This study aims to determine the effect of business enthusiasm and competence on entrepreneurial interest in the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy alumni. In this study, the population was all alumni of the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy and 49 respondents took part in the study. This study collected data that was used by using a questionnaire. Pengaruh Unsur-Unsur Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Mega First pada PT. Bank Mega, TBK Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung
The purpose of this study is to determine whether tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have an influence on customer loyalty through customer stratification as an intervening variable. This study uses 139 respondents Mega First customers at PT. Bank Mega, Bangka Belitung island province using a purposive sampling method. Sample selection criteria are Mega First customers at PT Bank Mega Tbk Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models.
The results showed that reliability and empathy affect customer loyalty and customer stratification affects customer loyalty. While tangibles, responsiveness, and assurance do not affect customer loyalty
ANALISA VARIABEL POTENSI LOKAL, MODAL FINANSIAL, SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA, DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN BUMDES DI KABUPATEN NAGAN RAYA
It is important and urgent to conduct a scientific study on the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) through the local potential to realize independent villages, by analyzing local potential variables, financial capital, human resources, and community participation in the establishment of Bumdes in Nagan Raya District. The population of this study was all villages that have Bumdes in Nagan Raya district. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The study sample was 10 BUMDes that have run in Nagan Raya district. Primary data were obtained by interviews and questionnaires to BUMDes administrators and communities in the local area. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Regency Community Empowerment Agency (BPM), and the internet. Regression analysis was performed to determine whether an independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable by using the regression model estimation by entering a dummy variable, the joint hypothesis test model. Significance test was carried out using the normality test method through the Jarque-Bera (JB) statistical test through histogram screening, with a significance level of 5% indicating that the statistical value was 163,393 while the square chi value α = 5% and (df = n-2 = 130-2 = 128, α = 5%). Therefore the Ho assumption is accepted which means the norm is distributed data. The regression results using qualitative variables can be seen, showing different results and in accordance with the hypothesis that was built. The regression results by entering the dummy variable show a positive and significant effect at α = 5%, towards the formation of BUMDes in Nagan Raya District. Only human power variables do not affect the formation of BUMDes with an error term value of α = 5%
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERUBAHAN KEBIJAKAN TERHADAP STATUS KAWASAN STRATEGIS TANJUNG BERIKAT PADA PERUBAHAN RTRW KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH
A common problem often faced by local government, is the underdevelopment and inequality. To overcome this problem and to be able to compete with other regions, Central Bangka Regency seeks to accelerate economic development through the development of the Tanjung Berikat Strategic Zone. It has been planned since 2011 in the Regency Spatial Plan by establishing it as KSK and KSP. However, in 2019, the Central Bangka Regency Government has changed its policy by not establishing Tanjung Berikat as the KSK. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the policy changes of the Central Bangka Regency Government about status of the Tanjung Berikat Strategic Zone on the change of the Central Bangka Regency spatial plan. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the policy change towards the status of the Tanjung Berikat Strategic Zone at the change of Bangka Tengah Regency spatial plan is due to changes in opinion on the plan, the lessons learned from previous experience, and also part of the strategy to realize the plan.Permasalahan umum yang sering dihadapi oleh pemeritah daerah adalah terjadinya ketertinggalan dan kesenjangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dan agar mampu bersaing dengan daerah lain, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah berupaya untuk melakukan percepatan pembangunan ekonomi melalui pembangunan Kawasan Strategis Tanjung Berikat. Rencana tersebut sudah direncanakan sejak tahun 2011 di dalam RTRW Kabupaten dengan ditetapkan sebagai KSK dan KSP. Akan tetapi pada tahun 2019, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah merubah kebijakan dengan tidak menetapkan Tanjung Berikat sebagai KSK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan kebijakan pada Perubahan RTRW Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deduktif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kebijakan terhadap status Kawasan Strategis Tanjung Berikat pada perubahan RTRW Kabupaten Bangka Tengah disebabkan perubahan perubahan opini terhadap rencana, adanya pelajaran yang diambil dari pengalaman sebelumnya, dan juga merupakan bagian dari strategi untuk mewujudkan rencana

