IMPLEMENTASI KONSEP KEPEMIMPINAN ADIL DALAM LEMBAGA ISLAM: STUDI PUSTAKA ATAS PRINSIP ‘ADL DALAM KHAZANAH KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAM
Leadership is a crucial element in shaping the governance of Islamic educational institutions that are both high-quality and integrity-based. From an Islamic perspective, leadership is not only assessed through administrative competence but also through moral and spiritual dimensions rooted in Sharia principles. One of the main principles is justice (‘adl), which requires leaders to act objectively, transparently, and responsibly in decision- making and human resource management. This research is a literature study aimed at exploring and analyzing the concept of just leadership in classical and contemporary Islamic literature, as well as examining its application in the context of Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that leadership based on the value of ‘adl fosters an inclusive work climate, enhances participation, strengthens teacher loyalty, and contributes to the improvement of graduate quality. The integration of the values of trust (amanah), consultation (shura), and justice (‘adl) forms a model of Islamic leadership that is both transformational and spiritual. Therefore, this study recommends the internalization of the principle of justice into the vision, strategies, and policies of Islamic educational institutions as a fundamental pillar in addressing global challenges
IMPLEMENTASI PENGUATAN PROFIL MATA KULIAH KEWIRAUSAHAAN UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA MAHASISWA ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS JAMBI
Objective: This study aimed to determine the implementation of strengthening the profile of the entrepreneurship course in fostering entrepreneurial interest among Educational Administration students at Jambi University. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The participants included the coordinator of the entrepreneurship course, lecturers who taught the course, and students. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for the entrepreneurship course had been uniformly prepared by the university and regularly updated to remain relevant to the dynamics of the business world. Additionally, the learning methods applied in the Educational Administration Study Program were active and experience-based, particularly through project-based learning. Students’ responses indicated a positive tendency toward the entrepreneurship course, especially when the learning process was delivered in an engaging manner
KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM PERNIKAHAN ADAT JAWA DI DESA KARANG GADING: ANALISIS NILAI DAN SIMBOLISME
Objective: This study discusses the leadership values embodied in Javanese traditional weddings in Karang Gading Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with triangulation. Based on the results of interviews with local traditional leaders, it was found that the procession and symbols in Javanese traditional weddings not only have religious and social meanings, but also represent the values of public, organizational, and operational leadership. In the context of public leadership, this tradition teaches moral responsibility, justice, and compassion as the basis for social harmony. Organizational leadership values are reflected through symbols such as the twin mayang, umbrella, and keris which depict cooperation, protection, and decisiveness in decision-making. Meanwhile, operational leadership values are evident in the procession stages such as siraman, midodareni, and sungkeman which contain messages about discipline, respect, and ethical actions. Thus, Javanese traditional weddings in Karang Gading Village not only function as a cultural heritage, but also as a source of leadership learning relevant to modern social life
VISUAL SEMANTIC MAPPING BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL SEBAGAI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN SENI BUDAYA BAGI SISWA TUNARUNGU
Cultural learning for deaf students requires strategies that emphasize visual, contextual, and meaningful aspects, particularly by utilizing local wisdom of the area where students live, such as the local wisdom of Bojonegoro Regency. One relevant approach is Visual Semantic Mapping (VSM), a visual map-based learning strategy that systematically connects main concepts with subconcepts. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of local wisdom-based Visual Semantic Mapping as a cultural learning strategy for deaf students. The method used is a descriptive qualitative study with a literature study approach and learning observations. The results of the study indicate that the application of local wisdom-based VSM can improve the understanding of cultural concepts, enrich visual vocabulary, and encourage the active involvement of deaf students in learning. This strategy also helps students connect cultural materials with real experiences in their surroundings. Thus, local wisdom-based Visual Semantic Mapping can be used as an alternative inclusive and effective cultural learning strategy for deaf students
STRATEGI MANAJEMEN TENAGA PENDIDIK UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN DI SMKN 2 SAWAHLUNTO
The management of educator is a crucial determinant in the improvement of education quality. In the context of SMKN 2 Sawahlunto, the main challenge is related to the lack of educators and the development of essential competencies needed. This investigation seeks to examine the strategies used in managing the educator workforce with the aim of improving the quality of education. The main emphasis is on assessing the quantity and competence of educators, in addition to forecasting future educational personnel needs. This research uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing data collection techniques that include document analysis, interviews with administrative personnel and educators, as well as direct observation of educator management practices. Narrative analysis was conducted to explain the prevailing strategies. The findings indicate that careful planning, which includes a thorough assessment of educator requirements and professional development initiatives, is crucial. Educational institutions are encouraged to implement transparent selection processes and to facilitate continuous training opportunities. In addition, the establishment of a well-defined organizational structure and strict monitoring of educator performance play a crucial role in the successful implementation of effective strategies. A comprehensive approach to educator personnel management is expected to significantly improve the quality of education at SMKN 2 Sawahlunto
HAKEKAT BELAJAR DAN PERANAN EDUTAINMENT DALAM BINGKAI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
