EVALUASI PROGRAM TAHSIN/TAHFIDZ QUR’AN DI SDIT AZ-ZAHRAH GOWA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CIPP
No full textEvaluation of educational programs is a step towards achieving the goals of Islamic education. As Muslims, it is important to carry out the religious orders contained in the Qur'an. The Qur'an, as a guide and reference for Muslims, applies not only when the verse was revealed, but also until the end of time. This research uses a qualitative approach with an evaluative study method that applies the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The evaluation results show that the implementation of the tahsin/tahfidz program at SDIT Az-zahrah meets the context evaluation criteria in accordance with school needs. Input evaluation showed that overall, the program received a good category, with an assessment of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, funds, and procedures used. The process evaluation of the program implementation showed good results, by identifying obstacles in the implementation, assessment process, and supervision. Meanwhile, the output evaluation of the program showed an overall excellent category, focusing on outputs, program outcomes, and benefits obtained by students. This evaluation provides in-depth feedback to program managers to continue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the tahsin/tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at SDIT Az-zahrah

No full textThis study aims to analyze the leadership of school principals in Mobilizing Schools and non-Mobilizing Schools in the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in Central Semarang District, Semarang City. Participants consisted of school principals, classroom teachers, subject area teachers, school administration staff, school supervisors, and parents. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity of this research used Source triangulation technique and member checking. Data analysis techniques that can be taken are thematic analysis or coding in the context of phenomenology including: Organizing Data, Coding Data, Identifying Major Themes and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the principal's transformational leadership plays an important role in the effective implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. In contrast, Non-Mover Schools still face challenges in implementing transformational leadership. Principals in these schools tend to focus more on administrative aspects than encouraging learning innovation. This results in teachers receiving less guidance in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, and limited facilities further hinder the implementation of innovation. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of transformational leadership training for principals, especially in schools that have not yet become Mover Schools

No full textThe holistic approach in curriculum planning is an innovative strategy in responding to the challenges of 21st century education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of a holistic approach in the curriculum planning process and examine its impact on improving the quality of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with content analysis techniques of various scientific literature and case studies of educational institutions that have implemented a holistic curriculum in the last five years. The results show that the holistic approach is able to increase student engagement, strengthen character, and encourage meaningful, contextual, and learner-centered learning. The holistically designed curriculum integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in a balanced manner, as well as considering cultural values and technological developments. The novelty of this research lies in the focus of its study on the curriculum planning process not only the implementation of learning which has been under-researched, especially in the context of Indonesian education. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in the preparation of an educational curriculum that is more relevant, humane, and adaptive to the dynamics of the times

No full textA Transformational leadership is a form of leadership style that focuses on inspiring, motivating, and developing the maximum potential of each team member. Rather than simply giving directions or instructions, leaders who adopt this style are committed to creating profound positive change, not only in their team dynamics, but also in the entire organizational structure. This article aims to comprehensively examine transformational leadership organizational culture, work commitment in driving innovation in educational organizations through a literature review. This research highlights the important role of transformational leadership in motivating, empowering and developing individuals in the organization to achieve organizational goals to encourage innovation in educational organizations. The results of the literature review indicate that transformational leaders are not only able to improve performance and encourage innovation, but also build an organizational culture that supports collaboration, openness to change, and member empowerment especially in educational organizations. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing transformational leadership skills to create an environment that motivates members, encourages innovation, and ensures sustainability in organizations

No full textThis study aims to investigate the effectiveness of using Chromebooks in supporting digital learning for the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject at SMP Baitul Qur’an Cendekia. The research focuses on five key aspects: students’ habits and readiness in using Chromebooks, their perceptions of ease and understanding of PAI materials, the level of creativity and engagement in digital-based learning, technical challenges encountered, and the relevance of Chromebook integration with the goals of Islamic education in the digital era. This study employed a quantitative approach using survey and literature study methods. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 17 students and in-depth interviews with a PAI teacher. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of Chromebook usage effectiveness in the learning process. The findings show that most students feel accustomed to and comfortable using Chromebooks in PAI learning. The device is perceived to facilitate understanding of the material, increase learning motivation, and enhance student creativity in completing project-based assignments such as Islamic videos and digital content design. However, technical issues and limitations in conveying spiritual values through digital media were also identified
TRANSFORMASI MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH DASAR DI INDONESIA MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI GOOGLE FOR EDUCATION

