No full textThis study aims to analyze the optimization of borrowing and returning services at the MTsN Kota Batu Library through the implementation of the SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) application. The background of this study is based on the problem of suboptimal library circulation services due to the use of a manual system, resulting in service delays, recording errors, and limited access to information for users. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through data collection techniques such as interviews with librarians and library users, direct observation of the service process, and documentation related to the implementation of SLiMS. The results show that the implementation of SLiMS provides significant changes in the effectiveness of library services, especially in the borrowing and returning process. The circulation, cataloging, barcode, and visit report features simplify the recording and tracking of collections, reduce technical errors, and speed up service transactions. Data also shows an increase in the number of visits and borrowing after the use of SLiMS is optimized. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of SLiMS plays an important role in improving the quality of library services at MTsN Kota Batu through a more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly automation system. This system not only helps librarians in the management process, but also encourages increased reading interest and literacy activities among students

No full textThis study analyzes the integration of a unified curriculum at SMAS IT Utsman bin Affan Muaro Jambi, focusing on its implementation strategies and challenges. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that curriculum integration is carried out by combining the National Curriculum, the Diniyah Curriculum, and the Tahfidz Program within the ABATA framework—Aqidah (faith), Bahasa (language), Akhlak (ethics), Tahfidz (Qur’an memorization), and Academics. This integration is implemented comprehensively in both classroom learning and dormitory life, supported by the boarding school system and the role of musyrifah (female mentors). The ABATA model effectively enhances academic achievement, language proficiency, memorization attainment, and the development of students’ religious character. Challenges include teachers’ limited competencies, dense schedules, and time management between academic and tahfidz activities. The school addresses these issues through teacher training, the establishment of an integrated curriculum team, and schedule restructuring. The study concludes that ABATA effectively fosters knowledgeable, faithful, and virtuous female students

No full textObjective: This study examines the management of the 2025 Higher Education Curriculum based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), focusing on curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as the extent to which OBE principles are integrated into academic practices. Method: A qualitative exploratory case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and curriculum document analysis. Data analysis followed Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s Interactive Model, involving data condensation, display, and verification. Results: The findings indicate that the implementation of the OBE-based 2025 Curriculum remains in a transitional stage. While the formulation of learning outcomes (CPL) aligns with OBE standards, consistency varies across programs. Constructive alignment between CPL–CPMK–RPS is not yet optimal, learning practices remain teacher-centered, and curriculum evaluation is not fully data-driven. No full textThis study aims to analyze the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in developing teacher organizational culture in a private junior high school in Panongan District. Field phenomena indicate that teacher volunteer behavior strongly influences interaction patterns, work values, and habits that shape the school's organizational culture. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The results show that OCB contributes significantly to strengthening organizational culture through behaviors of altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and sportsmanship. Factors supporting the emergence of OCB include the principal's exemplary behavior, an open communication climate, and the school's religiosity. Obstacles that arise are related to teachers' administrative burdens, the dynamics of policy changes, and inconsistent role models at the managerial level. The study concludes that OCB is an important foundation in building a collaborative and sustainable teacher organizational culture

No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation and Organizational Commitment on the effectiveness of Teaching Factory implementation in Vocational High Schools (SMK) across Bandar Lampung City. The research employed a quantitative method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data were collected using standardized instruments and analyzed using SPSS 25 through descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression tests. The findings indicate that the implementation of Total Quality Management is in the good category, with a mean score of 15.61 and a standard deviation of 1.793, and the data distribution shows a tendency toward normality. The results also reveal that Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Teaching Factory effectiveness, with a significance value of 0.01, where the normative commitment dimension shows the highest correlation at 0.924. Furthermore, the multiple regression analysis demonstrates that Total Quality Management and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of Teaching Factory implementation, as shown by an R value of 0.690 and an R Square value of 0.515, indicating that both variables collectively explain 51.5% of the variance in Teaching Factory effectiveness

