ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KUALITAS PRODUK, DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan brand image terhadap kepuasan konsumen di KafeIN Universitas Annuqayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah KafeIN Universitas Annuqayah. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen di KafeIN Universitas Annuqayah. Variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen di KafeIN Universitas Annuqayah. Variabel brand image berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen di KafeIN Universitas Annuqayah. Variabel kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di KafeIN Universitas Annuqayah
Analisis Perbedaan Kinerja Keuangan Bank Konvensional dan Bank Syariah yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2022-2024
Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang perbankan menimbulkan kesalahpahaman terhadap perbedaan antara bank konvensional dan bank syariah. Adanya perbedaan prinsip antara bank konvensional dan bank syariah dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan di setiap perbankan. Kinerja bank merupakan bagian dari kinerja bank secara keseluruhan. Performance bank secara keseluruhan adalah gambaran prestasi yang telah dicapai bank dalam operasionalnya, baik menyangkut aspek keuangan, menghimpun dana, menyalurkan dana, dan teknologi maupun sumber daya manusia. bank konvensional adalah bank yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha secara konvensional sedangkan bank syariah adalah bank yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tardapat tidaknya perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara bank konvensional dan bank syariah dengan menggunakan rasio Return On Asset (ROA), Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). Metode yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data skunder yang berupa laporan tahunan yang di upload oleh pihak perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Deskriptif, Uji Normalitas, Uji Wilcoxon dan Uji Idependent sampel t-test. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan hasil bahwa antara bank konvensional dan bank syariah pada rasio NPL dan DAR terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Sedangkan pada rasio ROA dan LDR tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Namun jika dilihat dengan mengumpulkan semua data kinerja keuangan, disimpulkan bahwa bank konvensional sedikit lebih unggul dari bank syariah
Pengembangan Sumber Daya Insani Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan UD Pribumi Jaya
This study aims to analyze human resource development strategies in improving employee performance at UD Pribumi Jaya. Human resource development is considered a crucial aspect in supporting company productivity and success, particularly in facing increasingly competitive business environments. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data were obtained directly from the company’s management and employees, while secondary data were derived from relevant supporting documents. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The findings reveal that UD Pribumi Jaya implements several human resource development strategies, such as recruitment processes, work guidance, on-the-job training, motivation through reward systems, and regular performance evaluations. Job training appears to be the most dominant strategy, as it effectively enhances employees’ practical skills and accelerates work adaptation. Furthermore, motivation and periodic evaluation play significant roles in maintaining employee morale and continuously improving performance quality. However, several challenges were identified, including internal barriers such as training fatigue and limited workforce, as well as external barriers related to educational background mismatches with assigned tasks. Therefore, human resource development must be conducted consistently and systematically to improve employee performance and support the company’s sustainability
Perancangan WEB Profil Dengan Metode UCD pada LKP Dinasty Trenggalek
The development of information technology requires educational institutions to innovate in the digital dissemination of information. The Trenggalek Dynasty Course and Training Institute (LKP) previously faced obstacles in delivering profile information and participant registration because it was still done manually using brochures. This research aims to design a profile website for the Trenggalek Dinasty LKP as an interactive information media that is easily accessible to the public. The method used is User Centered Design (UCD), which emphasizes user involvement in every stage of design, starting from identifying the context of use, determining user needs, designing design solutions, to evaluating the results. The research results show that the resulting website interface design is in accordance with user needs, informative, and easy to use. This website is able to display information about the institution\u27s profile, vision and mission, achievements, activities, and institution contacts with an attractive appearance and clear navigation. By implementing the UCD method, the LKP Dinasty Trenggalek profile website is expected to increase the credibility of the institution and simplify the promotion and registration process for new students.Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk berinovasi dalam penyebaran informasi secara digital. Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Dinasty Trenggalek sebelumnya menghadapi kendala dalam penyampaian informasi profil dan pendaftaran peserta karena masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan brosur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang website profil LKP Dinasty Trenggalek sebagai media informasi yang interaktif dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD), yang menekankan keterlibatan pengguna dalam setiap tahapan perancangan, mulai dari identifikasi konteks penggunaan, penentuan kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan solusi desain, hingga evaluasi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan antarmuka website yang dihasilkan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, informatif, dan mudah digunakan. Website ini mampu menampilkan informasi mengenai profil lembaga, visi dan misi, prestasi, kegiatan, serta kontak lembaga dengan tampilan yang menarik dan navigasi yang jelas. Dengan penerapan metode UCD, website profil LKP Dinasty Trenggalek diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas lembaga serta mempermudah proses promosi dan pendaftaran peserta didik baru
PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DAILY WORKER HOTEL BOGOR
Dalam dunia kerja yang berdaya saing, mencapai capaian kerja karyawan yang optimal adalah kunci keberhasilan perusahaan. Meskipun performa karyawan sangat penting untuk keberhasilan organisasi, ketidakdisiplinan dan ketidakpuasan kompensasi sering menurunkan kinerja karyawan. Dalam riset ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi pada kinerja karyawan secara parsial serta simultan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 31 karyawan yang bekerja di salah satu Hotel Bogor. Menurut hasil penelitian, nilai uji t pertama, t-hitung 2,352 > t-tabel 2,04841 dan nilai signifikasi 0,028 < 0,05, dengan kata lain variabel disiplin kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Hasil uji t-hitung 3,290 > t-tabel 2,04841 dan nilai signifikasi 0,003 < 0,05, menunjukkan variabel kompensasi juga memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Uji F memperlihatkan 26,780 > 3,34 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya secara bersamaan variabel disiplin kerja serta kompensasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
KEPEMIMPINAN PARTISIPATIF DALAM MENDORONG PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA PADA KEGIATAN JMQH KECAMATAN TAMAN SIDOARJO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam mendorong partisipasi anggota pada kegiatan Jam’iyah Mudarasatul Qur’an Lil Hafidzah (JMQH) Kecamatan Taman Sidoarjo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan yang menekankan musyawarah, keterbukaan, dan keteladanan mampu menciptakan suasana organisasi yang inklusif dan harmonis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota melalui pemberian ruang aspirasi dan kesempatan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Meskipun sebagian anggota menghadapi kendala partisipasi akibat kesibukan pribadi dan akademik, semangat kebersamaan tetap terjaga karena adanya komunikasi yang baik antara pengurus dan anggota. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pengurus terus memperkuat komunikasi, mengembangkan variasi kegiatan, serta meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap kontribusi anggota untuk menjaga keberlanjutan partisipasi dalam organisasi.

HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI KONSELOR BERSERTIFIKAT DENGAN KUALITAS LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING PADA PASIEN REHABILITASI NARKOBA DI RUMAH MERAH PUTIH SURABAYA
Kasus narkoba di Indonesia menempati kedudukan nomor tiga di seluruh dunia. Jawa Timur menjadi provinsi kedua dengan peningkatan tertinggi kemudian Surabaya menghadapi masalah serius terkait penyalahgunaan narkoba data terbaru menunjukkan bahwa kota ini menempati peringkat pertama dalam kasus narkoba di Jawa Timur. Lima tahun terakhir, 70% dari total kasus narkoba di Jawa Timur terjadi di Surabaya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh konselor bersertifikat terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling pada pasien rehabilitasi narkoba di Rumah Merah Putih Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji normalitas untuk mengetahui data pada penelitian ini bersifat normal, sehingga uji parametrik dapat digunakan, uji parametrik yang digunakan uji korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan linier antar variabel dan uji regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan valid dan realibel. Uji korelasional menunjukkan bahwa koefisien r = 0,641 menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat dan uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi konselor bersertifikat mempengaruhi layanan bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 39,7% sedangkan sisanya 60,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain
UTILIZATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN CREATIVE LEARNING: IMPLICATIONS FOR STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT IN ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION
Utilization of technology Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has become increasingly popular in recent years. This study was conducted to determine how AI can improve student achievement in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning process through creative learning that can increase student engagement. The research method used was field research, located at Rambah Middle School. The data source for this study was eighth-grade students discussing the use of AI in creative learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and data reduction. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing and synthesizing the collected data to determine the use of AI in creative learning. The results of the study indicate that the use of AI in creative learning in Islamic Religious Education can increase student engagement and achievement in a more effective and efficient manner through projects and assignments using technology. AI can help improve students’ ability to understand learning materials, develop skills, and increase learning motivation during independent learning. In addition, AI can also assist teachers in developing curricula that are appropriate to students\u27 needs and abilities. Thus, the use of AI in creative learning can be one solution to improve the quality of education in Indonesia and help students achieve better performance.
TA\u27ZĪR METHOD AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL
This study investigates the application of the ta’zīr method to cultivate disciplinary character among students at Pondok Pesantren Daruttauhid Al Alawiyyah Jepara. The research arises from the essential role of discipline in shaping responsible and virtuous individuals, as well as from the need to reinterpret ta’zīr as a pedagogical practice rather than merely a punitive act. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis with caregivers, administrators, and students as key informants. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that ta’zīr is implemented in a wise, proportional, and educational manner, tailored to the level of violation and individual circumstances of the students. This approach has proven effective in fostering discipline, responsibility, moral awareness, and social cohesion within the pesantren community. Supporting elements such as exemplary leadership, a religiously nurturing environment, and open communication further enhance the success of ta’zīr. PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA K-NEAREST NEIGHBOUR DAN NAÏVE BAYES UNTUK MENDETEKSI PENIPUAN KARTU KREDIT
Credit card fraud is a serious problem in the financial industry that continues to increase with the development of digital transaction technology. This study aims to compare the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN) and Naive Bayes algorithms in detecting credit card fraud by considering various evaluation metrics evaluation metrics, including not only accuracy but also precision, recall, and F1-score. The dataset used was sourced from Kaggle, comprising a total of 10,000 transaction records, which included financial transaction attributes and user behaviour. The research process included data pre-processing, attribute selection, data normalisation, and the application of both algorithms using RapidMiner software. The test results showed that the KNN algorithm produced an accuracy of 98.43%, a precision of 98.53%, and a recall of 99.90%, while Naive Bayes obtained an accuracy 98.20% accuracy, 99.69% precision, and 98.48% recall. Although KNN showed slightly superior performance in detecting fraudulent transactions, the T-Test statistical test showed that the difference in performance between the two algorithms was not statistically significant. KNN has an advantage in recognising complex patterns, but requires greater computational time, while Naive Bayes is more efficient in terms of speed.
