ASSESSING THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL EXPERTISE, SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND LEADER TRUST ON PAI TEACHER ACHIEVEMENTS AS A STRATEGIC ASSET OF SCHOOL EXCELLENCE
Today\u27s society still assumes that teachers are the ones who are able to bring about major changes to educate the nation\u27s children. One of these tasks lies on the shoulders of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers who are expected to be able to form students with character by emphasizing Islamic values in behaving in their environment. Educational institutions will be of quality if the Human Resources in them have superior and quality competencies. This study aims to assess the extent of the influence of digital expertise, social environment and leader trust on improving the achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in schools. The research method is quantitative descriptive with a sample of 110 respondents from PAI teachers in Malang Regency, using a Likert scale of 1-5. The results of the study obtained that (1) digital expertise has a significant effect on improving the achievement of PAI teachers by 0.014. (2) The social environment has a significant effect on improving the achievement of PAI teachers by 0.001 and (3) leader trust has not had a significant effect on improving the achievement of PAI teachers by 0.132. The three factors that are independent variables in this study prove that the achievement of Islamic Religious Education teachers increases if they have digital skills, a supportive social environment. The trust of leaders from the principal has only a slight and insignificant effect on the achievement of Islamic Religious Education teachers. The conclusion obtained is that the increasing achievement of Islamic Religious Education teachers can be one of the barometers of increasing the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers with various competencies and skills they have, so that it has an impact on the quality of education and can become an asset of school excellence
PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTARIS DI KANTOR DESA SUMBERANYAR
The village of Sumberanyar faces increasing complexity in the management of its assets and inventory of village-owned goods. Until now, management has been conducted manually using ledgers and spreadsheets, which are prone to errors, data loss, and inefficiencies in reporting. To address these issues, a computerized Inventory Information System was designed for the Sumberanyar Village Office. This system is expected to simplify the inventory management process, expedite report generation, and improve the accuracy of inventory data. This study employs the Waterfall development method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is an inventory information system capable of managing assets more effectively, reducing the risk of recording errors, and generating reports faster and more accurately..Desa Sumberanyar memiliki kompleksitas yang meningkat dalam pengelolaan aset dan inventaris barang milik desa. Selama ini, pengelolaan dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku besar dan spreadsheet, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, serta tidak efisien dalam pelaporan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirancanglah Sistem Informasi Inventaris berbasis komputer di Kantor Desa Sumberanyar. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pengelolaan inventaris, mempercepat penyusunan laporan, serta meningkatkan akurasi data inventarisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pendataan Posyandu Berbasis Website
Kemajuan pesat di bidang teknologi informasi telah membawa dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi berbagai sektor, termasuk layanan kesehatan masyarakat seperti Posyandu. Namun, Posyandu Fika N F yang berada di Desa Suling Kulon, Kecamatan Cermee, Kabupaten Bondowoso, masih menjalankan pencatatan dan pelaporan secara manual. Kondisi ini menyebabkan proses kerja menjadi lambat dan rentan terhadap hilangnya data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi manajemen Posyandu yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall dalam Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, implementasi dengan React.JS dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan metode Black-Box dan White-Box, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dihasilkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah petugas dalam mencatat dan melaporkan data secara sistematis dan cepat, sehingga mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan masyarakat secara menyeluruh
DETEKSI PENYAKIT CITRUS VEIN PHLOEM DEGENERATION (CVPD) PADA DAUN JERUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE SEGMENTASI K-MEANS DAN ARSITEKTUR EFFICIENNET