No full textThis study aims to analyze teacher readiness and perceptions in implementing differentiated learning within the Independent Curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka) at a private high school in Yogyakarta. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 45 teachers. The results showed that most teachers understood the concept of differentiated learning and demonstrated the ability to identify student learning needs. School support for the implementation of this learning was considered quite good, although some teachers felt they had not received full support. Furthermore, teachers' confidence in designing differentiated learning varied; some teachers felt ready, while others remained uncertain. Key obstacles include time constraints, high class sizes, and administrative burdens that limit teachers' room for innovation. These findings confirm that the success of differentiated learning depends not only on teachers' conceptual understanding but also on institutional support and school policies. Therefore, ongoing training, reduced administrative burdens, and policies that better support learning innovation are needed

No full textThis study aims to analyze the impact of digital archive systems on administrative service quality in madrasah and pesantren, identifying affected service dimensions, implementation success factors, adoption challenges, and best practices for system optimization. A systematic literature review was conducted on 2020-2025 publications through Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, and Portal Garuda databases. From 411 identified articles, 14 high-quality studies were analyzed using thematic narrative synthesis after screening, eligibility evaluation, and methodological assessment stages.: Archive digitalization enhances five service quality dimensions: service speed, data accuracy, information accessibility, management transparency, and document security. Success is determined by leadership commitment, human resource competence, technological infrastructure, and policy support. Major challenges include limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, resistance to change, and intergenerational digital divide. This research fills the literature gap by integrating theoretical-empirical perspectives specific to madrasah-pesantren contexts, demonstrating that administrative modernization can proceed synergistically without sacrificing traditional values, and formulating evidence-based strategic recommendations for digitalization policy development in Islamic educational institutions

No full textMotivation to learn is important in educational success. Motivation to learn is not only influenced by psychological factors, but also by physical condition, including nutritional intake. More than 50% of MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan students do not eat breakfast before going to school. This has a negative impact on students' physical and psychological readiness, energy, enthusiasm for learning, activeness and persistence in the learning process at school. As an effort to overcome this problem, the Indonesian government has implemented a Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) program for school children. This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between the MBG program and the learning motivation of MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan students. This research uses a quantitative approach with Correlation Analysis and Simple Linear Regression Test. The research population was all MTsN 12 Pesisir Selatan students, with samples selected based on stratified random sampling of 30 students. The research results show that there is a strong and significant positive relationship between the MBG Program and student learning motivation with a value of r = 0.912. No full textObjective: Abstract This study aims to uncover the moral values and forms of local wisdom contained in Pepaccur, a form of oral literature of the Lampung people that serves as a medium for conveying advice, communication, and social ethical guidelines. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a sociology of literature approach, this study examines several Pepaccur texts obtained through documentation and interviews with cultural practitioners. The analysis focused on identifying the moral values emerging in these oral expressions and their relationship to the Lampungnese philosophy of life, Piil Pesenggiri. The results reveal that Pepaccur encompasses moral values of piety to God, politeness, social solidarity, and wisdom in social interactions. These values reflect elements of local wisdom such as nemui nyimah (love), nengah nyappur (grace), sakai (grace), and juluk adek (dear sister), which serve as ethical guidelines for the Lampung people in maintaining social harmony and order. No full textTransformational Leadership is a person's skill in influencing others so that they are willing to follow what their leader wants. In the educational context, an educator, known as a teacher, is a profession crucial for implementing the best education. This study aims to understand how teachers interpret and give meaning to transformational leadership styles within the context of a phenomenological study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews using a qualitative Max Van Manen hermeneutics approach with three themes and subthemes: motivation, inspiration, and intellectual stimulation. Teachers were selected and described in a measurable manner to explore their experiences and emerging meanings. The results indicate that transformational leadership provides motivation, inspiration, and intellectual stimulation that encourage teacher performance in achieving achievement, while strengthening interpersonal relationships and professionalism. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing transformational policies in improving the performance and quality of education in schools. These findings empower the development of principals' leadership competencies to create a more productive learning environment and support teacher development