The company's main goal is to increase the prosperity of owners and shareholders and to maximize the value of the company. Company value is the main focus in order to attract potential investors to invest, the company expects that financial managers can do the best for the company by maximizing the value of the company so that the welfare of shareholders can be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, company size, and profitability on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 10 companies in a period of 4 years. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews software. The results showed that investment decisions had a positive effect on firm value, company size had no effect on firm value, and profitability had a positive effect on firm value. Future research is recommended to add variables or conduct research in other industries and use different methods

Decentralization of education raises the importance of a leader, the principal. The principal plays a very important role in managing the school's resources and carrying out its duties and authority which must be carried out properly. For this reason, school principals are required to truly have the ability to be able to carry out these tasks. The principal is the key to success and progress in improving the quality of the school.
Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) the efforts made by school principals in improving teacher performance, namely: a) involving teachers in education and training; b) provide the facilities needed in the learning process; c) encourage/remind teachers to utilize the facilities that have been provided; d) gives the teacher freedom in the use of learning methods; e) provides attendance and checking periodically; f) setting the teacher's desk to facilitate communication; g) supervise every learning activity; h) provide motivation, direction and examples to the teacher; i) give a warning to teachers who lack discipline, and j) the principal is open and provides an example to the teacher. 2) These efforts can be said to be effective in improving teacher performance because teacher performance is better and orderly starting from planning, implementing learning to evaluating/evaluating learnin

The study aims to determine the effect of debt structure, assets structure and capital structure on firm performance in the manufacturing companies sub-sector textile and garment listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research uses a quantitative method. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research is as many as 10 companies in the period of 4 years. THE EFFECT OF MOTIVATOR FACTORS AND HYGIENE FACTORS ON EMPLOYEE WORK MOTIVATION
This study focuses on employee motivation at PT. Bumi Bangka Belitung Sejahtera. This study applies Herzberg's two-factor theory, which is trying to find the influence between motivator factor variables and hygiene factor variables on employee work motivation. This study uses quantitative methods with survey techniques, namely by using questionnaire distribution techniques. The research subjects were employees at PT. Bumi Bangka Belitung Prosperous. Processing data using multiple regression methods, to find the significance of the relationship between research variables.
The results of the study were able to answer hypothesis testing, namely, there was a significance of the relationship between motivator factors and hygiene factors with employee motivation. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a strong relationship between motivator factors on employee work motivation with a correlation value of 0.855 or 85.5% and the relationship of hygiene factors to employee motivation with a correlation value of 0.940 or 94.0%. The significance of the relationship proves that motivators are able to create employee satisfaction and the significance of the relationship between hygiene factors causes employees to feel less satisfied with the factors included in hygiene. The conclusion of this study proves that the better the attention to motivator factors will increase employee motivation which determines satisfaction and neglect of hygiene factors will increasingly cause employee motivation to decline and cause dissatisfaction. PENGARUH PENGALAMAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEAHLIAN AUDITOR SEKTOR PUBLIK DALAM BIDANG AUDITING
This study aims to investigate the extent to which the experience of the Auditor obtained from the length of work, from the number of audit assignments, and from the number of types of audited regional work unit related to increasing auditor expertise in the auditing field. Expertise (expertise) is the skill of an expert. Experts (experts) are defined as someone who has a certain level of skill or high knowledge in a particular subject obtained from experience or training. By taking a sample of 71 auditors or government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Inspectorate of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Bangka Regency Inspectorate and Pangkalpinang City who had carried out inspection assignments.
The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability method with purposive sampling with the criteria that some employees in the Provincial Inspectorate, Pangkalpinang City and Bangka Regency who have carried out inspection tasks with auditor reasons will gain experience that has an influence on increasing expertise in the audit field. and using quantitative descriptive analysis by testing the validity, reliability of the classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test) and multiple linear regression. The test results show that the experience of the length of work, the amount of training followed, the number of audit assignments and the number of types of Regional Units audited as auditors have a positive and significant influence on expertise