Citrus vein phloem degeneration (CVD) is a devastating disease of citrus plants and seriously impacts crop quality. Although manual detection is feasible, this method faces many challenges, such as the similarity of early symptoms between healthy and infected leaves. Therefore, manual detection is time-consuming and inefficient. Therefore, an accurate and efficient automatic detection method is needed. This study aims to combine two methods: the K-Means segmentation method and the EfficientNet architecture to build an automatic detection model for CVD in citrus leaves. This method aims to improve the classification accuracy of citrus leaf images. This study is divided into two stages: the first stage uses the K-Means algorithm for image segmentation, and the second stage uses the EfficientNet model for classification. The K-Means segmentation method is used to separate the leaf surface from the background, focusing only on the parts of the leaf that show disease symptoms. The segmentation results are then processed in the second stage using the EfficientNet model. The EfficientNet model is known for its efficient feature extraction and excellent performance in recognizing complex visual patterns. The results showed that combining the K-Means segmentation method with the EfficientNet architecture significantly improved the accuracy of CVPD detection compared to a traditional CNN model without segmentation. This system is expected to assist farmers in detecting CVPD and support the implementation of smart agriculture technology in automated plant health monitoring
POLA KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL KIAI DENGAN SANTRI TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL-HAROMAIN JEMBER
This paper reveals interpersonal communication between kiai and students of Tahfidzul Qur\u27an at Al-Haromain Islamic Boarding School, Jember. Good interpersonal communication is an important thing that must be done between students and kiai, this is because it is to create effective communication. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. The primary data sources of this study are kiai and students of Tahfidzul Qur\u27an at AlHaromain Islamic Boarding School, Jember. The secondary data sources are documentation and official archives. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the interpersonal communication patterns of kiai and students of Tahfidzul Qur\u27an are knowing memorization abilities, conducting group communication, providing motivation, being a role model in enthusiasm, using routine media rituals, being open to receiving improvements, always providing support if students have problems, encouragement to memorize consistently, encouragement to struggle to face difficulties in memorizing, communication with respect, communication with polite language and meaningful communication guiding and teaching
A meta-analytic review of the impact of ethnomathematics-based instruction on students’ conceptual understanding in mathematics
Ethnomathematics-based learning has been implemented in various regions as an approach to mathematics education. This meta-analysis investigates the overall effectiveness of ethnomathematics-based instruction in enhancing students\u27 conceptual understanding of mathematics, while also examining the extent to which study characteristics influence its impact. The literature search was carried out for studies published between 2018 and 2023 using the Google Scholar database, facilitated by Harzing’s Publish or Perish software. As a result of the screening process, eight studies that fulfilled the predefined inclusion criteria were selected for data extraction. Data analysis was performed using the OpenMEE software, employing a random-effects model for effect size estimation. The findings indicated a substantial overall effect size of 1.330, suggesting that ethnomathematics-based learning exerts a significant positive influence on students\u27 conceptual understanding of mathematics. Analysis of study characteristics revealed that studies conducted at the elementary school level, employing cluster random sampling and involving fewer than 30 participants, demonstrated greater effectiveness of ethnomathematics-based learning. These findings may serve as considerations for mathematics education practitioners in implementing ethnomathematics-based learning in the future. In particular, the results highlight the urgency for teachers and curriculum developers to integrate local cultural contexts into mathematics instruction as a strategy to foster deeper conceptual understanding, increase student engagement, and support equitable learning outcomes
Bridging readiness and reasoning: A mixed methods study on learning readiness and students’ argumentation in mathematics
