanggung jawab dengan memberikan dukungan dan pendidikan yang tepat melalui restitus

No full textThis research examines the phenomenon of the habit of eating bananas and smoking for bridal couples after the wedding ceremony in Ibul Village, West Bangka Regency, using a qualitative approach and phenomenological perspective. Through in-depth interviews and participant observation, this research aims to understand the social and cultural meaning behind these two practices. It was found that eating bananas served as a symbol of fertility and good luck, which created an emotional bond between the bridal couple and the community. Meanwhile, smoking is considered a social activity that strengthens relationships between community members, creating a space for sharing stories and traditional values
Peran Uang dan Harga dalam Ekonomi Islam
No full textUang dan harga merupakan tema relevan dalam konteks ekonomi global modern. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran keduanya dalam Ekonomi Islam serta untuk memahami bagaimana prinsip-prinsip Islam mengatur peran uang dan harga dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan ekonomi yang diinginkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder terkait teori ekonomi Islam, prinsip-prinsip ekonomi makro, serta konsep uang dan harga dalam Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Ekonomi Islam, uang dan harga memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi, distribusi kekayaan yang adil, dan kesejahteraan umat. Peran uang dan harga bukan hanya sebagai alat transaksi, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan ekonomi yang diatur oleh prinsip-prinsip Islam. Dengan memahami peran keduanya secara komprehensif, masyarakat dapat membangun sistem ekonomi yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Studi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mendalami pemahaman tentang peran uang dan harga dalam konteks Ekonomi Islam serta implikasinya dalam praktik ekonomi kontemporer
Pelestarian Tradisi Melalui Kerajinan Anyam: Studi Etnografi di Desa Nyuruk
No full textThis research explores the preservation of tradition through woven crafts in Nyuruk Village. Using an ethnographic approach, this study highlights how weaving skills are passed down from generation to generation, as well as their role in maintaining local cultural and economic identities. In addition, this research explores the social and economic dynamics behind the practice of weaving, including the role of women and the economic contribution of woven crafts to the local community. The results showed that woven crafts not only became a symbol of culture, but also served as an important source of income for villagers. Thus, efforts to preserve this tradition become important for the sustainability of local culture and economy.Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pelestarian tradisi melalui kerajinan anyam di Desa Nyuruk. Menggunakan pendekatan etnografi, studi ini menyoroti bagaimana keterampilan menganyam diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi, serta peranannya dalam menjaga identitas budaya dan ekonomi lokal. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggali dinamika sosial dan ekonomi di balik praktik menganyam, termasuk peran perempuan dan kontribusi ekonomi kerajinan anyam bagi masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerajinan anyam tidak hanya menjadi simbol budaya, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai sumber pendapatan penting bagi penduduk desa. Dengan demikian, upaya pelestarian tradisi ini menjadi penting untuk keberlanjutan budaya dan ekonomi lokal.
 
Analysis of Work Motivation of Educators at SMK Al-Huda Sariwangi with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Approach
No full textThis study analyzes educators' work motivation at SMK Al-Huda Sariwangi using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, focusing on five basic needs: physiological, security, social, appreciation, and self-actualization. The research employs a quantitative-descriptive method with interviews and observations involving the principal and educators. Findings indicate that SMK Al-Huda generally fulfills educators' motivational needs: compensation and work environment are satisfactory, job security and health benefits are adequate with some room for improvement, social relationships are harmonious, recognition is provided but can be enhanced, and self-actualization is supported through training opportunities. Despite these successes, further improvements are needed, and future studies should include comparisons across multiple schools for broader insights

No full textThe rise of online gambling has become a serious issue in Indonesia, particularly concerning its impact on children. This phenomenon raises deep concerns about the negative effects it may have on their development and well-being. In this context, the role of family preaching (dakwah) is crucial in strengthening children's resilience against the negative influences of online gambling. This research aims to analyze how family preaching can contribute to building resilience in children against the risks of online gambling. To achieve this objective, the study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach and utilizes a library research method, hoping to provide an in-depth understanding of the role of family preaching in protecting children from the negative impacts of online gambling, as well as to identify effective preaching strategies. This involves gathering relevant information or scholarly works such as books, journal articles, internet articles, websites, and YouTube videos. The results indicate that there are several roles of family preaching in shaping children's resilience against online gambling: First, parents act as pioneers by teaching religious values; Second, as protectors from dangers such as online gambling; Third, as advisors by respecting children's viewpoints; Fourth, as role models in responsibility and morality; Fifth, by implementing clear rules; and Sixth, through balanced supervision to monitor children's behavior. Parents must also balance freedom and support to foster children's development
Study on Subitizing: Exploring Numeracy Mastery in Early Childhood
No full textSubitizing, the ability to rapidly and accurately recognize small quantities of objects without counting, has become a primary focus in developing numeracy understanding in early childhood. The research uses a qualitative approach with literature study techniques. The study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the concept of subitizing, learning trajectories, and recommendations for teaching it to young children, as well as concrete examples from research involving multidisciplinary approaches. The findings indicate that current research explores various aspects of subitizing, ranging from effective teaching strategies to learning trajectories appropriate for children’s developmental stages. Effective subitizing instruction includes the use of relevant number concepts in everyday interactions, practicing naming small collections of objects with numbers, and repeated experiences in recognizing and naming groups of objects. Subitizing learning trajectories encompass developmental processes and the creation of task-supportive environments, ranging from unconscious number understanding to the ability to recognize quantities up to 10 objects. Various research outcomes also highlight the application of subitizing in technology development, such as subitizing games to enhance children’s mathematical abilities and assistive software for children with dyscalculia. Studies in psychology and health fields reveal the complexity of the relationship between subitizing and cognitive functions, such as in children with specific conditions like Cerebral Palsy or brain injuries. With a multidisciplinary approach, current research continues to expand understanding of the benefits of subitizing and its implications in various contexts, from education to health, aiming to enhance children’s learning and well-being holistically
Implementasi Media Loose Part Dalam Menumbuhkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Kelompok A di TK Pertiwi Banjarsari kec. Bantarbolang kab. Pemalang
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan Media Loose Part yang berupa komponen bahan alam daun dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan motorik halus pada kelompok A di TK Pertiwi Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Bantarbolang Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yang dilakukan secara langsung dalam menemukan masalah/fenomena yang terjadi dan memperoleh data secara luas. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Milles dan Hubberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Media Loose Part dalam Menumbuhkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Kelompok A di TK Pertiwi Desa Banjarsari memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kemampuan motorik halus setelah menerapkan Media Loose Part. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi para pendidik, khususnya di taman kanak-kanak (TK) untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan Media Loose Part sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak. Media ini dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berbeda dan menarik. Penelitian ini dapat membantu melatih koordinasi motorik halus pada anak kelompok A di TK Pertiwi Desa Banjarsari

No full textThis research describes the implications of the Ummi Method in Improving the Quality of Al-Qur'an Reading for Class A Children at the Friends of the Qur'an Koba IT Kindergarten. Based on the results of the researcher's observations, Class A of the Friends of the Qur'an Koba IT Kindergarten has implemented the ummi method in class A of the Friends of the Qur'an Koba IT Kindergarten. Where in class A, the children who are learning to read the Koran for the first time using the Ummi method are still not doing it well. There are several problems in implementing the Ummi method in class A of TK IT Friends of the Qur'an Koba, namely when they first learn to read the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi Method, the children are still confused because it is the first time learning. Children still don't know the rules of simple tajwid, the pronunciation of makhraj letters is not correct, reading with fashahah, and reading the Koran with an up and down rhythm. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply the steps for reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi method in class A TK IT Sahabat Qur'an Koba using the Ummi Method and also the implications of the Ummi method in improving the quality of reading the Al-Qur'an using the Ummi Method in class A Kindergarten IT Friends of the Qur'an Koba
