ANALISIS DAMPAK KEBIJAKAN FULL DAY SCHOOL TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN GURU: PENDEKATAN BERPIKIR SISTEM DENGAN CASUAL LOOP DIAGRAMS DAN LEVERAGE POINTS
The Full Day School (FDS) policy implemented in various regions in Indonesia has various impacts on teacher welfare, both in terms of psychological, social, and professional aspects. This study aims to systematically analyze how FDS affects teacher welfare using the Causal Loop Diagrams (CLD) approach and identify leverage points that can be policy intervention points. The method used is a systematic review of 35 studies published between 2020 and 2025 and sourced from the Scopus, ERIC, and SINTA databases. Data were analyzed qualitatively using NVivo 12 software to identify key themes, which were then used as the basis for system modeling using Stella Architect. The results of the CLD analysis show a complex causal relationship between workload, intrinsic motivation, institutional support, and teacher work-life balance. Identification of leverage points reveals that time management training policies, increased psychosocial support, and flexible working hours are the most potential interventions to improve teacher welfare in the context of FDS. These findings provide important contributions for policy designers in formulating more sustainable education policies that focus on the welfare of educators
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL HIPOTETIK PERMAINAN BOLA BASKET UNTUK TUNANETRA
Adaptive physical education is a direct service that can be provided to children with special needs, to meet the individual physical-motor needs of students with disabilities. A case study shows that blind people are less motivated to play sports, one of which is playing basketball. So, development research was carried out by creating a basketball game model for the blind. This game model was designed by modifying the facilities and rules in the game of basketball and adapted to the characteristics of the visually impaired. Researchers used a research and development design with several modified stages. Validation was carried out using the Focus Group Discussion technique, namely discussions with users, namely the visually impaired, and the model was validated by experts using a validation test instrument with a Likert scale reference. This instrument contains three aspects of assessment, namely suitability, usefulness and appropriateness of playing basketball for the blind. The results of the analysis of the blind basketball game model showed that the percentage of suitability aspects = 81%, usability aspect = 100%, feasibility aspect = 77%. So the blind basketball game model is suitable, useful, and worthy of being developed and tested

Traditional sports are a vital component of cultural heritage, reflecting a community's identity. They are crucial for preserving cultural legacy and fostering character in the younger generation. One such sport, Pacu Perahu (Boat Racing), practiced in Rawang Hamlet, serves not only as a competition but also as a medium for character education and human resource development. Passed down through generations, it strengthens social solidarity and helps shape community character. However, social changes and modernization have led to declining youth participation in Pacu Perahu. This trend threatens to erode the character values inherent in the sport and undermines the potential of local culture-based character education, which is an effective means of shaping youth personality. This study aims to analyze the role of Pacu Perahu as a medium for strengthening youth character and to formulate revitalization strategies to ensure its relevance in modern character education. It further seeks to explore its contribution to human resource development in Rawang Hamlet. The findings are expected to provide a foundational framework for preserving Pacu Perahu and to contribute to youth character building. The research employs a qualitative approach using an ethnographic method

Transforming raw materials into processed products is key to creating higher economic value. Currently, most pineapple harvests are sold directly to middlemen, despite the fruit's immense potential for processing into a wide variety of products, from food and beverages to industrial raw materials. This research aims to explore the economic potential of pineapple processing as a natural resource utilization based on local wisdom. Pineapple is an agricultural commodity widely produced by rural communities, but its utilization has so far been limited to fresh consumption. Using a qualitative approach with a case study in one pineapple production center, this research explores various pineapple processing products, such as jam, chips, syrup, and preserves, that have added economic value. The results indicate that pineapple processing can significantly increase community income, create new jobs, and strengthen local economic resilience. Furthermore, this activity also reflects local wisdom practices that preserve natural resources. The research recommends the need for technological support, training, and market access to optimize the economic potential of pineapple processing
KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN PROFETIK NABI MUHAMMAD: TINJAUAN LITERATUR TENTANG MODEL INSPIRATIF DALAM MEMBANGUN GENERASI BERAKHLAK DAN BERILMU
This research is motivated by the importance of education as the key to the progress of the nation and the formation of character based on Islamic values. However, many Islamic educational institutions experience ups and downs in leadership quality that have an impact on the character of students, which is due to the lack of prophetic leadership examples in the style of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the prophetic leadership concept of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as well as his educational strategies in building a generation with noble character. The method used is literature review by reviewing various relevant journals, articles, and books in the last 10 years to obtain a strong theoretical foundation. The results of the study show that prophetic leadership based on four main values—siddiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), fathonah (intelligent), and tabligh (communicative)—is an effective ideal leadership model in modern Islamic education. The educational strategy of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ which integrates spiritual, moral, and scientific aspects has proven to be able to produce superior generations and trustworthy leaders. The implications of this study affirm the importance of applying prophetic values in education management to improve the quality of institutions and job satisfaction of educators