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between learning readiness and students\u27 argumentation patterns in mathematics learning, and to describe these patterns using Toulmin\u27s argumentation model. Using a mixed-methods approach with a parallel convergent design, this study was conducted in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Gresik in 5 parallel courses. Subjects were selected through purposive sampling, resulting in three students with different learning readiness levels: advanced, developing, and needing guidance. Data were obtained through tests, think-aloud, and interviews. The data obtained consisted of quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data in the form of student argumentation ability scores were subjected to statistical tests to determine their correlation with the level of learning readiness. At the same time, the qualitative data obtained were identified based on Toulmin\u27s argumentation pattern. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed a positive correlation between learning readiness and students\u27 argumentation ability in mathematics learning. Additionally, it was found that students with different learning readiness categories exhibited distinct mathematical argumentation patterns. In students with learning readiness who need guidance, the argumentation patterns used are claim, ground, and warrant. Students with developing and advanced learning readiness exhibit argumentation patterns, which include claims, bases, warrants, support, and qualifications. This study differs from previous studies in that learning readiness is measured by the ability to understand prerequisite material, rather than general learning readiness
MANĀHIJU NAMŪDẖAJIYATU LILTÃʿALŨMI LITAḤ̊SĪNI DĀFIʿĪÃẗI AL-ṬHULLÃBI FII IKTISĀBI AL-LUGẖATI AL-ARABIYYATI: مناهج نموذجية للتعلم لتحسين دافعية الطلاب في اكتساب اللغة العربية
This study aims to analyze the learning model approach in improving students\u27 Arabic learning motivation in the Zaid Bin Tsabit unit, Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. Arabic has a strategic position in Islamic education, but students\u27 learning motivation is often low due to less varied learning methods and limited teacher-student relations. The Islamic boarding school environment as a center for religious education needs to present adaptive and contextual learning strategies. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data are analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and verification to explore the findings in depth. The results of the study indicate that the teacher\u27s personal and relational approach plays an important role in building supportive and inclusive relationships, thus encouraging student interest; Varied and innovative learning methods such as taqdimul qissoh, khitobah, and qira\u27atul syi\u27ir are able to enrich vocabulary, train speaking courage, and improve text comprehension; and the need to strengthen teacher capacity through pedagogical training and the provision of extracurricular activities to support learning motivation. This study contributes to the development of practice-based Arabic language learning strategies that are relevant to students\u27 spiritual and academic needs, and recommends further studies with a mixed approach in diverse pesantren contexts
Deteksi Klebsiella pneumoniae Penghasil ESBL Pada Pasien Infeksi di RSUD Dr. Hi. Chasan Boesoirie
Penyakit yang disebabkan oleh mikroba disebut infeksi. Antibiotik adalah pengobatan infeksi yang paling umum dan dapat menyebabkan resistensi terhadap antibiotik. Klebsiella pneumoniae adalah salah satu faktor penyebab penyakit infeksi. Kemampuan Klebsiella pneumoniae untuk menghasilkan enzim ESBL dapat membuat bakteri menjadi kebal dan membuatnya sulit untuk dilumpuhkan. Dalam RSUD Dr.H.Chasan Boesoerie Ternate, penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) pada bakteri Klebsiella pneumoniae, yang menyebabkan resistensi terhadap antibiotika golongan sefalosporin. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dari 32 sampel klinis yang diuji pada antibiotika sefalosporin, 30 sampel (93.75%), cefotaxime 29 sampel (90.62%), dan ceftazidime 27 sampel (84.37%) menunjukkan resistensi tertinggi. Dalam uji produksi ESBL, 31 sampel (96.88%) menunjukkan positif ESBL pada antibiotika cefotaxime + asam klavulanat dan cefotaxime + asam klavulanat
Efektivitas Ekstrak Daun Kakao (Theobroma cacao L.) Sebagai Penumbuh Rambut Kelinci New Zealand White
Kerontokan rambut merupakan ciri rambut tidak sehat yang disebabkan oleh paparan terik sinar matahari, zat kimia pewarna rambut, dan faktor hormonal. Hair tonic merupakan sediaan rambut yang dapat menjaga kesehatan rambut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas pertumbuhan rambut ekstrak etanol daun kakao dalam sediaan hair tonic dengan perbedaan konsentrasi ektrak serta keamanannya. Uji aktivitas pertumbuhan rambut dilakukan dengan mengoleskan sediaan pada punggung kelinci dengan parameter pengukuran panjang rambut pada minggu ke-1, 2 dan 3 dan bobot rambut pada minggu ke-3. Uji keamanan dilakukan dengan uji iritasi kulit yang diamati pada jam ke- 24 dan 48. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil uji kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan SPPS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sediaan hair tonic yang mengandung ekstrak etanol daun kakao dengan konsentrasi 15% memiliki efektivitas yang lebih tinggi dalam merangsang pertumbuhan rambut dibandingkan dengan kontrol positif berupa minoxidil 2%. Hasil uji iritasi kulit pada kelinci menunjukkan tidak adanya eritema ataupun edema. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun kakao dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan hair tonic yang memenuhi syarat fisik serta aman digunakan pada kulit
