No full textRungrote Wittaya School in Thailand is one of the leading Islamic schools located in Chana, Songkhla, Southern Thailand. The school implements two main curricula: the academic curriculum (Saman) and the religious curriculum (Sassanah). Although both curricula are regulated by the Thai government, the school has the flexibility to develop the religious curriculum based on local needs. This article examines how the integration of academic and religious curricula supports the achievement of holistic competence among students. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Rungrote Wittaya School implements curriculum integration using the shared model, connected model, threaded model, and immersed model. The curriculum is applied proportionally, with 60% allocated to the academic curriculum and 40% to the religious curriculum. The school also adopts a full-day school system and fosters a religious and nationalistic learning environment. These findings indicate that the integrated curriculum at Rungrote Wittaya School significantly contributes to shaping students with balanced cognitive, affective, and spiritual development

This research is a study that uses field research. The object of this research is student management and overcoming bullying behavior). Informants who can help in data collection are the principal, deputy head of student affairs, class teachers, and students at SDN 115 Palembang The results of this study were carried out by determining student management planning in overcoming bullying behavior and determining considerations before forming student management planning in overcoming bullying. The student management planning carried out is: 1) make a plan to implement counseling or socialization about bullying; 2) plan to approach students by establishing good communication and showing a high sense of caring for the school community; and 3) plan to make anti-bullying activities that can be done by making strict rules regarding bullying behavior

No full textThis study aims to analyze the application of instructional leadership in improving the quality of education in an Integrated Islamic High School in Balikpapan City. The main focus of the research is on instructional leadership process, school environment condition, and culture creation to improve education quality. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interview, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the instructional leadership process in Integrated Islamic High School includes the implementation of vision and mission based on Islamic values, continuous learning analysis and monitoring, and intensive support and supervision from the principal. The school environment, supported by an adaptive curriculum and excellent programs, as well as adequate facilities, creates a supportive work environment and improves the overall quality of education. In addition, the school culture formed through open communication, collaboration between educators and the example of the principal, creates a conducive and productive learning atmosphere for students. The findings of this study also provide practical recommendations for similar schools to improve the quality of education through inclusive and religious values-oriented leadership strategies
E-ASSESSMENT ASELIN BAGI PENYANDANG DISABILITAS
No full textTechnological advances are growing rapidly in today's modern era, but at this time there are still many campuses or universities that still use old methods to record their students, especially students with disabilities. This is a challenge for the campus in order to improve the performance and efficiency of the time used to record. Especially students with disabilities who are sometimes often neglected in terms of this data. Therefore, researchers formulated a solution by creating a website that can make it easier for agencies or campuses to record students with disabilities. By using the type of R&D (Research and Development) research and ADDIE development procedures, researchers developed a website called Aselin E-Assessment. There are 4 expert practitioners in this study, including (1) expert practitioners in the field of assessment, (2) expert practitioners in the field of websites, (3) expert practitioners in the field of special education and (4) expert practitioners in the field of children with special needs. Students of Padang State University who are disabled are the subjects of this research, and the quantitative descriptive data analysis technique is a combination that is in line with the way of thinking in this research. The results of this study indicate that the Aselin E-Assessment website is very feasible to use to record students with disabilities in college institutions

No full textThe Pasuruan Regency Government created a program for Direct Electronic Population Administration Services (e-Pak Ladi Kiosk). The e-Pak Ladi Kiosk was established based on Pasuruan Regent Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Population Administration and Civil Registration Services. The e-Pak Ladi Kiosk is an innovation in population administration services designed to facilitate the community in accessing various services, such as the creation of Family Cards (KK), Identity Cards (KTP), Child Identity Cards (KIA), birth certificates, and death certificates that are technology-based. However, in practice, it is still not optimal. This research aims to analyze the quality of services of the e-Pak Ladi program. The research method used in this study is qualitative and descriptive. The results of this study indicate a low understanding among the community, particularly among the elderly, regarding the digital service system, which leads to a gap in information access and service utilization. Misunderstandings about the concept of 'digital' as an all-in-one fast service also trigger disappointment when technical disruptions occur, such as slow servers or routine app updates almost every month. Socialization strategies through community forums and approaches to students have been implemented, but have not yet reached all layers of society

