Get PDFThe competition that always arises in the business world encourages the emergence of new thoughts that can build products or services that provide more value to customers. This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational image, pricing, service quality on student satisfaction, the sample in this study were 193 students. Path analysis is used to test the relationship between variables in the form of causality.
The results of the study concluded that there were significant effects of organizational image variables, pricing, and service quality simultaneously on student satisfaction. However, partial testing shows that the only service has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The results of this study should be a reference for researchers who will conduct further research. In addition, it is also necessary to learn more about other independent and bound variables to examine

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of the knowledge of government internal supervisors through the intuition of government internal supervisors to detect irregularities. The sample in this study was the auditor who served at the Regency and municipal Inspectorates in Bangka Belitung totaling 122 respondents. This study uses path analysis to examine the relationship between hypothesized variables.
The results of the study concluded that the experience and knowledge of government internal supervisors had a significant effect on deviation detection. In addition to the knowledge of government internal supervisors through government intuition, internal supervisors influence the detection of irregularities. This research needs to be further developed, to get stronger empirical results, such as by adding other variables from deviation detection, further research can also expand the object of research, and use the experimental method

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the leadership style, teamwork, organizational culture on work performance and its impact on employee performance in the Culture and Tourism Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The method in this study uses survey methods and questionnaires to all respondents totaling 58 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis of primary data from field surveys. The results of the study concluded that there was a variable influence of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture on employee work performance. Future research is expected to add other independent variables and add dimensions of each variable in order to increase deeper knowledge. The results of this study can be used as a reference for researchers who will investigate further. And it is also expected to carry out assessments in a deeper and broader scope

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment Competence and Compensation on Job Satisfaction and examine the effect of job satisfaction. The number of samples used was 54 (fifty-four) State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data analysis method uses path analysis (Path analysis). The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on the competency, work environment and compensation variables on job satisfaction. Furthermore, for the variable job satisfaction, there is a positive influence on employee performance. Based on these results, the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Bangka Belitung Province needs to increase job satisfaction through competence, work environment and compensation for future employee performance improvement

Get PDFIndonesia has been known as one of the main pepper producing countries known in the world market, white pepper is species known as Muntok White Pepper which is mainly produced by Bangka-Belitung Province and Black Pepper known as Lampung Black Pepper produced by Lampung Province.. The decrease of pepper production in Bangka Belitung can be identified also by the decreasing of land area for pepper cultivation because there are other sectors such as tin mining sector. The condition of land conversion and the transfer of farming profession to mining is caused by many factors involved, one of which is the market system. The method used in this research is quantitative and descriptive qualitative method which gives an idea how the change of white pepper market system in Bangka Belitung Islands. The results show that there are two events that affect the pepper market system, first; the green revolution made through the policy of subsidizing an organic fertilizer in improving productivity but having an impact on the emergence of problems such as soil acidity increase which causes the emergence of pest attacks are often encountered in pepper cultivation currently. Get PDFEducation is the basic capital to create superior human resources, the performance of teachers in schools has an important role in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline on performance, as well as analyzing the effect of performance on teacher career development in Toboali 2 Public Middle School, South Bangka Regency. The population in this study were all teachers who worked at SMPN 2 Toboali Bangka Selatan totaling 63 teachers. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that there is the influence of the variables of leadership, motivation, and discipline simultaneously on performance. To improve the work motivation of the teacher, the principal should provide a policy that can motivate the teacher to do the best performance, such as giving appreciation to the accomplished teacher and giving the teacher the widest opportunity to further develop the potential he has. To improve the work discipline of teachers, the principal should improve the guidance and supervision system. The coaching system implemented should vary for example by using the ESQ method. The monitoring system can be improved by using the progress of the information system to monitor the presence of teachers in school and in the classroom

This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation to the discipline that affects the performance of employees and lecturers at the College of Health Science Abdi Nusa Pangkalpinang. The population is all employees and lecturers, amounting to 52 people and because the number is below 100 then the entire population made the respondent. Measurement of research variable with instruments in questionnaires that are quantified by Likert scale. This analytic method uses Path Analysis. Hypothesis testing uses F (simultaneous) and t-test (partial).
The result of this research resulted that leadership did not affect the discipline while motivation and compensation respectively partially positively and significantly influence to the discipline, the next discipline influence the performance of employees and lecturers at the College of Health Science Abdi Nusa Pangkalpinang. Recommendation of this research is expected to increase the knowledge of leaders of all areas and institution provide support and awards to improve the performance of employees and lecturer
