No full textThe central government initiated has issued government regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT), Outsourcing, Working Hours and Rest Periods, as well as Termination of Employment. The aim of this regulation is to provide legal certainty for workers and employers regarding employment contracts. The implementation of this regulation still faces challenges and has not been optimally carried out, especially for small and medium enterprises. This research aims to understand and analyze the implementation of the recording of PKWT (Fixed Term Employment Agreements) in the perspective of Agile Governance at the Office of Manpower of Pasuruan Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive in nature. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021 regarding Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT), Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, as well as Termination of Employment has not been maximally carried out. There are still companies that have not registered PKWT. The limited number of employees in handling various obligations both during consultative guidance and in administrative processes such as PKWT registration, along with the lack of resources in the guidance of PKWT registration, are factors that hinder progress

No full textThe values The basic values contained in Islamic Law, such as justice, welfare, and legal certainty, are very relevant in the formation of national laws that are relevant to the formation of national laws. National law development in Indonesia is a complex process, involving various issues,interests, and expectations of society. Islamic law has an important role in national legal system as one of the recognized sources of law. However, the process of integrating Islamic law with national law faces various challenges, such as diversity of interpretation, harmonization with constitutional principles, as well as obstacles in implementation. This research uses literature method with a normative approach to examine various documents and literature related to the integration of Islamic law in the national legal system and literature related to the integration of Islamic law in the national legal system. The results The results show that Islamic law contributes significantly to shaping norms and values in national law. TINGKAT EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING TERHADAP MAHASISWA DISABILITAS DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI PADANG
No full textEmotional development in people with disabilities will have an impact on their ability to interact with the surrounding environment so that they can adjust well. This research was raised because the level of emotional well-being of students with disabilities who study at Padang State University is not yet known. The subjects in this study were 56 UNP students with disabilities from the class of 2017-2023 who came from various different study programs. In this study, the method used was descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire via Google Form which is distributed on social media. the research instrument uses the Emotional Well-Being scale. The results of this study that the level of emotional well-being in students with disabilities at Padang State University then obtained the results in general 27 (48.2%) students with disabilities at Padang State University were in the high category, 29 (51.8) students with disabilities at Padang State University were in the medium category and 0 (0%) students with disabilities at Padang State University were in the low category. Based on the analysis of each aspect, it is known that the satisfaction aspect obtained a value of 23.95%, happiness with a value of 21.32%, and optimism is at a value of 17.71%

No full textReading ability is one of the important things that support student success at school. Slow learner students are individuals who experience barriers to learning. This study aims to describe remedial teaching-based tutoring services to help slow learner students in reading. This research uses a case study method with a sample of 1 student named F, a slow learner student in Junior High School (SMP), who has conducted a psychological examination with the results of IQ = 85, which is a category below average. Data analysis uses qualitative through the provision of remedial teaching-based tutoring services, students who experience slow learners usually have difficulty recognizing word structures and interpreting them. Remedial teaching-based tutoring services are remedial learning presented to slow learner students. Remedial teaching-based tutoring services are expected to be able to improve reading skills for slow learner students. Based on the results of the research, the provision of remedial teaching-based tutoring services for slow learner students and using observation questionnaires for the development of children's reading skills, shows that there is an increase in reading skills which is reflected in increased understanding, and the ability to read text. So from the results obtained, it can be concluded that remedial teaching-based tutoring services show an increase in reading skills in slow learner student

No full textImprovements in the quality of education in Indonesia are highly dependent on the competence and character of educators as the spearhead of learning system transformation. This article examines the concept and implementation of human resource management (HRM) in the education sector using an integrity-based and impact-based approach. By highlighting issues such as low professional integrity, competency gaps, and weak outcome-based evaluation systems, this paper proposes HR development strategies that are not only focused on administrative performance but also on tangible contributions to the transformation of students and society. This approach includes values-based recruitment, transformational training, and performance evaluation based on social change. Case studies from the Guru Penggerak program and lessons learned from international practices demonstrate that educators managed with principles of integrity and impact orientation can create an ethical, transformative, and sustainable learning environment. This article recommends reforms in education HR management policies to achieve an advanced and globally competitive Indonesian education system

Management research is new ideas, practices, objects and methods in the field of education to achieve educational goals or solve educational problems. The new ideas, practices and methods referred to are something that is already running, already exists, has been put into practice in the daily management process within the framework of improving the quality of education. By using a qualitative approach and taking research locations in the MPI, TBG and PAI IAIN Palangka Raya study programs. Data in this service is divided into two types, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by conducting unstructured interviews with the Head of the Study Program and the supporting lecturers who were appointed as informants. Secondary data is arranged in the form of documents. Secondary data is obtained from the documentation process during observations and other documents that support research. The data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, carrying out data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions

No full textThe program operates within the framework of “Merdeka Belajar,” a philosophy of education in Indonesia that promotes self-directed learning. The Gajahkeris program is recognized in the education landscape as a specific school-based effort to develop literacy skills. Strong literacy will support students in understanding various subjects, thinking critically and communicating effectively. This study aims to examine how the principal uses a special approach by optimizing school resources to support the successful implementation of the Gajahkeris literacy program at SD N 03 Gajahmungkur Semarang City. This research attempts to analyze the four main dimensions that influence the successful implementation of a program or policy. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques were conducted using interactive analysis that included data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The results showed that the success of the Gajahkeris literacy program depends on the school's capacity in allocating school resources, which include personnel and infrastructure, as well as the shared commitment of all stakeholders

No full textHuman resource management in educational settings plays a vital role in improving the quality of teaching and learning effectiveness. This study highlights aspects such as workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentives for teachers to enhance their motivation and performance. The results show that teacher development strategies, including technology-based training and professional development programs, contribute significantly to improving student learning efficiency. Teachers who receive ongoing training are better able to implement innovative teaching methods, improve classroom interactions, and create a more effective learning environment. In addition, teacher well-being, both in terms of incentives and psychological support, plays a role in increasing job satisfaction which has a direct impact on teaching performance. This study recommends a more strategic and technology-based approach to human resource management to improve the overall quality of education

No full textThis research aims to determine the effect of using audio visual learning media on student learning outcomes at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. the researcher used a type of quantitative research, with a correlation approach to determine the relationship between variable X and variable Y. Data collection technique used a questionnaire from 26 respondents. Sampling using saturated samples, Data analysis techniques using simple regression tests and determination coefficients. The hypothesis test uses the t-calculation formula. The results of the study showed that: (1) The used of audio visual learning media in class VII PK A SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta was included in the criteria with an average of 15. (2) The learning outcomes of the worship subject of class VII PK A SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta were included in the criteria with an average of 78; (3) Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the audio visual learning media showed a value of Sig. (0.054) > 0.05, then H0 was accepted and H1 was rejected, which means that the variable X (Audio Visual Learning Media) had no effect on the variable Y (Learning Outcomes of Grade VII PK A Junior High School Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta)