An educator can only carry out his duties well if he obtains clear and correct answers through understanding the basic elements and concepts of education as a whole, including the nature of learning as one of the most urgent elements in the world of education. The research method uses Library Research (Library Study). In Islam, the essence of learning is at least seen as first; learning is a theo-anthropocentric necessity. Second; learning is an activity that can be done anytime and anywhere and third; that learning can not only be done by oneself, but also with the help of others, both in the form of asking questions and so on, and fourth: that the learning process can be designed or engineered in various forms and methods carried out by oneself and others in achieve these learning objectives, so that the results achieved can be better. Even though the edutainment method is believed to be a learning method that developed in the western world, essentially Islam, through the Koran and Hadith, has laid the foundation for enjoyable learning as the jargon of this edutainment method. This certainly shows that in Islam, especially the Koran which is humanity's guide, it is not only understood normatively as a text that regulates Sharia laws
PRINSIP PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN SEKOLAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM
To realize quality education, one way is to optimize the school budget as a form of effective and efficient use of resources to support all aspects of school learning and development activities. The principle of school financial management is an important foundation in managing the flow of school finances to maintain the optimization of the use of funds so that they are right on target and achieve educational goals. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the principles of school financial management in the Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, the results of the study show that there are several principles of financial management in the general view and in the Islamic perspective. In the general view there are six principles of financial management; 1. Justice, 2. Efficiency, 3. Effectiveness, 4. Transparency, 5. Accountability, and 6. Participation While in the Islamic view there are six 1. The principle of belief in the rules of Allah SWT, 2. The principle of Adl, 3. Amanah, 4. Sidiq, 5. Fatonah, and 6. Tabliq. These two Padangans have differences and similarities whose only difference lies in the Islamic orientation which is not only worldly, but also ukhrawi, thus making financial management a form of worship and trust in Allah SWT
PENGEMBANGAN KEPEMIMPINAN INKLUSIF DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA 5.0: MENINGKATKAN KOLABORASI DIGITAL ANTARA SEKOLAH, PESANTREN, DAN MASYARAKAT
This study aims to examine the development of inclusive leadership in Islamic educational institutions in the 5.0 Era, with a focus on efforts to increase digital collaboration between schools, Islamic boarding schools, and the community. The background of this study is the urgent need to respond to the challenges of the era marked by digital transformation and increasing demands for public participation in the world of education. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach through library research, by analyzing literature related to inclusive leadership, Islamic education, and the development of digital technology in the context of education. The results of the study indicate that inclusive leadership supported by the use of digital technology can strengthen synergy between Islamic educational institutions and increase the active role of the community in decision-making and implementation of educational programs. This type of leadership also encourages openness of information, cross-sectoral participation, and improving the quality of educational services based on Islamic values. The novelty of this study lies in the combination of the concept of inclusive leadership with a digital-based collaborative approach in Islamic educational institutions, which has not previously been widely discussed in an integrative manner in Islamic educational leadership studies
DINAMIKA PERUBAHAN KEBIJAKAN DALAM PERUBAHAN APBDES NO. 5 TAHUN 2024 (STUDI DIDESA COWEK KECAMATAN PURWODADI KABUPATEN PASURUAN)
This study analyzes the dynamics of the formulation of changes to the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) Number 5 of 2024 in Cowek Village, Purwodadi, Pasuruan. The background is the importance of quality village governance, especially with the existence of village funds from Law Number 6 of 2014. APBDes must be managed in a transparent, accountable, and participatory manner, as well as in an orderly manner. Changes to the APBDes are influenced by responses to local needs, government policies, regulations, and economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to understand the process and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for changes to the APBDes. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes the influencing factors, implementation challenges, development impacts, the process of preparation and ratification, and transparency and accountability. Data were obtained through interviews and direct observations with village officials and the BPD, supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that changes to the 2024 APBDes are driven by adjustments to fund allocations according to community needs and new policies, as well as responses to evaluations. The process is transparent and participatory through village deliberations. The 2024 allocation priorities focus on physical development (piping, roads, paving, bridges), waste management, and livestock food security
PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 LEMPUING KECAMATAN LEMPUING KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
This research is to determine the influence of work culture and work motivation on teacher performance. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. The results of this research are: 1) There is a significant influence between work culture and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The t value = 3.239 is greater than the t table value of 1.671, this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially the work culture variable has a significant influence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, OKI Regency; 2) There is a significant influence between work motivation (X2) and teacher performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, OKI Regency. The results of the t test calculation show that; The t value = 3.290 is greater than the t table value of 1.671 with a significance level = 0.002 < (α) 0.05, the t table value is 1.671), this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that partially the work motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence significant to the performance of teachers (Y) of SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency
