    KEPEMIMPINAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI ERA DIGITAL

    The purpose of this study was to determine how teachers direct students in learning activities in the digital era and to determine the impact of the digital era on learning and teachers. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with observation and interview data collection techniques. The use of digital media such as Google Form, Google Classroom, PowerPoint, various learning applications, bloggers, quizizz, Google Meet video conferences, and Zoom meetings have been widely used by teachers. The digital era has positive and negative impacts on the implementation of learning and for teachers. The positive impacts are (1) digital media makes it easier for students to access each learning material; (2) students enjoy digital learning media more; (3) teachers participate in various training to improve their skills; and (4) teachers will continue to learn new things. The negative impacts that arise are (1) learning materials become broader so that essential materials are not obtained; (2) learning is less focused; (3) teachers are not always able to control students one by one in using gadgets; and (4) the enthusiasm and abilities of senior teachers still need to be improved. The conclusion is that teachers as student leaders in learning are expected to be able to package developments in the digital era effectively to facilitate the implementation of learning

    Early Childhood Education (PAUD) has a fundamental role in the formation of children's character which will later influence their behavior and morals in the future. Teacher leadership in PAUD is not only limited to teaching, but also includes the role as a guide to children's character. This article aims to examine the leadership of PAUD teachers in instilling character values ​​in children, with an approach based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a library research method, this article analyzes the texts of the Qur'an that are relevant to the principles of leadership, as well as the application of these values ​​in the context of early childhood education. The novelty of this study lies in the perspective of the in-depth application of the Qur'an in the map of ideal leadership characteristics for PAUD teachers, including the values ​​of honesty, compassion, discipline, and justice. The results of this study found that from the perspective of the Qur'an, a teacher's leadership must include exemplary behavior, wisdom, and patience, all of which play a role in forming children's character in a gentle and understanding manner. This study also suggests that the application of these principles in teaching practice can optimize the process of forming children's character and strengthen children's moral foundations from an early age. Through this literature research, it is hoped that it can provide a contribution to the development of educational practices based on the spiritual values ​​contained in the Al-Quran

    ANALISIS DAMPAK YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA GURU

    Teachers are educators who are the spearhead of a school's success in achieving its vision and mission. To achieve this, an analysis of motivation, competence, and the work environment that impacts changes in teacher performance at MA YSPIS Gandrirojo needs to be conducted. The study population involves all teachers at MA YSPIS Gandrirojo. Saturated sampling was used as the sampling technique with a total of 56 teachers. Multiple linear regression analysis serves as the analytical technique used in this study. The findings of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, competence, and work environment partially have a positive but insignificant relationship with the performance of teachers at MA YSPIS Rembang. The determination test shows that 22.8% of the variation in the performance of MA YSPIS Gandrirojo teachers can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables, namely motivation, competence, and work environment. Meanwhile, the remaining 77.2% is caused by other factors that were not examined in this study. The three factors studied are capable of improving teacher performance but are not the main factors in its enhancement, so the relevant management needs to implement strategies that encompass other factors that may impact teacher performance

    INTEGRASI METODE TILAWATI DAN TAHFIDZ DALAM PEMBELAJARAN AL-QURAN DI SDIT MUJAHIDUL AMIN

    This study applies a qualitative field approach to analyze the application of the Tilawati method and Tahfidz program in an integrated manner in learning the Qur'an at SDIT Mujahidul Amin. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results revealed that the school implemented an integrated learning model with a clear division of tasks between Tilawati teachers who teach reading the Qur'an systematically and Tahfidz teachers who are responsible for the memorization program. The integration of the two methods is done sequentially and in parallel according to the ability of each student. The success of the program is supported by regular training for teachers and the implementation of a gradual learning strategy (tadarruj), resulting in students successfully achieving the Juz 30 memorization target, some even exceeding it. This integration model is recommended as an effective option for Islamic education institutions in organizing comprehensive and sustainable Qur'anic learning

