INTERNALISASI NILAI DEMOKRASI PANCASILA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DI SEKOLAH
This article aims to analyze the process of internalizing the values of Pancasila Democracy through Pancasila Education learning in schools as an effort to develop students’ democratic character. Pancasila Education plays a strategic role in instilling democratic values, particularly those embodied in the fourth principle of Pancasila, so that they are not only understood conceptually but also implemented in students’ attitudes and behavior in everyday life. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, with data sources consisting of scholarly journal articles, academic books, and relevant educational policy documents. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to examine concepts, strategies, and practices related to the internalization of Pancasila Democratic values in learning. The results indicate that the internalization of democratic values is carried out through the integration of democratic principles into the curriculum, the application of participatory learning methods such as Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, simulations, and deliberative discussions, as well as the strengthening of a democratic school culture. The discussion emphasizes that the role of teachers as facilitators and democratic role models, the support of the Merdeka Curriculum, and adaptation to the challenges of the digital era are key factors in the successful internalization of these values
KEBUDAYAAN BEGAWI CAKAK PEPADUN DI TULANG BAWANG BARAT DALAM PERSPEKTIF POSKOLONIALISME
Culture is a representation that reflects the character and identity of a community. One of the traditions that continues to exist amid the strong influence of modernization is Begawi Cakak Pepadun, a customary ceremony distinctive to the Lampung Pepadun people, particularly in the Tulang Bawang Barat region. This tradition is not merely a ritual to inaugurate a penyimbang (traditional leader) or to bestow an honorary title, but it also embodies noble values such as mutual cooperation (sakai sambaian), Piil Pesenggiri (dignity and honor), and social responsibility toward the community. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the Begawi Cakak Pepadun tradition in Tulang Bawang Barat, and (2) analyze this cultural practice from a postcolonial perspective to understand how indigenous communities preserve their traditions amid colonial legacies, modernization, and globalization. The findings reveal that the implementation of Begawi consists of several main stages, namely preparation, manjau and ngedio, cangget (celebratory night), turun mandei, and cakak pepadun. Each stage holds symbolic meanings that represent togetherness and respect for ancestors. From a postcolonial perspective, Begawi Cakak Pepadun can be seen as a form of cultural resistance against colonial influence and as a process of reclaiming local identity. Although modernization has introduced changes such as the use of technology and adjustments in the duration of the ceremony, the Lampung people continue to preserve the spiritual and social essence of the tradition through mutual cooperation, cultural education for the younger generation, and the strengthening of customary institutions. Thus, Begawi is not merely a relic of the past but also a symbol of cultural continuity and resistance against global domination
IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK GURU BERORIENTASI AKHLAKUL KARIMAH DALAM MEMBINA BEHAVIOR MENGAJAR GURU DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
This study aims to analyse the implementation of academic supervision oriented towards good character in fostering teachers' teaching behaviour in educational institutions. The focus of the study includes the implementation process, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its impact on improving teachers' teaching behaviour. A qualitative approach with a case study type was used in this study, involving school/madrasah principals and teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation study, then analysed using the Miles and Huberman model (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing). The results show that akhlakul karimah-oriented academic supervision is implemented through a collaborative and personalised approach that integrates Islamic values into every stage of supervision. The main supporting factors are the commitment of leaders and supervisors and teachers' awareness of the importance of role models, while the inhibiting factors include time constraints and a lack of specific training. The impact is an increase in teachers' awareness of teaching ethics, professionalism based on spiritual values, and the creation of a more conducive and Islamic learning environment. This study recommends the development of a more structured supervision model with an emphasis on akhlakul karimah aspects, as well as ongoing training for supervisors and teachers
STUDI DESKRIPTIF TENTANG PERILAKU OPTAS (PASIF) SISWA DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI KELAS VIIIB MTs JAMILURRAHMAN YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the optas (passive) behavior of students during the learning process in class VIIIB of MTs Jamilurrahman Yogyakarta. The phenomenon of students who tend to remain silent, avoid asking questions, and show little participation is one of the common challenges teachers face in creating an effective and interactive classroom environment. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with primary data sources consisting of students and teachers from class VIIIB. Data were collected through open-ended interviews comprising six questions for students and five questions for teachers. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that most students feel bored, shy, lack self-confidence, and are afraid of making mistakes during classroom activities. These emotional barriers lead them to remain silent and avoid expressing their opinions. From the teacher’s perspective, the students’ level of participation remains low due to both internal factors such as low motivation and self-confidence, and external factors such as limited two-way interaction between teacher and students
ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN INSENTIF SITASI UNESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN SKOR INDIKATOR EXCELLENCE PADA PERINGKAT WEBOMETRIC UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the citation incentive policy at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) to enhance the excellence indicator score in the Webometric ranking. The Webometric ranking serves as a key indicator for assessing the quality and digital reputation of universities nationally and internationally. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Findings indicate that the implementation of the citation incentive policy has been effective, providing financial motivation that positively impacts the quantity and quality of faculty publications. Challenges include faculty time management, low-quality journals, and complex administrative procedures. UNESA demonstrates strong commitment supported by regulations, systematic management, and adequate research facilities as supporting factors. Faculty perceptions toward the policy are generally positive, especially concerning the OLOS and OLOD programs that encourage research productivity. The mechanisms of socialization, monitoring, and evaluation are continuously conducted through digital systems. The study recommends enhancing international training, simplifying administrative processes, and strengthening global collaboration to improve research quality and UNESA’s position in the Webometric rankin
