Get PDFThe purpose of research is to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Bangka Belitung Branch. The research method used survey method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (PERSERO) Bangka Belitung Branch of 32 people. Variables used are job performance, motivation, discipline and employee commitment. This research uses quantitative analysis. The data of this research is primary research result directly in the field. The research data is analyzed by regression analysis technique which is done by SPSS software version 17.The results of this study are 1) There is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable on employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the discipline variable on the performance of employees at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch. There is a positive and significant influence of employee commitment variable to employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bangka Belitung Branch 4) There are a positive influence and significant variable of motivation, discipline, and employee commitment together towards employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero ) Bangka Belitung Branch
Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Toboali Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket. Karena dalam penelitian ini diperlukan data tentang ”Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, dan kinerja mengajar guru”, maka angket dibuat dalam tiga bagian dengan jumlah sampel 56 guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang ada di Toboali Bangka Selatan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan program SPSS.
Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja mengajar guru, terdapat pengaruh positif iklim organisasi dengan kinerja mengajar guru, serta terdapat pengaruh positif kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja mengajar gur

Get PDFThis research is intended to describe Visit Bangka Belitung Archipelago Program, and also the entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue and economic growth in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province before and after that program. The object of this research is Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province years 2005 – 2014. Visit Bangka Belitung 2010 is one of Bangka Belitung Culture and Tourism Office program that aims to develop the tourism sector and also other economic sectors.
The research method used is descriptive causality method with the event study approach. The data used document method. The hypothesis testing by using t-test (average of two related population test).
The amount of entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue and economic growth in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province is increasing year by year. And based on the statistical test, the result showed that Visit Bangka Belitung Archipelago has a positive impact on entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue and economic growth in Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province. It means the holding of the program also increase the amount of entertainment tax, hotel tax, restaurant tax revenue, and economic growth

Furthermore, to analyze the effect of the performance impacting on the achievement of the civil servant teachers in the Public Junior High School at Pangkalpinang City. There are 290 samples from 169 of the civil servant teachers in the Public Junior High School at Pangkalpinang City. The instrument of research using questionnaires, which are arranged in a scale 1-5. The score of 1 for very low response and score of 5 for an excellent response. The analysis method used is path analysis model of trimming (Path analysis). Hypothesis testing using the F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The research concludes that there is a significant effect of the variable of influence of training, ability, compensation, communication and working environment either simultaneously or partially to the work performance and there is a significant effect on the performance variable to work achievement simultaneously and partially views of the determination coefficient of 48 percen

The result of this research concludes that there is the significant influence of organizational commitment, training and motivation variable to the performance of the witness trainer either simultaneously or partially, seen from the coefficient of determination equal to 84 percent

This research uses a type of survey research with a quantitative approach, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods, the population used in this research is the people of Pangkalpinang City who use Honda PCX motorcycles. The sample is determined based on the accidental sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of this research that simultaneously (F-test) promotion, product attributes, and brand awareness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Honda PCX motorcycles in Pangkalpinang City. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable which is 78.725> 2.70

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Inflasi menurut Indeks Harga Konsumen . Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menganalisis pula implikasi perubahan dari pertumbuhan eknomi di provinsi kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei dan berbentuk pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing), untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel yang satu ke variabel yang lain dan didesain dalam model persamaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berjenis times series dari populasi sebanyak 60 sampel dengan waktu dari tahun 2011 sampi denga tahun 2016 setiap bulan. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak eviews 8.00. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan bahwa inflasi menurut Indeks Harga Konsumen dan Implikasinya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitun

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan maskapai penerbangan Lion Air yang pernah melakukan pembelian e-tiket di Wilayah Pulau Bangka yang berjumlah 250 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metoda regresi berganda.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce, variabel budaya terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerce, variabel sosial terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumen maskapai penerbangan Lion Air dalam melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat melalui e-Commerc

The population used as the sample used is 117 Civil Servants of the Department of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The research instrument used questionnaires, arranged on a scale of 1-5. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis testing.
The results showed that communication and leadership contributed simultaneously and significantly to organizational culture and leadership and organizational culture also contributed and simultaneously to the performance of employees
