EVALUASI EFEKTIVITAS KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS GURU: LITERATUR REVIEW
The quality of education is a primary factor in creating a nation's competitiveness, with teachers playing a vital role in the learning process. However, efforts to improve teacher quality in Indonesia face complex challenges, including issues of welfare, pedagogical competence, and suboptimal systemic support. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented educational policies in improving teacher quality based on a literature review. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach through thematic analysis of various relevant literature studies. The results indicate that policies such as teacher certification and continuous training have a positive impact on teachers' economic welfare but are not always followed by a significant improvement in pedagogical performance. Furthermore, the Merdeka Curriculum policy provides flexibility in teaching but faces implementation challenges, especially related to teacher readiness and inadequate supporting infrastructure. The conclusion of this study is that although educational policies have the potential to improve teacher quality, their effectiveness depends on comprehensive implementation and continuous support, as well as the need for further research to explore factors influencing the success of these policies
PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN PIDANA ATAS PENYALAHGUNAAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DALAM PRODUKSI KONTEN HOAKS DAN DEEPFAKE DI MEDIA SOSIAL
The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology offers significant opportunities in digital content production, but its improper use for hoaxes and deepfakes on social media platforms leads to adverse effects, such as damaging reputations, spreading false news, and jeopardizing information security. This paper examines criminal liability for AI misuse by considering legal aspects, difficulties in verification, and the effectiveness of regulations in Indonesia, while emphasizing the need for adaptive rules to prevent manipulated content.The main discussion includes the concept of AI as a system capable of independent learning, hoaxes as inaccurate data disseminated, and deepfakes as techniques for altering media to resemble the original. The deepfake case involving President Prabowo illustrates the real dangers. The classification of criminal acts encompasses practices of fraud and defamation. The application of relevant articles in the Indonesian Criminal Code is evaluated, although challenges in proof include technical and legal obstacles. Criminal accountability involves penalties for individuals and corporations. Gaps in legislation urge regulatory changes to align with AI advancements
KONTRIBUSI INFRASTRUKTUR DIGITAL, KOMPETENSI GURU, DAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH (PJJ) DAN PRESTASI SISWA: PENDEKATAN PLS-SEM DI PURWAKARTA
This study analyzes the influence of digital technology on distance learning in Purwakarta Regency using the PLS-SEM approach. The COVID-19 pandemic has driven the adoption of distance learning with challenges such as gaps in internet access, device infrastructure, teachers' digital literacy, and learning media integration, which affect the quality of distance learning and student learning outcomes. The research objectives include identifying influential digital technology factors, analyzing relationships between variables, determining the main components using the PLS-SEM approach, and contributing to the effectiveness of distance learning. The method uses a Likert questionnaire with 15 indicators per variable (technology infrastructure, teachers' digital literacy, digital media use, distance learning quality, learning outcomes), analyzed using SEM for hypothesis testing. The findings show that the main components of variables X1-X3 significantly predict variations in Y1 and Y2, with the mediation of distance learning quality on student achievement. The research implications recommend policy interventions for infrastructure improvements, literacy training, and media design to make distance learning more inclusive and effective post-pandemic
IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA DI LINGKUNGAN UNIVERSITAS PGRI WIRANEGARA
This study aims to determine the implementation of blended learning and its impact on student learning independence at PGRI Wiranegara University. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. Data were obtained through questionnaires administered to students from several study programs and then analyzed descriptively using percentages. The results indicate that the implementation of blended learning provided a positive learning experience. Most students felt more active in seeking out material, less reliant on lecturers' explanations, and more responsible in completing assignments. The flexibility of time and easy access to materials through the LMS, modules, and learning videos helped students manage their study time more independently. However, challenges remained, including limited internet connection and lack of motivation during online learning. It can be concluded that blended learning is quite effective in fostering student learning independence, but it needs to be supported by adequate infrastructure and a more engaging digital learning design for optimal results
STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN GURU MELALUI KOMPENSASI DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Teacher welfare is one of the key factors in improving the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. However, there are still many teachers who face welfare challenges due to the suboptimal compensation system, both financially and non-financially. This study aims to analyze strategies to improve teachers' welfare through the provision of fair compensation and in accordance with Islamic principles. The research method used is a literature study by examining various literature, journal articles, and the results of previous research related to teacher compensation and welfare in Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study show that effective compensation is not only in the form of salaries and benefits, but also includes non-financial rewards such as training, career development, a conducive work environment, and recognition of teachers' dedication. The integration of Islamic values in the compensation system, such as the principles of fairness, transparency, and proportionality, has been proven to increase teacher motivation, loyalty, and professionalism. In addition, the main challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions in the implementation of compensation are budget limitations and the performance appraisal system is not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate sustainable compensation strategies, such as the use of alternative sources of funds, periodic evaluations, and the involvement of teachers in the formulation of compensation policies
DIGITALISASI TATA KELOLA PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN: PELUANG DAN TANTANGAN IMPLEMENTASI E-RKAS
