    This study aims to examine the effect of using the Fun Card learning media on students' learning interest in the Qur’an-Hadits subject at MTs Tahfidzul Qur’an Al-Fatah, Sambi Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, for the 2024/2025 academic year. The background of the study arises from the low learning interest of students in Qur’an-Hadits lessons, which are often delivered monotonously and lack engagement. Therefore, an engaging and motivational learning media is needed to involve students actively. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 75 student respondents. Validity and reliability tests were conducted using SPSS, followed by t-tests and the coefficient of determination analysis. The results indicated that the use of Fun Card media has a significant effect on students' learning interest, with a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination was 66.6%, meaning that over half of the variance in students' learning interest can be explained by the use of Fun Card media. The implication of this study is that teachers should adopt innovative and engaging learning media to improve the effectiveness of Islamic education, particularly in Qur’an-Hadits instruction. Fun Card media can serve as a strategic alternative to create an active, participatory, and enjoyable learning environment

    The development of the digital era has brought complex challenges for teachers, including increased workloads, emotional exhaustion, and demands for technological adaptation that impact their well-being. This study aims to analyze the potential of a mindfulness-based supervision model integrated with digital platforms to enhance teachers' well-being. Through a systematic literature review (2014–2024), it was found that mindfulness approaches such as meditation, self-reflection, and emotional regulation can reduce stress and improve teachers' mental resilience. The integration of technology through mobile applications, interactive webinars, and predictive analytics expands the accessibility and personalization of supervision programs. However, its implementation faces challenges such as the digital divide and resistance to change. The results of the study indicate that a hybrid (synchronous-asynchronous) model with empathetic supervisor guidance is an effective solution for creating a sustainable and humane supervision environment. This research recommends the development of an adaptive supervision framework that combines mindfulness principles with digital innovation, as well as the need for technology literacy training for teachers and supervisors. These findings contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of educational policies in the digital age

    The implementation of career guidance can steer students' career planning. Career planning among grade XII high school students is not yet mature. This study aims to analyze the implementation of career guidance in developing career planning for high school students at SMA Ma’arif Bandung. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that the program effectively enhances students’ understanding of their potential, career opportunities, and decision-making skills. Prior to guidance, 70-85% of students were confused and lacked knowledge about the world of work, but post-guidance, 80-90% could formulate clear career goals and concrete steps, with an average improvement of 50-60% in goal clarity, knowledge, and confidence. Supporting factors include principal support and external collaborations, while challenges encompass limited time, resources, and parental pressure. Recommendations include increasing session frequency, counselor training, and technology utilization. This study underscores the importance of structured career guidance in preparing students for post-high school transitions

    The objective of this study is to explore the implementation and effectiveness of the revitalization of Aqidah Akhlak education in shaping students’ Islamic identity in the digital era at MTs Tarbiyatul Ihsan Probolinggo. The institution faces significant challenges, particularly the declining religious sensitivity and ethical behavior among students, underscoring the urgency of reinforcing moral values within the educational process. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data analysis was conducted through source triangulation to ensure the validity of findings. The study revealed five key findings: (1) The transformation of teaching methods to adapt to the digital era represents a strategic response to contemporary pedagogical demands; (2) The role of teachers as facilitators and role models, both in physical and digital spaces, constitutes a crucial element in the transmission of values; (3) The integration of Islamic soft skills into the character-building process strengthens students’ spiritual foundations; (4) Systemic and sustainable institutional policies significantly reinforce the implementation of Aqidah Akhlak education; and (5) The formation of Islamic identity through a holistic and integrative approach demonstrates the success of value-based educational revitalization

    This research is motivated by the problem of poor peer social interaction in schools, which can have a negative impact on the formation of students' self-concept. Peer social interaction plays an important role in forming confidence, self-acceptance, and healthy social relationships. This study aims to describe: (1) the social interaction profile of peers, (2) the profile of self-concept, and (3) the influence of social interaction of peers on the self-concept of students. The type of research is quantitative with a correlational method. The research population was 70 people, with a simple random sampling technique so that 41 samples were obtained. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire, while the data analysis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) the social interaction of students' peers was in the poor category, (2) students' self-concept was in the poor category, and (3) there was a significant influence of social interaction of peers on self-concept by 94.7% with a very strong category. Based on these findings, BK teachers are advised to facilitate activities that increase students' social interaction, students are expected to build healthy relationships with peers, and schools need to create an environment conducive to students' social and personal development