No full textThe practice of implementing the value of moderation in madrasas still faces a number of challenges. Some of them are teachers' limited understanding of the concept of moderation in depth, pressure from certain conservative groups, and the negative influence of social media that often spreads intolerance narratives. This shows that strengthening the value of religious moderation in education requires a comprehensive and sustainable strategy. Based on the description above, the researcher is interested in further analyzing the Values of Religious Moderation at MA Al-Ittihadiyah Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach and the subjects involved are school principals, PAI teachers and students. Based on the results of data analysis, this study reveals that the values of religious moderation taught at MA Al-Ittihadiyah Medan include the principles of tolerance, peace, diversity, and respect for differences. The novelty in this research is that there are supporting factors in strengthening the values of religious moderation at MA Al-Ittihadiyah Medan, including the commitment of madrasah leaders, such as the Head of Madrasah, who actively conveys messages of nationality and diversity on various occasions

No full textThis study aims to analyze the role of school principal leadership in improving teachers' work discipline at SDIT Kartika Buana Boja Kendal. Effective leadership plays a crucial role in creating a conducive work environment and enhancing teacher performance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Data analysis follows the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the school principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, and motivator. The principal enforces discipline through strict supervision, sanctions, and rewards for outstanding teachers. Furthermore, the leadership strategies implemented successfully enhance teachers' professionalism and sense of responsibility in performing their duties. This study provides insights into the effectiveness of school principal leadership in improving teachers' work discipline through a holistic approach. It also emphasizes the importance of balancing firmness with a motivational approach to enhance educators' discipline

No full textThe success of development is largely determined by the quality of human resources, both in the role of decision makers, policy makers, thinkers, planners, to technical implementers and development supervisors. This study aims to examine the importance of human resource management (HRM) in improving the quality of educators in educational institutions. Proper HRM management is considered to have a significant impact on the effectiveness of education, the quality of graduates, and the success of educational organizations as a whole. Using a literature study and content analysis approach, this article identifies the main functions of HRM, such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, to development and dismissal. This study also reviews the objectives of HRM from personal, functional, organizational, to social dimensions, as well as HRM development strategies that focus on the formation of competent educators and maintaining teacher work effectiveness. The results of the study indicate that good HRM implementation is essential to answer the challenges of modern education and improve the quality of learning in educational institutions

No full textThis article aims to analyze the quality standards for educators (teachers, lecturers, ustadz/ustadzah) and educational staff (administrative staff, lab assistants) in Islamic educational institutions, such as madrasah, pesantren, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN). Using a qualitative approach with literature studies and policy analysis, this research examines the implementation of quality standards regulated by national (Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs regulations) and local policies, as well as the problematics encountered in the field. The findings reveal that although quality standards—covering academic qualifications, pedagogical and professional competencies, and integration of Islamic values—have been clearly formulated, their implementation still faces challenges, including regional disparities in educator quality, limited funding, resistance to modern management systems, and overlapping regulations. Case studies in madrasah, pesantren, and PTKIN highlight that quality improvement requires synergies between continuous training, technology adoption, and adaptation to local wisdom. This article recommends the need for more inclusive policies, sustainable funding, and strengthened inter-institutional collaboration to optimize quality standards in the globalization era

No full textThere are many learning strategies in the current era. The right strategy will also provide good results. Currently, the learning strategy that is often applied is differentiation. Differentiated learning strategies generally adjust the content, process, and learning products according to the readiness, interests, and learning profiles of students. The purpose of this study was to examine the application of differentiated learning strategies in heterogeneous classes at SMAS ITP Tarjun. Subjects were selected purposively, including principals, teachers, and students. Data analysis was carried out thematically to reveal patterns of strategies, challenges, and their impact on the quality of learning. The results of the study showed that teachers implemented learning differentiation according to student needs with the support of the principal's transformational leadership through routine coaching and developing a reflective culture of teachers to build the spirit of the independent curriculum. Despite the obstacles, teachers continued to try to develop strategies to increase student motivation and create an inclusive and quality learning environment
