PENGARUH CAFE ATMOSPHERE DAN FOOD QUALITY TERHADAP REVISIT INTENTION DENGAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DI KOPI JANJI JIWA INDONESIA
Get PDFThis study contributes to examining the influence of cafe atmosphere and food quality on revisit intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Kopi Janji Jiwa. A quantitative method was employed using purposive sampling, involving 273 respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The hypothesis testing revealed that both cafe atmosphere and food quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Furthermore, food quality and satisfaction directly influence revisit intention. However, cafe atmosphere does not have a direct impact on revisit intention but shows an indirect effect through customer satisfaction. These findings emphasize that food quality and cafe atmosphere play a crucial role in shaping customer satisfaction, which in turn drives revisit intention. PENGEMBANGAN EXPLORATION WORKBOOK BERTEMA KERAJAAN SAVANA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LOGIS-MATEMATIS ANAK USIA DINI
Get PDFThis study aims to develop an Exploration Workbook themed “Savanna Kingdom” as a thematic learning medium to enhance early childhood logical-mathematical abilities. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a quantitative approach, including content validity testing using Aiken’s V formula and effectiveness analysis through gain scores and simple linear regression. The validation results show an increase in the average Aiken’s V score from 0.43 in the first round to 1.03 in the second, indicating that the instrument meets the criteria for high validity. Empirically, the use of the Exploration Workbook led to a significant improvement in children’s logical-mathematical scores across learning stages, with a gain score of 0.608 (medium category), and 52% of students showing high gains. The paired t-test revealed a statistically significant difference before and after the intervention. Furthermore, the simple linear regression analysis yielded an R² value of 0.863, meaning that 86.3% of the variation in children\u27s logical-mathematical ability can be explained by the use of the workbook. These findings are supported by Vygotsky’s theory of the zone of proximal development and the constructivist theories of Piaget, Bruner, and Bloom, which emphasize the importance of active and progressive learning. It is recommended that teachers utilize thematic learning media and adopt holistic and adaptive approaches. Further studies are suggested to apply multiple regression models to explore other contributing variables that affect learning outcomes more comprehensively

Get PDFLegal Protection for Business Actors Which is legal protection obtained by business actors in carrying out their business activities. In carrying out their business activities, business actors have their rights and obligations that must be carried out properly. Business actors who experience losses due to consumers not paying the cost of freight forwarding services have rights that must be fulfilled. The problem raised in this thesis is that business actors are harmed by the actions of consumers who do not pay the delivery service fees that have been agreed by each party. For actions taken by consumers, business actors experience losses and do not get their rights and consumers have been considered to have committed acts of default in civil law. This research uses a normative juridical approach using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. In this study, it was found that the position of business actors who suffered losses due to the actions of consumers who did not pay the cost of freight forwarding services had a more advantageous position because business actors had carried out their obligations by fulfilling existing achievements. Business actors have preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection and get the right to take legal remedies in accordance with the rules in the consumer protection law.

Dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya pelaku usaha memiliki hak dan kewajibannya yang harus dilaksanakan dengan baik. Pelaku usaha yang mengalami kerugian akibat konsumen tidak membayar biaya jasa pengiriman barang memiliki hak yang harus terpenuhi. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam skripsi ini adalah pelaku usaha dirugikan atas tindakan konsumen yang tidak membayar biaya jasa pengiriman yang telah disepakati oleh masing-masing pihak. Atas tindakan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen maka pelaku usaha mengalami kerugian dan tidak mendapatkan haknya dan konsumen telah dianggan melakukan tindakan wanprestasi dalam hukum perdata. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan didukung pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan serta pendekatan konseptual. Kemudian dalam hasil penelitian ini dapatmenunjukkan bahwa kedudukan pelaku usaha yang mengalami kerugian akibat tindakan konsumen yang tidak membayar biaya jasa pengiriman barang memiliki kedudukan yang lebih diuntungkan karena pelaku usaha telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan memenuhi prestasi yang ada. Pelaku usaha memiliki perlindungan hukum secara preventif dan perlindungan hukum secara represif dan mendapatkan hak melakukan upaya hukum sesuai dengan aturan yang ada pada undang-undang perlindunga konsumen.