This study aims to analyse the opportunities and challenges of implementing e-RKAS (electronic-based School Activity and Budget Plan) as part of efforts to digitize education financing governance in Indonesia. The main focus of this study is how e-RKAS contributes to improving transparency, efficiency and accountability in the management of BOS Funds at the education unit level. Methods: The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) with a qualitative approach. Data sources were collected from relevant national and international literature, published between 2015 and 2025, using keywords such as “e-RKAS”, “education financing” and “BOS governance”. Analysis was conducted using thematic coding techniques to identify key issues that emerged from previous studies. Results: The results show that e-RKAS provides a strategic opportunity to accelerate the disbursement process, strengthen the integration of digital financial reporting, and encourage the implementation of school-based management. However, significant challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy of school managers, and lack of training and technical assistance are still obstacles in the implementation of this system. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the systematic mapping of the actual conditions of e-RKAS implementation nationwide, as well as the formulation of evidence-based strategic recommendations to strengthen the success of digitizing education financing in the future
PENGARUH MOTIVASI GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK TERHADAP PERILAKU RELIGIUS SISWA KELAS VII DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH MUHAMMADIYAH WARU BAKI SUKOHARJO
This study aims to examine the influence of Islamic creed and ethics teachers’ motivation on the religious behavior of seventh-grade students at MTs Muhammadiyah Waru Baki Sukoharjo. Teachers play a key role as motivators in shaping students' religious character, yet few quantitative studies have specifically assessed the relationship between teacher motivation and students’ religious conduct at the junior Islamic secondary level. This research employed a correlational quantitative approach with a sample of 63 seventh-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires for the teacher motivation variable and documentation of students’ spiritual and social behavior scores for the religious behavior variable. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results indicate that teacher motivation is generally in the moderate category (67%), as is students' religious behavior (62%). The correlation coefficient was found to be 0.775 with a significance level of 0.000, suggesting a strong and significant relationship between teacher motivation and students’ religious behavior. The coefficient of determination was 60.06%, indicating that teacher motivation significantly contributes to students' religious character formation. The implication of this research highlights the essential role of teachers as motivators, role models, and spiritual guides in Islamic character education within the madrasah environment
HUBUNGAN PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DENGAN RELIGIUSITAS SISWA SEKOLAH MEMENGAH PERTAMA MUHAMMADIYAH WATUKELIR SUKOHARJO
Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in shaping students' religious character from an early age. However, declining student religiosity remains a concern across various educational levels, including junior high schools. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers and the religiosity of seventh-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah Watukelir, Sukoharjo. This research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive correlational method. The sample consisted of 50 students, representing the entire seventh-grade population. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that the role of Islamic education teachers was categorized as good (66%), and students’ religiosity was also rated as good (68%). However, the correlation analysis revealed no significant relationship between the teacher's role and student religiosity (r = -0.139; sig. = 0.336). These findings imply the need for stronger collaboration between teachers, parents, and the broader social environment to holistically nurture students’ religiosity. Islamic education teachers are also encouraged to develop more contextual and affective teaching approaches that can deeply engage students' spiritual dimensions
STRATEGI EFEKTIF FUNDRAISING PADA LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM SWASTA
In developing an educational institution, cost factors and adequate educational staff must help each other to make the educational institution one of the best institutions for students. MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah is one of the private Islamic educational institutions in Semarang that implements fundraising by paying attention to the surrounding community. This research aims to explain in more detail the selection of effective strategies to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions, especially for private educational institutions, which until now have had to be smart in managing finances. The research method used is using a qualitative research type and approach, namely the researcher observes phenomena that occur directly in the field with various research subjects and is expressed in descriptive form based on natural methods. The results of the research show that MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah uses various methods to raise funds. This fundraising is carried out starting from the involvement of students' parents or guardians, namely payment of tuition fees, registration payments, there is also fundraising from outside the madrasah. Not only that, Miftahul Akhlaqiyah also collaborates with UIN Walisongo in order to develop a library. Meanwhile, distribution comes from the foundation, then distribution of funds to expenditure of funds
MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN DAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDIDIKAN
This article aims to comprehensively analyze and elaborate on the crucial role of marketing management and educational information systems (IS) in improving the quality and operational efficiency of educational institutions in the digital era. The primary objective is to present a conceptual framework that integrates these two disciplines to achieve more effective and sustainable educational goals. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through library research. Data were collected from various academic literature sources discussing marketing management, information systems, and educational management. Data analysis techniques were conducted descriptively by synthesizing and interpreting information to build arguments and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the synergy between educational marketing management and IS is fundamental. Strategic marketing management requires accurate data from IS to identify market needs, develop relevant programs, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Conversely, IS provides the technological infrastructure to manage student, staff, curriculum, and financial data, all of which support marketing decisions. This integration enables educational institutions to respond to market dynamics, increase accountability, and achieve competitive advantage through optimal use of data and technology
