ANALISIS SISTEM PENGUPAHAN KARYAWAN HOME INDUSTRI TOGE AN PERSPEKTIF ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM
Get PDFEmployee wage payments at Home Industry Toge AN have problems regarding the full linkage between employee wages and the results of bean sprout sales each month. With this full linkage, the relationship between business owners and employees does not go well, this is because one party feels disadvantaged, namely the employee. This study aims to analyze the employee wage system using Islamic Business Ethics. The focus of the problem in this study is as follows: how is the practice of the employee wage system at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan? and how is the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the employee wage system at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan?. In this study, the approach used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative approach using the type of field research (Field Research), this study was conducted using the interview method with business owners and employees who work at Home Industry Toge AN, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. The results of this study are that in the AN Toge Home Industry, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan, in practice it is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely in the employee wage system which is fully related to the results of bean sprout sales and Islamic business ethics related to the principle of justice. Meaningful justice is clearly not in accordance with the concept of wages, because employee wages are linked to the results of bean sprout sales, so that wages change every month

Get PDFPrice fluctuations of basic commodities are a classic issue in the regional economy that can affect people\u27s purchasing power. This study aims to analyze the role of the Cooperatives, Industry, and Trade Office (Diskoperindag) of Bondowoso Regency in maintaining price stability of basic commodities in the market, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that Diskoperindag acts as a facilitator for the distribution of basic commodities, an operator of market operations, and a trade supervisor, but does not have the authority in price setting, taxes, and subsidies. In the perspective of Islamic economics, the role of Diskoperindag is similar to the function of al-ḥisbah, which is to ensure price affordability and fairness in market transactions. This research recommends strengthening the synergy between the Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade and central agencies to optimize price stabilization comprehensively and sustainably

Get PDFThis study explores the relationship between husband and wife, both of whom are pesantren alumni, in building a sakinah (harmonious) family in Temuasri Village, Sempu District, Banyuwangi Regency. As alumni of Islamic boarding schools, santri couples possess religious knowledge, social values, and life experiences that significantly contribute to maintaining household harmony. Despite coming from different pesantren backgrounds, differences in routines and habits can be resolved through practices such as mutual service, support, and the application of pesantren teachings in daily life. These principles include strengthening tarbiyah, reminding each other of goodness, and fulfilling respective rights and responsibilities.
The concept of kafa’ah (compatibility) in the aspect of religion also plays a crucial role in ensuring family tranquility. A deep understanding of religious teachings provides a strong foundation for couples to face household challenges and social influences. By practicing pesantren values such as communal prayer, Qur\u27anic recitation, and respecting differences, santri couples can foster harmonious relationships. Furthermore, their experiences in pesantren, which teach adaptability to various characters and cultures, help them manage differences and strengthen family bonds.
In conclusion, the combination of religious knowledge, pesantren experiences, and the application of kafa’ah principles enables santri couples to achieve a sakinah family. This harmony not only inspires the couples themselves but also serves as an example for the surrounding community on the importance of religious values in family life

The distribution of zakat at BAZNAS Banyuwangi to mustahiq is carried out in accordance with Islamic law by considering the priority scale of mustahiq needs in the form of consumptive aids. It means that helping mustahiq in solving their very urgent basic economic problems, and productive aids in order to improve welfare, both individually and in groups through ongoing activities or programs.

Get PDFPrice determination is a crucial aspect of economic activity that affects the balance between producers and consumers. In Islam, the principle of justice serves as a fundamental foundation that must be applied in every economic transaction to ensure fairness for all parties involved. This study aims to analyze the principles of justice in price determination from an Islamic perspective and its relevance to modern economic challenges. A qualitative approach with a literature review method was employed, analyzing Qur\u27anic verses, Hadiths, and Islamic economic literature. The findings reveal that Islamic principles of justice emphasize transparency, honesty, and the avoidance of harmful practices such as hoarding and price manipulation. Moreover, the study highlights that applying the principle of justice in price determination not only maintains the balance between producers’ and consumers’ rights but also promotes market stability and social harmony. This research contributes significantly to the understanding of the relevance of Islamic values of justice to contemporary economic practices and provides practical guidance for economic actors and policymakers in creating a more equitable and sustainable market system

Get PDFA holistic foundation during the transition from early childhood to primary school is a critical period that significantly influences children\u27s overall development. This study aims to explore the impact of this transition on children\u27s religious, social, emotional aspects, positive learning attitudes, motor skills, and cognitive abilities. The primary method employed is a qualitative approach using questionnaires distributed to 23 parents of children aged 5 to 8 years. The findings indicate that children have demonstrated the presence of their holistic foundations. However, several areas still require further attention and guidance from both parents and educators. Therefore, collaboration among educational institutions, teachers, and parents must be well-aligned to ensure a smooth transition from early childhood to primary education

Get PDFBMT-UGT Nusantara adalah Lembaga Keuangan Syariah yang berada di Desa Pesisir Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Situbondo. Adapun produk-produk yang ditawarkan di BMT UGT Nusantara Besuki ini adalah produk simpanan (penghimpun dana) dan produk pembiayaan (penyalur dana), salah satu bentuk pembiayaan yang diberikan BMT UGT Nusantara Besuki adalah dalam bentuk pembiayaan mudharabah. Motivasi nasabah dalam memilih produk pembiayaan mudharabah di BMT UGT Nusantara Besuki berawal dari keinginan mereka untuk meminjam uang atau melakukan pembiayaan kepada pihak BMT.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi masyarakat/nasabah memilih produk pembiayaan mudharabah di BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Besuki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan berupa Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Analisis motivasi nasabah dalam melakukan pembiayaan mudharabah pada BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Besuki yaitu: Adanya kebutuhan sosial atau afiliasi dimana hasil keuntungan dari pengguna dana tersebut dibagi bersama berdasarkan nisbah yang disepakati. Pembiayaan mudharabah yang digunakan oleh BMT UGT Nusantara untuk menfasilitasi pemenuhan kebutuhan permodalan bagi masyarakat Besuki guna menjalankan usaha dengan cara melakukan penyertaan modal bagi usaha yang bersangkutan dan prosedur pengajuan pembiayaannya juga mudah

Get PDFBalancd Scorecard merupakan metode pengukur kinerja yang aspek pengukurannya tidak hanya dari aspek keuangan saja, akan tetapi non keuangannya juga. Balanced Scorecard memiliki empat perspektif yaitu, perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajran dan pertumbuhan.Fokus masalah dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Cabang Kangean dengan metode Balanced Scorecard. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dimana pengumpulan datanya diperoleh memalalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh melalui 3 tahap yakni, data reduction (reduksi data), data display (display data), dan conclusion drawing/ verification (simpulan dan verifikasi ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kinerja KSPPS BMT UGT Nusantara Cabang Kangean jika diukur menggunakan dengan metode Balanced Scorecard secara keseluruhan berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya menunjukkan hasil baik, keculai pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan pada indikator retensi karyawan mendapatkan hasil kurang baik

No full textAlokasi SDA, istilah yang dapat merujuk pada standar efisiensi atau teknologi tertentu di berbagai sektor, berfokus pada pengoptimalan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sambil meminimalkan konsumsi sumber daya. Konsep ini sangat penting dalam industri yang sangat berdampak pada lingkungan, karena bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah dan mempromosikan praktik berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ekonomi meliputi produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi barang dan jasa. Integrasi efisiensi SDA ke dalam kegiatan ekonomi dapat mendorong inovasi dan daya saing sambil mengatasi masalah lingkungan.Di satu sisi, meningkatkan efisiensi dapat mengurangi dampak lingkungan dengan mengurangi limbah dan melestarikan sumber daya. Di sisi lain, pertumbuhan ekonomi sering menyebabkan peningkatan konsumsi dan potensi bahaya lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik.Oleh karena itu, penting bagi bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan untuk menemukan keseimbangan yang mendorong pembangunan ekonomi sambil menjaga lingkungan.Degradasi lingkungan mengacu pada kerusakan lingkungan melalui menipisnya sumber daya seperti udara, air, dan tanah; perusakan ekosistem; dan kepunahan satwa liar.Kontributor utama degradasi lingkungan termasuk kegiatan industri, urbanisasi, deforestasi,dan polusi.Hubungan antara efisiensi SDA dan degradasi lingkungan sangat signifikan, karena peningkatan efisiensi dapat menyebabkan pengurangan emisi,konsumsi sumber daya yang lebih rendah, dan jejak ekologis yang lebih kecil.Namun,jika langkah-langkah efisiensi tidak diterapkan secara berkelanjutan, mereka dapat secara tidak sengaja menyebabkan peningkatan produksi dan konsumsi, memperburuk masalah lingkunga