    The role of educational resource management in improving the quality of education at Tahfidz Al-Quds Samarinda Kindergarten, focusing on three main aspects: human resource management, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. These three aspects are important foundations in supporting the achievement of the Al-Qur'an memorization program at the PAUD level. The approach used is qualitative descriptive with a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and parents of students, as well as curriculum documentation and school reports. The results of the study indicate that human resource management is carried out selectively with ongoing training, facilities and infrastructure sufficiently support tahfidz and Montessori learning, despite limited open space, and financing management is carried out transparently and accountably. These three aspects have been proven to contribute positively to improving the quality of education, such as student memorization, Islamic character, and learning independence. The novelty of this study provides an integrative picture of the importance of structured resource management in supporting the quality of early childhood Islamic education, as well as being an example of good practice for similar PAUD institutions

    In the context of international school-based management reform, in order to mobilize the momentum of change and lead innovation, the Principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Sentolo initiated and actively led school-based management reform based on the subjective development needs of teachers and students. SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Sentolo attaches great importance to its own characteristics and needs, and achieves independent development under the premise of decentralization. Relevant personnel make joint decisions and participate in management. Although the management of educators and education personnel is good, finances are good, SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Sentolo has shortcomings in curriculum management and student management, but it has actively built a new learning school through its own management reform. This study analyzes the experience of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Sentolo as an example of quality school-based management reform that can motivate, mobilize and help underprivileged students. The achievement of harmonious and balanced educational development is the goal of this study.     Language is an important tool in building children's social skills and plays a role in all aspects of life, especially communication. The golden age is the development of language that requires stimulation through learning that is rich in fun language. The purpose of this research and development is to create a playful creative alphabet board "flash card" media for language skills in children aged 4-5 years. Educators need to provide advice, provide teaching media to create interesting learning so that it is not boring. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method into five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Playful Creative Alphabet Board media as an effective learning aid can improve children's language skills in understanding instructions, constructing simple sentences, and recognizing and pronouncing letters correctly. Media that has achieved the criteria very well to meet the results of the feasibility test of all material experts at the small group test level and feasibility aspects

    This research is based on the fact that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) still experiences a number of obstacles, especially related to conventional learning methods that are less interesting for students. This condition results in low motivation and student participation during learning activities, students tend to be passive, do not understand the material well, and have not been able to apply religious teachings in everyday life. The focus of this thesis is (1) how the Implementation of the Project Based Learning Model Improves Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Subjects for Class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara (2) to determine the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for the Implementation of the Project Based Learning Model in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Subjects for Class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara. The research approach method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection procedures using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the Implementation of the PjBL Learning Model is able to provide a positive impact on student learning outcomes and encourage students to be more active in the learning process, and to be directly involved in every stage of learning, from planning to project implementation. This active involvement makes students understand learning more directly

    This study aims to analyse the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving public service quality at the Ilir Barat II Sub-District Office in Palembang, with a particular focus on employee education and training as strategic elements in continuous improvement. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the basic principles of TQM, such as customer orientation, employee involvement, and continuous improvement, have begun to be implemented, but still face challenges in terms of limited human resources, digital infrastructure, and the lack of optimal routine employee training. The novelty of this study lies in the finding that the implementation of TQM will not be effective without the integration of continuous education and training designed based on employee competency needs. This study proposes a model for strengthening the capacity of civil servants based on needs-based training and digital literacy to bridge the generational gap among employees in digital services. Thus, this study not only expands the perspective on the application of TQM at the sub-district level but also provides practical contributions to the development of employee training policies within the framework of quality-based bureaucratic reform

    The development of digital technology has driven significant transformation in the world of education, including at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level. This article aims to examine the application of adaptive learning and technology-based joyful learning in the MI environment as a strategy to answer the challenges of 21st-century learning. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study, this article analyzes various literature and best practices relevant to the integration of educational technology. The results of the study indicate that adaptive learning through a digital platform allows for personalization of learning according to individual student needs, while joyful learning based on interactive media increases motivation, participation, and social-emotional development of students. The combination of the two creates a responsive, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment. Technological innovations such as educational applications, AI-based learning systems, and augmented reality have proven effective in strengthening the learning engagement of MI students. This study concludes that strategic technology integration can strengthen the quality of contextual and globally competitive Islamic basic education
