TELAAH KONSEPTUAL TENTANG PROSES SELEKSI DAN PROGRAM ORIENTASI DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
The selection process is a crucial part of human resource management, aiming to select prospective employees who align with the organization's values and the position's needs. Selection is the administrative process of accepting or rejecting applicants and ensuring that candidates' abilities meet the job requirements. Therefore, selection is the initial step in determining the quality of the workforce that will support future business performance. Human resources (HR) play an important role in determining the success of an organization. One of the important stages in HR management is selection, which is the process of choosing candidates who are most suitable for the position and organizational values. Selection is not merely an administrative process, but a strategy to produce a competent, competitive workforce that is in line with the culture of the institution. This research uses a library research approach. This paper discusses the concept of selection, sources of selection, types of acceptance tests, various selection challenges, and the importance of HR orientation programs, especially in educational institutions. With a fair and transparent selection system and structured orientation, organizations can develop a professional workforce capable of facing future changes and competition
MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK: PERSPEKTIF TEORITIS DAN PRAKTIS DALAM SISTEM PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA
Student Management (Manajemen Peserta Didik/MPD) serves as a strategic component within the education system, functioning not only to maintain administrative order but also to facilitate the holistic development of learners. This study employs a qualitative literature review approach to explore the conceptual foundations of MPD, its theoretical basis, regulatory framework, and its practical implementation in educational settings. The analysis reveals that MPD is not limited to documentation or attendance monitoring; it is intricately connected to learner development theories, character formation, mental health considerations, and the overall effectiveness of instructional processes. An ideal MPD framework must be regulation-based, responsive to individual learner needs, data-driven, and capable of fostering a psychologically safe and productive learning environment. The findings highlight the critical role of MPD in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the ongoing digital transformation in education. Accordingly, MPD must be strengthened through refined service structures, collaborative leadership, and improved digital literacy. This review concludes that MPD should not be perceived as a mere administrative function but as a strategic managerial system that underpins the comprehensive quality of education
EFEKTIVITAS MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR AQIDAH SISWA KELAS VII MTS MUHAMMADIYAH 3 MASARAN
This study examined the effectiveness of implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model on seventh-grade students’ Aqidah learning outcomes at MTs Muhammadiyah 3 Masaran in the 2024/2025 academic year. Methods: A quantitative pre-experimental approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design was applied to 36 students. Data were gathered using a 20-item objective Aqidah test (pretest and posttest) and a 20-item Likert questionnaire measuring CTL implementation. The questionnaire showed good internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.872). Data normality was assessed using Shapiro–Wilk and differences were tested using a paired-samples t-test. CTL implementation was perceived at medium-to-high levels. Pretest and posttest scores were normally distributed (p=0.075; p=0.081). The mean score increased from 81.00 to 91.14. After the intervention, 75% of students were in the high achievement category and none were in the low category. The paired t-test indicated a significant improvement (t=-7.533, p<0.001, df=35) with a mean gain of 10.14 points and a 95% confidence interval of [-12.871, -7.407]. CTL strengthens engagement through inquiry, collaborative learning, faith-based modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment. By linking doctrinal concepts with everyday situations, students can develop more meaningful understanding and internalize Aqidah values beyond rote memorization
MODEL KONTEN DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT INVESTASI MASYARAKAT AWAM PADA TRADING BERJANGKA
The rise of digital platforms has significantly influenced public interest in various forms of investment, particularly futures trading. Many beginners find the terminology and mechanisms of futures trading complex and intimidating, which discourages them from participating. Digital content that is engaging, interactive, and easy to understand can effectively increase awareness and interest among novice investors. Visual elements, step-by-step tutorials, storytelling, and interactive simulations provide practical learning experiences without real financial risk. This approach not only enhances comprehension but also boosts confidence, enabling individuals to take initial investment steps more readily. The integration of educational and entertaining content, combined with interactive engagement, has proven to be a key factor in motivating public participation in futures trading. Moreover, social media platforms play a vital role in disseminating educational investment content to a wide audience. Consistent and well-structured content that includes real-life examples, risk management strategies, and practical applications helps novice investors perceive the benefits and feasibility of futures trading. The use of simple language, relatable analogies, and interactive elements strengthens understanding and builds trust in digital content. As a result, audiences become more motivated and prepared to engage in investment activities
MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED/HYBRID UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PRAKTIK DI TVET: STUDI LITERATUR SISTEMATIS
Objective: Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) plays a crucial role in developing practical skills aligned with industry needs. However, practical learning in TVET often faces challenges such as limited facilities, high operational costs, and a gap between curricula and workplace standards. In the context of digital transformation, blended and hybrid learning models have emerged as innovative solutions that integrate online and face-to-face instruction to strengthen practical skill acquisition. This study systematically synthesizes the application of blended/hybrid learning models in TVET, focusing on identifying the models used, their impact on practical skills, and key implementation factors. Following the PRISMA framework, the review analyzes literature from Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and Google Scholar published between 2014 and 2024. Findings show that models such as flipped classroom, rotation model, and enriched virtual model have been variably implemented across global TVET institutions. Blended/hybrid learning has proven effective in enhancing learners’ practical skills—including procedural accuracy, work quality, and workplace safety—provided it is supported by well-structured pedagogical design, adequate digital infrastructure, educator readiness, and strong industry partnerships
