    Sales activity is an important activity for the survival of the company, including SMEs. Factors that can affect the level of sales of a company include consumer needs, product competition, economic conditions, and product marketing, so that good administrative management is needed, one of which is recording sales quickly and effectively in order to produce informative sales reports for management. This study aims to analyze sales accounting information procedures at PT. Jagorawi Motor Bangka Belitung, using the descriptive-analytic method. The study concluded that PT. Jagorawi Motor has carried out sales accounting information procedures well and also involved several parts in sales accounting information procedures which are almost the same as the literature. It's just that this process in the literature is explained directly by function, but in companies, it is more detailed by involving its parts and functions. The recommendation from the study is that the section related to sales accounting information procedures maintain good procedures and can improve internet connections so that there are no interruptions when inputting data

Angel certainly needs various instruments, ranging from facilities and infrastructure to human resources, as well as the character of a leader. The character of a leader and the function of a leader itself is one of the main factors in the management of an organization, both government and private. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the researcher collects data obtained from the sources studied through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the research title. The results showed that employees at CV. Angel can describe the policies given by the leadership in the form of a positive response to the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them

    Service quality is an evaluation of the customer's long-term This research entitled the correlation of service quality, product variation, price, and location on consumer purchasing decisions on the Supermarket Pangkalpinang. The population in this research were all consumers who shopped at the Supermarket in January to March 2020, while the sample in this research amounted to 275 consumers who came and shopped at the Pangkal Pinang. The variables used in this research are independent variables such as (service quality, product variation, price, and location) and the dependent variable is the purchase decision) This research used analysis tools, namely: normality test, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression with t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research stated that simultaneously service quality variables, product variations, prices, and locations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the t-test that the variable service quality, product variation, price have a positive and significant correlation on purchasing decisions while the location variable has a positive and significant correlation with purchasing decisions This research can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on service quality, product variations, price, and location simultaneously and partially on consumer purchasing decisions at the Supermarket Pangkalpinang, providing various types and variants of products and household need so that consumers can make product choices when shopping, be more competitive in setting product prices to be more affordable by consumers and can compete with other supermarkets, further increasing promotion through electronic media in order to introduce products and the design to consumers and researchers is further suggested to add other variables to be studied so that they can better explain what influences the dependent variable

    Price to Book Value Ratio (PBV) is a ratio that shows the results of the comparison between the market price per share and the book value per share. This ratio is used to measure the level of stock prices whether overvalued or undervalued. The lower the Price to Book Value of stock, the stock is categorized as undervalued, which is very good for long-term investment. However, the low price to book value can also indicate a decline in the quality and fundamental performance of the issuer. The theory that underlies this research is Signaling Theory, which is an action taken by the company to provide instructions for investors about how management views the company's prospects. This signal is in the form of information about what management has done to realize the owner's wishes. This study is to determine the effect of Return on Assets and Return on Equity on Price to Book Value simultaneously and partially in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is an associative approach, and the data used are 2020 data with a large sample of 39 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of Return on Assets and Return on Equity on Price to Book Value simultaneously, there is a partial effect of Return on Assets on Price to Book Value and there is no effect of Return on Equity on Price to Value partially.     This study aims to determine the effect of location, promotion, and brand image on the decision to visit. The population in this study are visitors to Pasir Padi Beach, this study uses quantitative research, the data collection method that will be used in this study is by using a questionnaire that is filled out directly by respondents who visit the Pasir Padi Beach tourist attraction in Pangkalpinang. The testing technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis to find out that the variables of location, promotion, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test show that the independent variables jointly have a positive effect on the dependent variable being accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that location, promotion, and brand image can influence the decision of domestic tourists to visit by 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model

Of the many elements of educational resources, the curriculum is one element that can make a significant contribution to realizing the process of developing the quality of potential learners. The curriculum is also a fundamental guideline in the teaching and learning process in the world of education. Success or failure of education, whether or not a student and educator are able to absorb and provide teaching, and success or failure of a goal. If the curriculum is designed systematically and comprehensively and is integral to all the development and learning needs of students to prepare themselves for their lives, of course, the results/outputs of education will be able to realize expectations. But if not, failure after failure will continue to haunt the world of education. The application of quality, effective and efficient curriculum changes requires teachers to be creative in improving classroom management because teachers are role models for all students. In this case the need to change the mindset of teachers so that they are able to become facilitators and learning partners of their students. In addition, a teacher must have an attitude of professionalism in carrying out learning. Teacher professional development can also be done by providing opportunities for teachers to carry out various activities, give advice, admonish, guide, become representatives of schools with extracurricular activities and community activities.     This study aims to analyze the effect of Variables of Performance, Affiliation, and Domination on the motivation of women living in coastal areas doing business in Aceh Province. The population in this study are Coastal Women who do business in Aceh Province by selecting samples using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria Women who do business have fishermen husbands, live on the coast in Aceh Province. The hypothesis is tested using multiple regression tests to determine whether an independent variable influences the motivation of coastal women to see how the overall relationship between Performance, Affiliation, and Domination affects women's motivation to do business in Aceh Province. The results show simultaneously that the effects of the three Performance Variables (X1), Affiliation (X2) and Domination (X3) significantly influence Women's Work Motivation. Based on the regression coefficients Variable Performance (X1), Affiliation (X2) and Domination (X3) partially there is a positive and significant influence on the Motivation of Women's Business Work in Aceh Province

    This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, promotion, and brand image on increasing sales. The population in this study were visitors who came to the Jagorawi Motor Showroom, while the number of samples in this study was 100 consumers of the Jagorawi Motor Showroom in Pangkalpinang. Testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient on determination, and hypothesis testing. T-test results of product quality, promotion, and brand image are obtained sig <0.05 where partially the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable. F test results indicate that the independent variables jointly have a positive effect on the dependent variable accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that product quality, promotion, and brand image can influence sales increase by 50.4%, while the remaining 49.6% is explained by other variables outside the research model
