Respondents in this study were 189 people who were the educational staff. The analysis method uses path analysis. The results of this study produce that the motivation and compensation of each partially positive and significant effect on discipline and then discipline will affect the performance of the teaching staff at the University of Bangka Belitung. No full textThe library is the heart of the formal education world, so the library needs to be arranged in such a way as to become a space or place that is interesting and fun for all readers. Informing or organizing a library, it is necessary for the cooperation of all school residents to obtain the expected results. This paper seeks to explain the efforts of schools and libraries in increasing student and community interest in reading. In order to attract students to visit the library of Jebus 1 Public High School, librarians package the library in such a way as to give the name "Depati Bahrin reading park" with the aim to arouse interest, increase references by procuring new books, widening space and spatial planning, working with stakeholders, establishing gazebos, forming natural classes, procuring information literacy galleries, procuring mobile literacy with "keraca" (reading baskets), adding supporting libraries and thematic libraries, and adding facilities and infrastructure including security gates, barcodes, air conditioners, etc.
From the various efforts that have been made by the school and librarians, there has been an increase in visits from both students and the community, this library also gained achievements at the local, regional and national level

Get PDFOutpatient services are a form of general services or medical services to patients for the purpose of observation, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and other health services without requiring the patient to be hospitalized. Data for 2017 outpatient visits by Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital is 31, 307 patients. For 2018 outpatient visits increased by 33, 568 patients and for 2019 outpatient visits by 32, 157 patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of outpatient satisfaction with the quality of service at the Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital of West Bangka Regency in 2019. This research is a descriptive-analytic study with a survey approach using Cartesian diagrams and data retrieval using interview techniques through questionnaire sheets. The population of this study was all outpatients who visited the Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital in 2019 totaling 32, 157 people with a total sample of 150 people taken by quota sampling technique.
The results found that the reliability dimension states the highest conformity level is 63. 35%. On the responsiveness dimension, the highest level of conformity is 77. 36%. At the highest tangible dimensions, the highest suitability was 62. 89%. In the assurance dimension, the highest conformity level is 59. 57%. On the empathy dimension, the highest conformity level is 67. 49%. The recommendation from this study is expected that the Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital pays attention to the delay in the schedule of doctor services. In responding to patient complaints doctors and nurses are expected to always be friendly and always make the effective communication. Increase the comfort of the treatment room by adding air conditioning. It is expected that checks are always carried out according to inspection standards. The hospital should pay attention to all complaints of patients and their familie

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Trading Volume Activity and Company Size on Stock Returns in companies listed on the LQ45 Index. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 Index for the period 2015 - 2019. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method. There are 9 companies that meet the criteria as research samples, so the research data is 45 data. The data collection techniques used were document review, data analysis in the form of annual financial reports, previous research journals and other literature related to research problems. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis using IBM SPSS statistics, 24.0 software. The results showed that partially the Trading Volume Activity variable had no significant effect on Stock Returns. Firm Size Variable has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return. The coefficient of determination shows that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.168. This means that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 16.8% while 83.2% is explained by other independent variables that are not explained in this study

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and determine the effect of compensation factors, competence and technology on motivation and the influence of motivational factors on performance, with employee respondents who work at the Head Office of PT TIMAH Tbk. The data is processed by path analysis. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is concluded that there is an effect of compensation, competence, IT technology on motivation, and motivation variables have an effect on performance.
Based on the conclusion, the influence of competence has a very big influence on the motivation of employees at the PT TIMAH Tbk Head Office, for that it needs to be maintained and increase its influence on motivation again. In an effort to improve performance, it is advisable to management at the Head Office of PT TIMAH Tbk to be able to place the required employees according to their competencies so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work ethic, discipline, and motivation on performance and its impact on employee performance at the Ministry of Religion Office of Pangkalpinang City, testing the hypothesis by referring to the relationship between three variables, namely independent, intervening and dependent. Sampling using the census method with a population of 63 respondents. The analysis technique to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, from the calculation of the correlation analysis, it is found that the relationship between leadership, work culture, motivation to work discipline has a strong relationship between the three. The results of statistical testing show the F test (Simultaneous Test) for the variable Leadership Style, Work Ethic, Discipline, and Motivation has a positive influence on performance. Meanwhile, from the results of the t-test (Partial Test), the variable Leadership Style, Work Ethic, Discipline, and motivation individually (partially) have a significant positive effect on performance.
Further research, should add other variables that can affect employee performance, because the better the performance of the employee, it will also have a good effect on the organization

In order to increase the dignity and status of the Indonesian people, unceasingly strives for the entire population to receive an education. The efforts made by the government are issuing programs in education. The government issued a program that is expected to improve education, namely the school grants program (BOS). BOS management is the responsibility of every school managed by the School Principal, School Treasurer, and School Committee. This research is descriptive qualitative research, aimed to find out the implementation of the BOS program in SMP Negeri 1 Jejawi Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and the factors that hinder the implementation of the program. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and study documents or libraries. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the BOS program in SMP Negeri 1 Jejawi Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has been carried out in accordance with government regulations. Starting from the preparation of the BOS management team, preparing RKAS, to making accountability reports that are in accordance with existing regulations. Its activity programs do not deviate from existing rules. There were no obstacles felt by SMP Negeri 1 Jejawi Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in the implementation of the BOS program, even if there could still be overcome so that the implementation of the BOS program could run well