TRANSPARANSI SISTEM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM BERBASIS WEB DI ERA DIGITAL
The potential to integrate Sharia-compliant financial services into this management system could further enhance the effectiveness of financial management. This not only supports the economic independence of educational institutions but also empowers their operations in the long term. This study aims to examine how a web-based Islamic education management system can improve education transparency in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach through a literature study, this research found that a web-based management system provides easy access to real-time information to all education stakeholders, thus encouraging administrative efficiency, parental involvement and public oversight. The adoption of this system is proven to support more open and accountable management of finances, curriculum and infrastructure. However, there are significant challenges faced, such as limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy of educators and data security issues. Therefore, the development of this system needs to be inclusive, sustainable and adaptive to local conditions to ensure the effectiveness of its implementation in Islamic education institutions
SISTEM MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM MENDUKUNG IMPLEMENTASI GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH
This research examines the function of library management systems in facilitating digital literacy programs at MTs/MA Al-Kifayah Riau. The study seeks to elucidate the role of planning, implementation, and evaluation processes in the efficacy of digital literacy programs. A qualitative descriptive methodology was utilized, with data gathered via interviews, observations, and documentation involving librarians, educators, students, and school administrators. The results indicate that the library successfully incorporates digital technology into its services, consistent with the school's vision and mission. The planning phase emphasizes the development of programs aligned with the school's work plan (RKM), the enhancement of human resources via training, and the improvement of facilities to facilitate digital services. The implementation employs three methodologies: classroom-based literacy incorporating digital tools into education; school culture-based literacy utilizing digital collections and social media advocacy; and community-based literacy through partnerships with external stakeholders. Evaluation encompasses performance assessments, program outcome analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Significant accomplishments encompass 80% digitalization, a substantial digital book repository comprising 2,762 titles, contemporary amenities such as electronic catalogs and multimedia corners, and pioneering Android-based services
PENGAWASAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU (STUDI KASUS DI KELOMPOK BERMAIN AQILA MANDITA KABUPATEN SUBANG)
Principal supervision plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of education in a school. As the leader of the institution, the principal is responsible for ensuring that the entire learning process meets established standards. Through effective supervision, the principal can monitor teacher performance, student discipline, and the overall implementation of the curriculum. Furthermore, effective supervision helps create a conducive learning environment, foster a professional work culture, and encourage improvements in educational quality. Without proper supervision, various administrative and academic issues can be overlooked, ultimately negatively impacting student development. Therefore, principal supervision is a crucial aspect in creating a superior and competitive school. The purpose of this study was to determine how principal supervision at the Aqila Mandita Playgroup in Subang Regency improves teacher professionalism. The research method used was a qualitative approach, case studies, data collection, and observation. In this case, there are still teachers who have not been able to adapt to current developments
PERAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENGATASI PERILAKU PHUBBING: TELAAH HERMENEUTIS
Phubbing is a social phenomenon that emerged along with the advancement of communication technology and also the massive use of social media that is increasingly widespread in almost all circles, especially teenagers, including in educational environments, which has the potential to damage the quality of communication and form individualistic characters. Phubbing behavior can have an impact on changes in human social interaction patterns and also affect moral and ethical values in behaving towards others, such as empathy, politeness, appreciation, and attention. This study uses a qualitative method through descriptive data analysis, with data collection techniques through library research (writing bibliography) and involving a hermeneutic approach to interpret Islamic texts (Al-Quran and hadith) and Islamic teachings that are relevant to the development of the era in forming social ethics and morals in communicating. The results of the study indicate that PAI has an important role in shaping students' spiritual and social awareness through instilling the values of manners, empathy, self-control, and the use of technology wisely and responsibly. In hermeneutic studies, values such as husn al-khuluq (noble morals), ta'awun (cooperation), and ukhuwah Islamiyah (brotherhood) are key in curbing phubbing behavior
PENERAPAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SEGITIGA JOKOWI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 09 LUNANG
Mathematics lessons in elementary school are synonymous with difficult lessons, especially in distance, speed and time materials. This is evidenced by the results of a pre-research questionnaire which showed that 60% of students did not like mathematics lessons. Therefore, a visual learning medium that attracts students' interest is needed. This study aims to find out the extent to which the application of Jokowi's triangle media can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research was conducted with a type of classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches (mixed methods). The data collection tools used are observation sheets, tests and documentation, this research was carried out in two cycles. Based on the results in the first cycle, it shows that the average student score is 68.5 with a percentage of 70.83% of students achieving the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), which has shown a slight increase compared to before using the Jokowi triangle media. Then improvements were made to the plan and implementation in the second cycle, it was found that the average student score increased significantly to 84.5 with 87.5% of students achieving the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Based on the results of the study, the application of Jokowi's triangle learning media is said to be feasible to help improve students' mathematics learning outcomes and get positive responses from teachers and students.