MANAJEMEN TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DALAM EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN AKADEMIK DI FAKULTAS TARBIYAH UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI SYEKH WASIL KEDIRI
This study aims to analyze the management of digital transformation in improving the effectiveness of academic services at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, UIN Syekh Wasil Kediri. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study method through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and the data were examined using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis model. The findings show that digital transformation was systematically planned through needs mapping, infrastructure strengthening, development of digital SOPs, human resource training, and the preparation of an information system roadmap. This planning stage aligns with the unfreezing phase in Kurt Lewin’s Change Management Theory, where old patterns are weakened and awareness of the need for change is built. In the implementation or changing phase, the adoption of integrated digital services led to real shifts in work culture, improved data processing speed, easier student access, and reduced administrative workload. The evaluation results indicate that the refreezing stage has been achieved, marked by faster service delivery, increased data accuracy, improved accessibility, fewer complaints, and the establishment of a more efficient and accountable digital work culture. Overall, digital transformation at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, UIN Syekh Wasil Kediri has reached a consolidation phase and has become an important foundation for modernizing academic governance
IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN SEKOLAH ADIWIYATA MANDIRI DI UPTD SD NEGERI KECAMATAN PAMULANG
This study aims to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management in developing the Adiwiyata Mandiri Program at UPTD SD Negeri Kecamatan Pamulang as an effort to strengthen environmental education in elementary schools. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive overview of the planning, organizing, implementation, and monitoring of the Adiwiyata program. Data were analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of School-Based Management follows a systematic and participatory process, characterized by planning that involves all school stakeholders, clear task division within the Adiwiyata Team, integration of environmental values into learning activities, and monitoring supported by digital documentation. Key supporting factors include strong school leadership, teacher commitment, student participation, and support from the school committee, while the main challenges involve limited funding, insufficient teacher training, and low environmental awareness among some parents. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive mapping of the relationship between SBM dimensions and the effectiveness of the Adiwiyata Mandiri program, offering an implementation model that can be replicated by other elementary schools
PENGARUH MOTIVASI GURU TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR HAFALAN AL-QUR’AN PADA SISWA KELAS VII DI SMP IT MUHAMMADIYAH MIRI SRAGEN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025
This study examines the influence of teacher-provided motivation on the Qur’an memorization learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at Muhammadiyah Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMP IT) in Sragen. The background of the study is the crucial role of teachers in fostering students’ learning motivation, particularly in a Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) program where some students have not met the memorization targets set by the school. Previous research shows that students’ learning motivation is positively correlated with academic achievement. However, few have specifically investigated the role of teachers’ external motivation on Qur’anic memorization achievement. This correlational quantitative research involved 30 seventh-grade students as the sample. Data on teacher motivation were collected through questionnaires, while memorization outcomes were obtained from tahfidz exam scores. The results indicate that teachers’ motivational efforts in class are in the good to very good category, and students’ Qur’an memorization outcomes are generally good (the majority of students achieved the fluency and accuracy targets). Nevertheless, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis showed no significant influence of teacher motivation on memorization outcomes (r = 0.101; p > 0.05), with an extremely weak relationship. This finding suggests that teacher-provided motivation alone is not sufficient to significantly improve memorization results
DEVELOPMENT OF INTERACTIVE MEDIA BASED ON ARTICULATE STORYLINE IN FIQH SUBJECTS OF HAJJ AND UMRAH MATERIALS CLASS VIII MTSN 8 AGAM
This research is motivated by the fact that the use of digital media that is not optimal and less varied such as when explaining lessons is only supported by youtube media without any editing, this is because teachers are often burdened with high administration and workload, so that they find it difficult to spend time learning and integrating digital media into the teaching process This research aims to To produce interactive media based on articulate storylines that are valid, practical and effective in fiqh subjects of Hajj and Umrah material class VIII MTsN Agam. The research uses the Four-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model. The test subjects amounted to 23 students with interactive media objects based on articulate storyline. The results of the study show that the media developed is valid, very practical, and effective. Practicality from a student's perspective reached 92.87% (very practical category). Effectiveness was proven through a paired t-test between pretest–posttest with t-count = 9.27 > t-table = 2.074 (df = 22; α = 0.05), so that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes after using media. This finding confirms that the interactive media developed is feasible to support the achievement of fiqh learning goals in Hajj and Umrah materials at the MTsN 8 Agam level
OPTIMALISASI MANAJERIAL SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN STRATEGI KEUANGAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN PESANTREN: STUDI PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT DI PESANTREN AR-RAUDLATUL HASANAH 2 LUMUT TAPANULI TENGAH
Islamic education will stagnate if its human resources are unable to answer the challenges of the times through innovation and scientific renewal. Therefore, strengthening the capacity of human resources in Islamic boarding schools needs to be a sustainable and systematic strategic agenda. Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have a strategic role in shaping character, leadership, and strengthening Islamic values. However, in facing the challenges of globalization, Islamic boarding schools are required to improve their institutional management capacity, especially in terms of human resources (HR) and finance. This study aims to explore strategies for strengthening HR management and optimizing the management of productive waqf at Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah 2 Lumut Islamic Boarding School through a participatory approach in the form of a forum group discussion (FGD). The results of the thematic analysis showed three main findings: the need for managerial training based on Islamic boarding school values, the importance of professionalizing waqf asset management, and the urgency of technology integration in financial governance. This activity also shows that the participatory approach is effective in building collective awareness and commitment to contextual and sustainable institutional transformation
