No full textThis study describes the influence of the principal's leadership behavior and community participation on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. The method used is descriptive analytical survey method. Data collection techniques and procedures through, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 2) There is an influence of community participation on the implementation of education in SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 3) There is an influence between leadership behavior and community participation together on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. Principal leadership behavior and community participation are able to influence the implementation of education with a contribution of 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study

No full textLearning media is a tool that can be used to optimize learning activities. The development of information technology can be utilized to design contemporary learning media, as has been done by lecturers of farming course in the Agribusiness Study Program at the University of Trunojoyo Madura (UTM). The lectures designed an information technology-based learning media, named Si-Cantik. This media has been applied to farming courses on odd semester 2019/2020. In order to find out students' perceptions of this media, a survey was conducted using seven indicators. The number of samples is 33 respondents. The results of the analysis showed that most respondents agreed that Si-Cantik learning media could provide a more detailed understanding of farming plan material, and could improve skills in farming plan made
BENTUK DAN DAMPAK PERILAKU BULLYING TERHADAP PESERTA DIDIK
No full textThis research aims to explore kinds and impacts of bullying behavior toward students. This research used qualitative methods with case study approach. Data source was taken through deep interview toward 20 informants which are consists of elementary students, junior high school students, senior high school students, teachers, headmaster, security, society figures and parents. All interview data was analyzed thematically by using qualitative analysis software NVivo 10. The whole research results resulted in nine important themes related to kinds and impacts of bullying behavior toward students. Those nine themes are divided into three themes related to kinds of bullying behavior, they are i) physical appearance, ii) verbal, iii) psychology. Futhermore, six themes related to the impacts of bullying behavior, they are: i) No self-confidence, ii) intimidated, iii) inferiority, iv) insecurity, v) afraid of socializing with the environtment, vi) difficult to concentrate in learning. Bullying behavior has no place in education, but the facts show that the problems often appear repeatedly with unconditional time and place. The role of all parties not only schools, parents, and society are needed to prevent bullying behavior because based on this research bullying behavior has negative impacts on students both physically and physchology

The approach used in this learning is motivation, socialization, habituation and remediation (MSHR) developed by the Physics Education Study Program FKIP Pekanbaru Riau University. The research method used is classroom action research consisting of three cycles in science subjects. The subjects of this study were class VIII-5 of SMP Negeri 8 Pekanbaru in the 2017-2018 school year consisting of 42 students. This study used an associative quantitative method, the population of this study were all state senior high school teachers in the city of Padang, with a sample of 292 teachers. Analysis of the data used in this study is a regression analysis technique, in addition, the researchers also used descriptive analysis to obtain a descriptive measurement from each research variables. Retrieval of data using qualitative descriptive methods to describe and describe the urgency of teacher competence in fostering student character in MTsN Pancung Soal in accordance with what it is and analyze it scientifically. Indicators of character development that need to be done in learning are reviewed from 4 (four) aspects of teacher competency, namely: (1) the urgency of pedagogical competencies in the form of understanding character values for students, applying character values in the implementation of learning, instilling character values in utilizing learning technology, evaluating learning outcomes and actualizing student potential. (2) the urgency of personality competence in the form of inculcation of character values in loving position, being fair to all students, being patient and calm, and building authority as educators. (3) the urgency of social competence in the form of instilling values of politeness in oral and written communication, the use of information technology and functional communication, associating effectively with the whole school community and student guardians. No full textThe aim of this study: (1) describe the type of illocutionary speech acts used the main character in the comic discourse Three Seniors Streets Benny Rachmadi Singapore to work, (2) describe the function of illocutionary speech acts used the main character in the comic discourse Seniors Three Roads to the work of Benny Singapore Rachmadi, (3) describe the dominant illocutionary speech acts used the main character in the comic discourse Three Seniors Streets Benny Rachmadi Singapore to work. This research is a qualitative research method in this study deskriptif.Data main character in the form of narrative discourse Seniors comic Three Roads to Singapore Work Rachmadiyang Benny containing illocutionary speech acts. Data collection techniques used in this study is the technique of note, which is a technique used by researchers dealing with the use of written language. Based on the research results, it was concluded the following. First, the type of illocutionary speech acts used the main character in the comic discourse Seniors Three Roads to the work of Benny Rachmadi Singapore found 28 utterances. Representative speech acts found 13 utterances, 11 utterances directive, and the declaration of 4 utterances. Second, the function of illocutionary speech acts used the main character in the comic discourse Seniors Three Roads to Singapore by Benny Rachmadi found 12 utterances. Competitive speech act functions found 3 tuturanmenyenangkan 3 utterances, working 3 utterances, and found 3 contradicts speech. Third, the type of illocutionary speech acts used the dominant discourse of the main character in the comic Three Seniors Streets to Singapore by Benny Rachmadi is representative speech act, illocutionary speech acts and functions of the dominant discourse used the main character in the comic Three Seniors Streets to Singapore by Benny Rachmadi is no dominant speech acts

The media distributed information from the informant (lecturer) to the receiver (student). Media in learning and teaching process as message deliverer technology (information) could use to teaching needs or physic tool to deliver learning subject. No full textMemorizing the Quran is a very noble activity, it is not just a label of glory that will be obtained by those who memorize the Quran, but also provides intercession for their parents. To be able to memorize 30 juz of the Quran is not an easy matter, because it requires seriousness, motivation and appropriate methods in memorizing the Quran. This research aims to explore the methods used by students in memorizing the Quran at Indonesian Quran Colleges. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study type. Data sources were taken from twenty informants through direct interviews using a set of interview protocols. The informants involved were selected using a purposive sampling technique, from three intake year classes, namely 2019, 2020 and 2021. All interview data obtained was analyzed theoretically using the Milles & Hubberman Interactive Analysis Model technique. Research findings found six dominant methods used by Indonesian Quran College students in memorizing the Quran. The six methods are i) bi al-nadzar method, ii) sima'i method, iii) thariqah tasalsuli method, iv) thariqah jam'i method, v) thariqah muqassam method, vi) wahdah method. This research has revealed the dominant methods used in memorizing the Quran. Apart from that, the results of this research can be used as a reference for anyone who wants to become a memorizer of the Quran

No full textThis study aims to analyze and describe the planning of strategies to improve the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo, analyze and describe the implementation of strategies to improve the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo, analyze and describe the organization of strategies to improve the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo, analyze and describe the obstacles faced in improving the quality of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources were supervisors, principals, and teachers. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study show that: 1) The planning of educational strategies to improve teacher quality at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo has been well implemented; 2) Implementation of strategies to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumi Arjo has been implemented well; 3) The organization of strategies to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumi Arjo has been carried out well; 4) The obstacles faced in improving the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo can be overcome well. The results of the SWOT analysis show that there are internal factors that are the strengths and weaknesses of the strategic planning of education to improve the quality of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Bumiarjo