IMPLEMENTASI PELAKSANAAN WAJIB DAFTAR PERUSAHAAN DI KOTA SURABAYA
Get PDFThis study was investigates the implementation of Law No. 3 of 1982 on Mandatory Company Registration in Surabaya, focusing on the corporate sector. Through comprehensive analysis, the research aims to evaluate company compliance with registration regulations, identify implementation issues, and formulate strategic recommendations for improvement. The methods include secondary data analysis and field surveys with company owners and managers. Findings reveal variations in compliance levels, with some companies adhering well to the regulations, while others face challenges such as lack of understanding of registration procedures. Recommendations include enhancing company owners understanding of Law No. 3 of 1982, providing procedural guidance, and strengthening collaboration between companies and authorities. This research is expected to contribute to improving corporate compliance and regulatory effectiveness in Surabaya.Penelitian ini menyelidiki pelaksanaan Undang-Undang No. 3 Tahun 1982 tentang Wajib Daftar Perusahaan di Kota Surabaya, yang kemudian dalam perjalanannya terjadibeberapa pembaharuan terhadap aturan dan hukum yang berlaku. fokus pada penelitian ini yakni terkait sektorperusahaan. Melalui analisis komprehensif, tujuan penelitianini adalah mengevaluasi kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap aturanpendaftaran, mengidentifikasi masalah implementasi, dan merumuskan rekomendasi strategis untuk perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis data sekunder dan surveilapangan dengan pemilik serta pengelola perusahaan. Temuanmenunjukkan variasi tingkat kepatuhan, dengan beberapaperusahaan mematuhi aturan dengan baik, sementara yang lain menghadapi tantangan seperti ketidakpahaman prosedur. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan pemahaman pemilikperusahaan terhadap UU No. 3 Tahun 1982, panduan prosedurpendaftaran, dan peningkatan kolaborasi antara perusahaandan pihak berwenang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapatmemberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhanperusahaan dan efektivitas regulasi di Kota Surabaya.

The background to this research problem stems from the high number of cases of sexual violence against minors and the need for effective legal protection to protect children\u27s rights. The problems formulated include the form of legal protection provided to victims and the efforts made by DP3A to provide this protection. The aim of this research is to explain the existing forms of legal protection and the efforts that have been made to protect minor victims. It is hoped that the benefits of this research will provide theoretical insight for the development of legal science, as well as become a practical reference for the community and related parties in applying legal protection regulations for victims of child sexual violence.
Penelitian ini berfokus pada perlindungan hukum bagi korban perkosaan anak di bawah umur, dengan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Semarang. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini berangkat dari tingginya angka kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur dan perlunya perlindungan hukum yang efektif untuk melindungi hak-hak anak. Permasalahan yang dirumuskan meliputi bentuk perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada korban dan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh DP3A dalam menyediakan perlindungan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk perlindungan hukum yang ada serta upaya yang telah dilakukan dalam rangka melindungi korban anak di bawah umur. PERAN HUKUM PIDANA INTERNASIONAL DALAM MENGATASI GENOSIDA PADA KONFLIK ISRAEL-PALESTINA

In overcoming the genocide that occurred in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, international criminal law is greatly assisted, especially through court mechanisms such as the International Criminal Court (ICC). The purpose of this law enforcement is to prosecute those who commit serious crimes, provide justice to victims, and encourage accountability at the international level. This normative legal research uses a statutory regulatory approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The author uses a literature study as a search method, and the method of analyzing legal materials used for this writing is qualitative. International criminal law, through instruments such as the Rome Statute and the role of the International Criminal Court (ICC), serves as a mechanism to respond to and prosecute international crimes, including genocide. Although the ICC has jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute violations that occur, various political and legal factors often hinder the process. This study highlights the importance of accountability and justice for victims, as well as the need for international cooperation to ensure that serious violations are not left unpunished. Thus, international criminal law can contribute to conflict resolution and the restoration of trust between the parties involved.Dalam mengatasi genosida yang terjadi dalam konflik Israel-Palestina sangat dibantu oleh hukum pidana internasional, terutama melalui mekanisme pengadilan seperti Mahkamah Pidana Internasional (ICC). Tujuan penegakan hukum ini adalah untuk menuntut mereka yang melakukan kejahatan berat, memberikan keadilan kepada korban, dan mendorong akuntabilitas di tingkat internasional. Penelitian hukum normatif ini menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Penulis menggunakan studi kepustakaan sebagai metode penelusuran, dan metode analisis bahan hukum yang digunakan untuk penulisan ini adalah kualitatif. Hukum pidana internasional, melalui instrumen seperti Statuta Roma dan peran Mahkamah Pidana Internasional (ICC), berfungsi sebagai mekanisme untuk menanggapi dan mengadili kejahatan internasional, termasuk genosida. Meskipun ICC memiliki yurisdiksi untuk menyelidiki dan menuntut pelanggaran yang terjadi, berbagai faktor politik dan hukum sering kali menghambat proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya akuntabilitas dan keadilan bagi korban, serta perlunya kerja sama internasional untuk memastikan bahwa pelanggaran berat tidak dibiarkan tanpa sanksi. Dengan demikian, hukum pidana internasional dapat berkontribusi pada penyelesaian konflik dan pemulihan kepercayaan di antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat

Children with special needs often cause problems for their parents. The problems faced by parents of Children with Special Needs are often complex and multidimensional. They are not only faced with educational demands, but also significant social and emotional challenges. This study examines the forms of problems faced by parents with children with special needs in Makmur Jaya Village, Tikke Raya District, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi Province, factors influencing the emergence of problems for parents with children with special needs and strategies and coping mechanisms for parents in dealing with problems with children with special needs. This study uses a qualitative method, with primary and secondary data and data sources, while data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The problems found include emotional and psychological aspects as well as social problems in the form of stigma and diverse views of society. In addition, limited special education facilities and adequate health services are significant obstacles for parents. The factors causing the problems come from internal factors such as limited knowledge, family economic conditions, and psychological burdens on parents, as well as external factors such as minimal facilities, social stigma, and lack of government and community support. Coping strategies used by parents are divided into active coping (problem-focused coping) by seeking information, training children\u27s independence, and involving children in social activities, and passive coping (emotion-focused coping) in the form of acceptance, resignation, and spirituality
An Analysis of Figurative Language in Song Lyrics of Jason Mraz in Album Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride: English
Get PDFLyrics and music have always been essential components of art, and their actual meaning can be discovered in the way sounds are arranged over time. The songs\u27 deeper meanings and implications, however, may not be fully understood by many listeners. This thesis investigated the deeper meanings conveyed by figurative language in Jason Mraz\u27s album Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride. The idea was to demonstrate that, in addition to simply appreciating the music, listeners may discover topics like love and life\u27s journey. The songs gained depth and a personal touch from the use of figurative language, which uses literary devices to suggest meanings beyond the literal. In order to determine which figurative language forms were most prevalent in Mraz\u27s lyrics, this study identified a variety of them. A qualitative method was applied, Classifying the data according to Perrine\u27s (1977) theory, analyzing the data, going over the lyrics and their interpretations, and making conclusions are the four processes that follow. Numerous figurative language types, including similes, metaphors, hyperbole, personification, metonymy, understatement, and irony, were found in the songs, with metaphors being the most prevalent. The Impact of The Tongue Twister Technique on The Speaking Ability of Students and Pronunciation: English
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to gather empirical proof that tongue twisters significantly affect students\u27 speaking abilities and pronunciation. This study employed a quantitative methodology and a quasi-experimental research design. This study was carried out at SMP NAA Alasbuluh-Wongsorejo-Banyuwangi in the eighth grade. The experimental class (38 students) and the control class (41 students) were the two groups in the researcher\u27s basic random sampling technique. The researcher employed a tongue twister test as the tool for data collection, and the students\u27 speaking and pronunciation on the pre-test and post-test were scored using a speaking and pronunciation scoring rubric. The experimental class\u27s post-test mean score, as determined by the t-test calculations, was 80.68, whereas the control class\u27s was 50.65. In the statistical hypothesis test, robserved (0.958) was greater than rtable (0.2213) at the 5% significance level. It indicates that the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative the hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It was demonstrated that the tongue twister approach affects eighth-grade students\u27 speaking and pronunciation at SMP NAA Alasbuluh-Banyuwang
Development of E-Learning System to Support Informatics Learning at Secondary School Level
No full textThe rapid advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has significantly transformed the educational landscape, particularly in the implementation of e-learning systems. This study aims to develop an integrated e-learning system to support Informatics learning at the senior high school level, with a case study at SMA Negeri 8 Malang. The need for this development stems from the limited use of interactive digital platforms in current teaching practices, particularly for subjects requiring problem-solving and computational thinking such as Informatics. The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) method, utilizing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving teachers, students, and IT staff. The results indicate that the developed e-learning system enhances student engagement, supports independent learning, and facilitates the integration of project-based and experiential learning approaches. The study also highlights challenges in infrastructure and human resources, including the need for continuous teacher training and technical support. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge in digital education and provides practical recommendations for implementing effective e-learning systems in secondary schools