    This study examined whether e‑module use predicts Islamic Faith Education (IFE) achievement among Grade‑VII students at Al‑Abidin Bilingual Boarding School, Surakarta. A quantitative design with census sampling was applied; the population and sample comprised 58 students. The predictor (X) was measured with a 1–5 Likert questionnaire; twenty items were trialed, nineteen retained as valid, and internal consistency reached Cronbach’s alpha = 0.883. The outcome (Y) used official IFE report‑card scores. Analyses covered descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality, linearity, Pearson correlation, and coefficient of determination (SPSS 24). A 30‑student pilot supported item validity; analyses used individual‑level pairing. E‑module use was moderately high (M = 70.97; SD = 11.48; range 45–93). IFE achievement was high (M = 87.78; SD = 9.39; range 20–94). Assumptions were met: residuals were normally distributed (p = 0.200) and the X–Y relation was linear (p = 0.268). The Pearson correlation was positive yet weak and non‑significant (r = 0.215; p = 0.104); the explanatory power was small (R² = 0.046; Adjusted R² = 0.029). About 4.6% of score variance was accounted for by e‑module use

    This method to find out the results of the study shows that the purpose of this study is to see how the management of the Islamic boarding school education curriculum is carried out at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Aziziyyah Islamic Boarding School in Tangerang. To produce students who excel spiritually, intellectually, and in character. The Islamic boarding school curriculum not only functions as an academic standard but also helps students grow in morals, discipline, and social responsibility. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and case studies. Islamic boarding school leaders, curriculum managers, ustadz, and students were involved in data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The Miles and Huberman model method was used to conduct data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Tahfidzul Qur'an Aziziyyah Islamic Boarding School in Tangerang combines the Islamic boarding school curriculum, the Ministry of Religion curriculum, and contemporary education models in a planned and integrated manner. The curriculum is adapted to changing times while maintaining the traditional values ​​of the Islamic boarding school, emphasizing the balance between mastery of religious knowledge, language skills, and the use of technology as well as the formation of the character of students

    One of the subjects that has an important role in character building is Pancasila Education. This subject aims to instill the nation's noble values ​​​​such as social justice, mutual cooperation, tolerance, and love of the homeland which are expected to be internalized in students' attitudes and behavior. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education in fifth grade students of Tounwawan Christian Elementary School through the application of the inquiry learning model. The background of the study is the low understanding of students regarding rights and obligations, as seen from the results of the initial test which showed that only 30% of students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) with an average of 55.5. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method of the Kemmis & McTaggart model in two cycles with 10 students as subjects. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and reflections, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed an increase in the average student score from 55.5 (30% completion) in the initial condition, to 68.5 (50%) in cycle I, to 82.8 (100%) in cycle II. In addition to quantitative improvements, students become more active in asking questions, discussing, and presenting learning outcomes. Thus, inquiry learning has been proven effective in improving learning outcomes while fostering critical thinking skills, self-confidence, and collaboration

    This study analyzes the implementation of the Hajarun Najah Foundation's policies in improving the quality of education at An Najah Islamic Junior High School. The purpose of this study is to describe how the foundation's policies are implemented, including improving teacher competency, integrated educational planning, designing a curriculum that integrates general and religious subjects, planning flagship programs, monitoring, supervision, and periodic evaluation, providing educational facilities/infrastructure, social/financial support for students, and involving parents and the madrasah committee. A qualitative descriptive research method was used to describe the policy implementation process in depth. The results show that the implementation of the foundation's policies is systematic and planned, focusing on the holistic development of students. The key to success lies not only in improving teacher competency through training and supervision, integrating general and religious curricula, and providing facilities and scholarships. The active involvement of parents and the madrasah committee also significantly strengthens the educational ecosystem. This study concludes that the synergy between the foundation, the madrasah, and the community is an important foundation for improving the quality of education

    Education plays a crucial role not only in achieving academic goals but also in preparing students to plan and develop their future careers. The difficulties faced by many graduates in securing jobs aligned with their interests highlight the importance of integrating career planning and development programs into higher education. This study aims to examine the concepts, implementation, challenges, and solutions of career planning and development in order to enhance students’ readiness for the workforce. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, data were collected from various national and international journals. The findings show that career planning functions as a process of self-identification and strategy formulation, while career development emphasizes improving skills, abilities, and adaptability to workplace dynamics. Implementation can be achieved through internships, education, workshops, and the use of digital technology. The novelty of this study lies in integrating career planning and development with an emphasis on digital technology and contextual challenges in Indonesia. Recommendations highlight the importance of leadership support, technological optimization, and aligning career paths with student goals to strengthen graduate employability
