ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN SISWA DI UPT SDN 16 PASAR SUNGAI TUNU PESISIR SELATAN
According to constructivism theory, reading is not merely a passive activity of receiving information, but also an active activity in constructing meaning based on students' experiences, knowledge, and cognitive abilities. Thus, students who have good reading comprehension skills will more easily grasp the essence of the reading, identify important information, make inferences, and draw conclusions. This study aims to analyze the reading comprehension skills of elementary school students, the factors that influence them, and the relationship between reading interest and students' reading comprehension. The study was conducted at the UPT SDN 16 Pasar Sungai Tunu using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation with key informants, namely students, teachers, the principal, and parents. The study shows that students' reading comprehension skills are still relatively low, especially in finding the main idea. Internal factors such as reading interest, vocabulary mastery, and learning strategies, as well as external factors such as teacher teaching methods and family environment, play a major role in shaping students' comprehension. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence reading comprehension skills at the elementary school level and emphasizes the importance of synergy between families and schools

PESAN TERSIRAT DALAM LAGU “BALUR”: KAJIAN PRAGMATIK DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA DI SMA
This study aims to reveal the implicit messages contained in the song Balur by Cik Din Syahri S.M. through a pragmatic approach and to describe its implications for Indonesian language learning at the senior high school level. The research employed a qualitative method with a content analysis approach based on Austin and Searle’s theory of speech acts. The primary data consisted of the lyrics of Balur, analyzed through data reduction, categorization, and thematic interpretation, while supporting data were obtained from interviews with teachers and students to evaluate the song’s relevance as learning material. The findings show that Balur contains illocutionary, expressive, and perlocutionary speech acts reflecting social criticism toward inequality and human suffering. Moral messages are conveyed indirectly through metaphors and repetition that evoke emotional awareness among listeners. The song is proven relevant as a language learning medium because it integrates cultural, social, and character values that are contextually related to students’ lives. The novelty of this study lies in applying pragmatic theory to a regional Lampung song and linking it directly to high school learning contexts, expanding the scope of pragmatic studies from linguistic to educational and cultural domains while enriching pragmatic literacy based on local wisdom
LEARNING LEADERSHIP DAN EVALUATIVE THINKING SEBAGAI TRANSFORMASI PEMBELAJARAN BERKELANJUTAN PERSPEKTIF AL-QURAN
This research discusses learning leadership and evaluative thinking which are important concepts and enable educational leaders to direct learning innovations based on reflection, data, and spiritual values. In the perspective of the Qur'an, evaluation does not only mean assessing learning outcomes, but also includes muhasabah (self-introspection), hikmah (wisdom), and islah (continuous improvement). This study aims to analyze the relevance of learning leadership and evaluative thinking to the transformation of Qur'anic education which is oriented towards the formation of reflective, critical, and moral human beings. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research method that combines analysis of Qur'anic verses, classical and contemporary interpretations, and the results of scientific research in the field of Islamic education. The results of the study show that learning leadership is rooted in the Qur'anic values about the virtues of knowledge and faith (QS. Al-Mujadalah: 11), where the learning leader not only manages, but also becomes a facilitator and role model in the lifelong learning process. While evaluative thinking has a strong theological foundation in verses such as QS. Al-Hasyr: 18 on reflection on charity, QS. An-Nahl: 125 on wisdom, and QS. Thaha: 114 about the process of continuous learning
PELESTARIAN BUDAYA LAMPUNG DI ERA GLOBALISASI: ANTARA TRADISI DAN MODERNITAS
This research aims to describe and analyze the preservation strategies of Lampung Culture amidst the challenges of globalization and modernity. Lampung Culture, rooted in the life philosophy of Piil Pesenggiri (which embodies Juluk Adek (self-esteem and traditional title), Nemui Nyimah (hospitality), Nengah Nyappur (sociability and equality), and Sakai Sambayan (mutual cooperation)), is facing the threat of value erosion due to the domination of global popular culture. Globalization, defined as the intensification of worldwide social relations, brings about value homogenization that potentially displaces authentic local traditions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with research locations in Tulang Bawang, Central Lampung, and South Lampung Regencies, representing the Saibatin and Pepadun indigenous communities. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation (such as in the Begawi and Cangget Agung ceremonies), and documentation. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model (data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing). The results indicate that the preservation of Lampung culture is manifested through three main forms: (1) the preservation of philosophical customary values through the practice of Piil Pesenggiri, (2) the preservation of regional language and arts in schools and traditional ceremonies, and (3) digitalization and cultural promotion through the utilization of social media and creative content

ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM (DSS) UNTUK PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DI INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN
A Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system that supports decision-making by integrating data, information, and analytical models. The implementation of DSS is increasing in educational institutions due to the complexity of educational management, which demands precision, speed, and accuracy in decision-making. This study uses a literature review method by comprehensively analysing a number of scientific articles, books, research reports, and international publications from the last 10 years. The main focus of the study is to analyse the application of DSS in educational institutions, its benefits in supporting strategic decisions, implementation challenges, and its implications for educational governance. The results show that DSS can improve managerial efficiency, the quality of educational services, academic data management, budget planning, scheduling, and support data-based policies. However, technical challenges such as a lack of user competence, minimal digital infrastructure, and data integration are major obstacles to DSS implementation. This study concludes that the successful implementation of DSS requires technological readiness, human resource competency, policy support, and strong data governance

This study aims to describe students' perceptions of the role of reading in developing critical literacy skills in the context of higher education. The research background stems from the phenomenon of low in-depth reading practices in the digital era, which is characterized by a culture of short reading and instant information consumption. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, involving 33 first-semester students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were obtained through open-ended questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that students have a positive perception of the importance of reading as a means of developing analytical, evaluative, and reflective skills. However, students' reading practices are still superficial because they are more oriented towards completing academic assignments than developing in-depth understanding. The study also identified various obstacles to the implementation of critical reading, including internal factors such as low motivation, shallow reading habits, and limited reading skills, as well as external factors such as less dialogic learning designs, high workloads, and digital distractions