Utilizing a library research method and content analysis, this study reviews literature on the digitalization of basic education management, technology adoption in schools, and the application of Google for Education. The findings indicate that using Google platforms not only enhances learning effectiveness but also accelerates administrative processes, improves data transparency, and strengthens stakeholder collaboration. This digital transformation increased management efficiency by 30–40%. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy among teachers, uneven infrastructure, and resistance to organizational cultural change were identified. Successful adoption strategies include the development of a digitalization roadmap, continuous training, provision of supporting facilities, parental involvement, and the formation of internal innovation teams. The study contributes theoretically to the development of technology-based education management discourse and provides practical recommendations to accelerate the sustainable digitalization of elementary schools in Indonesia

No full textThe purpose of this study is to examine application of the Pancasila Student Profile through extracurricular activities of Hizbul Wahan at Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School, Ponorogo. The Pancasila student profile acts as the main reference that directs educational policies including being a reference for educators in building the character and competence of students. The Pancasila student profile must be understood by all stakeholders because it is considered important. Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School, Ponorogo is one of the private schools that has implemented the Independent Curriculum, one of which is the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) dimension. Hizbul Wathan is one of the scouts in Indonesia that is related to outdoor learning activities. The research method used is qualitative research with a field approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) Muhammadiyah Senior High School 1 Ponorogo has implemented part of the Independent Curriculum, namely the Pancasila Student Profile (P3), one of which is through the Hizbul Wathan extracurricular, 2) The dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) that have been applied in extracurricular activities are faith, devotion to God Almighty; independent; mutual cooperation; and creative. This study concludes that the Hizbul Wathan extracurricular activity is an effective forum for implementing the Pancasila Student Profile at Muhammadiyah Senior High School 1 Ponorogo
PENGARUH FILSAFAT IDEALISME DAN REALISME DALAM PRAKTIK MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN
No full textAs a process of managing resources to achieve educational goals, management practices are not only influenced by theory and policy, but also by the philosophical foundations that underlie views on humans, knowledge, and the purpose of life. The philosophy of idealism places ideas, values, and ideals at the center of all educational processes. Education is seen as an effort to humanize people through the formation of character and morality. This study aims to analyze the influence of idealism and realism philosophy in educational management practices, particularly in the aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in the school environment. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data were collected from various relevant educational philosophy and management literature, then analyzed conceptually. The results of the study indicate that idealism philosophy influences the formation of a noble educational vision oriented towards character building, while realism philosophy provides direction for educational management based on facts, logic, and efficiency. The conclusion of this study shows that the integration of idealism and realism approaches can create holistic educational management practices, balanced between values and reality, and able to answer the challenges of contemporary educational dynamics

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of a mobile phone usage prohibition policy on the learning focus of female students at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Kuliyyatul Mu’allimat Al Ulya (KMA) Kalijambe Sragen. The research question posed is: How does the mobile phone prohibition policy affect the learning focus of female students in the pesantren environment? This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey technique. The population consisted of 40 female students selected through total sampling. The data collection instrument was a closed-ended Likert scale questionnaire comprising 21 items divided into two variables: the mobile phone prohibition policy and learning focus. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical percentage analysis.The findings indicate that the majority of students are aware of, understand, and agree with the mobile phone prohibition policy implemented by the pesantren. Additionally, students reported an increase in their learning focus, characterized by improved concentration, a more conducive learning environment, and reduced digital distractions. These results reinforce the theory of Islamic learning environment management and Islamic character education, confirming that controlling technology use in Islamic boarding schools effectively enhances students’ academic focus
