The traditional paradigm of supervision—previously administrative and inspection-oriented—must now evolve into a model that is collaborative, responsive, and evidence-based. This article explores how Islamic educational supervision practices can be adapted through visionary leadership that integrates digitalization, Islamic values, and 21st-century competencies. The research method employed is a systematic literature review and conceptual analysis of English and Indonesian scientific publications from 2020–2025 discussing educational supervision, Islamic educational leadership, digital transformation, and the Industry 5.0 concept. Content analysis techniques were used to extract major themes and formulate a conceptual framework for adaptive supervision. The findings indicate that visionary leadership capable of formulating a “human-centric” and digital vision, supporting the digitalization of supervisory processes, and integrating Islamic values within technological guidelines is a key factor for successful adaptive supervision. Supervision designed through collaborative teacher engagement, peer-supervision, and real-time data utilization accelerates the transformation of learning practices.

This study explores the transformation of mathematical thinking awareness among mathematics education students through a phenomenological lens. Thirty undergraduate students in the Mathematics Education Study Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan participated as research subjects selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and reflective documentation, and analyzed using Colaizzi’s descriptive phenomenological method. The findings demonstrate a three-stage transformation of awareness: epistemic, metacognitive, and ontological. Epistemically, students shifted from memorizing formulas toward conceptual understanding driven by meaningful learning needs. Metacognitively, errors, reflective dialogue, and self-explanation triggered deeper strategic awareness, revealing the role of regulation and emotional control in sustaining understanding. Ontologically, mathematics became integrated into students’ self-identity as future educators, shaping how they perceive learning as part of lifelong intellectual and personal development. Taken together, students no longer view mathematics merely as procedural knowledge but as a way of thinking that guides interpretation, reasoning, and awareness of learning processes

This study aims to (1) determine the level of implementation of the full-day school system at SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year. (2) Determine the character level of class VIII students of SMP Al Islam 1 Surakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year. (3) Determine whether or not there is a significant influence between the full-day school system on the character formation of class VIII students of SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta in the 2025/2026 academic year. To achieve the above objectives, the researcher used a quantitative research type with a correlation approach to determine the relationship between variable X and variable Y. The data collection technique used a Likert scale questionnaire. Sampling used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. Hypothesis testing used Pearson product moment and simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) The implementation of the full-day school system showed a percentage of 38.5% with the highest frequency being in the calculation formula 66.71 > X ≥ 56.581 in the sufficient predicate. (2) Student character shows a percentage of 36.5% with the highest frequency in the calculation formula 66.19 > X ≥ 56.604 in the good predicate. (3) There is an Effect of the Implementation of the Fullday School System on Student Character with a moderate correlation category with a value of 0.438 confirmed using simple linear regression with the results of the equation Y = 38.516 + 0.415X, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

This study aims to analyze the implementation of school financial management in relation to the effectiveness and efficiency of educational fund utilization and its contribution to improving the quality of educational services. This study is motivated by the increasing demands for accountability and transparency in public financial management within the education sector, which position schools as strategic units responsible for ensuring that educational funds are managed in a targeted manner and oriented toward core educational services. However, in practice, many schools continue to face challenges in aligning financial planning, implementation, and supervision with learning priorities, resulting in the suboptimal impact of fund utilization on the quality of educational services. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to obtain an in-depth and contextual understanding of the phenomenon under investigation. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and continuous conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that effective and efficient financial management is reflected in transparent and participatory budget planning, needs-based allocation of funds focused on core educational services, timely financial reporting, and consistent supervision

Pregnancy traditions that develop in the Wonosari Village community, Bengkalis District, Riau Province, are a form of local wisdom that contains Islamic religious education values. These traditions are not merely expressions of culture or customs passed down from generation to generation, but also function as a means of internalizing Islamic teachings into people's lives. This study aims to identify and analyze the values of Islamic education contained in social practices during pregnancy, such as four-monthly religious studies, reading of the letters Maryam and Yusuf by pregnant women, and thanksgiving and alms activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, light interviews with community leaders, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that these traditions contain dimensions of monotheism, worship, morals, and Islamic brotherhood education that are implemented contextually and applicatively. These values also strengthen the role of the family and community as agents of non-formal education that instill Islamic teachings naturally since the prenatal period. Therefore, the preservation of pregnancy traditions based on Islamic teachings needs to be continuously encouraged as part of efforts to build a sustainable cultural-based Islamic education system

    No full text
This study evaluated how effectively the English Intensive Course book supports non‑English major students at the Islamic State University of Jember, focusing on its alignment with Cunningsworth’s eight evaluation criteria. An explanatory mixed‑methods design combined a Likert‑scale questionnaire (n = 20 students, 2 tutors) with semi‑structured interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while interview transcripts underwent thematic coding to triangulate and enrich survey findings. Overall mean scores ranged from 3.22 to 3.72 (4‑point scale), indicating strong agreement that the book meets program aims, offers well‑sequenced language content, and covers the four skills. Participants praised the grammar‑driven progression and integration of Islamic themes. Key weaknesses were the absence of answer keys, limited listening‑speaking tasks, and scarce multimedia support. Tutors also reported insufficient pedagogical guidance in the teacher’s manual. It provides actionable recommendations, embedding feedback mechanisms, metacognitive study‑skills training, and QR‑linked audio resources, that can inform future textbook design for intensive language programs in similar settings
