The population in this research are employees of PT Bumi Bangka Belitung Sejahtera who have attended training or development program or both. The results showed that simultaneously employee training and career development have a significant effect on service quality. While the partial training of employees has no significant effect on service quality. While career development has a significant effect on service quality. Career development variable has a dominant influence on service quality at PT Bumi Bangka Belitung Sejahter

Get PDFThis article aims to examine the conflicting paradigm in accounting research and development from the point of view of the philosophy of science. Each adherent is both mainstream and alternative, assuming that their point of view is the most scientific approach and more suitable for developing the discipline of accounting scholarship. This article also agrees on the use of a multiparadigm approach as a space for researchers so that it does not have to be trapped in a single point of view, it would be better to paradigm each other interact and synergize to produce strength. Accounting research and development can be approached from the point of view of the philosophy of science. From any point of view the paradigm used in researching and developing whether the mainstream or accounting alternative is a product of knowledge that has no absolute truth, so it is not necessary to differentiate the way of view in researching accounting into a contradiction that can negate the essence of epistemology, ontology, and axiolog

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of the organizational image, pricing and service quality on satisfaction and its impact on the loyalty of students of law study programs at the College of Law in Bangka Pangkalpinang College. The study was conducted on 193 students of STIH Pertiba who were registered as active students.
This study uses a path analysis model to examine the relationship between variables hypothesized. The results of the study conclude that organizational image, pricing and service quality contribute to student satisfaction. Organizational image variables provide the greatest contribution to student satisfaction. Satisfied students also have a big impact on their loyalty to the Pertiba STIH.
The results of this study can be a reference for researchers who are interested in the same topic, and as material for further research in a deeper and wider scope by adding other independent and dependent variables to be examine
Pengaruh Belanja Modal Terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Serta Implikasinya Pada Pendapatan Asli Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh belanja modal terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB). Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menganalisis pula implikasi perubahan dari produk domestik regional bruto terhadap pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) emerintah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei dan berbentuk pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing), untuk menguji pengaruh dari variabel yang satu ke variabel yang lain dan didesain dalam model persamaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berjenis cross section dari populasi sebanyak 35 pemerintah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, maka dari 35 populasi, diperoleh 35 sampel pemerintah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan dari belanja modal terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) pemerintah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Secara simultan dan parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dari belanja modal dan PDRB terhadap PAD pemerintah kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jawa Tenga
