PENINGKATAN KEPUASAN STAKEHOLDER MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PEMBAYARAN VIRTUAL ACCOUNT PADA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH KEBONSARI MALANG
This study investigates the mechanisms for improving stakeholder satisfaction through the implementation of a Virtual Account (VA) payment system in the unique context of the Islamic Elementary School (MI) in Kebonsari, Malang. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through triangulation techniques, including in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, with a total of eight key informants. The results revealed several findings, including: 1) Transformation of Service Ease and Access: The VA significantly improved perceived ease of use and flexibility for parents, eliminating non-monetary costs such as time and effort in transportation. 2) Internal Efficiency and Staff Focus Reallocation: Automated reconciliation by the VA drastically reduced the risk of human error and eliminated time spent on routine administrative tasks. This triggered a Staff Focus Reallocation Mechanism toward managerial tasks and core educational functions. 3) Mediating transparency with religious trust and legitimacy: In the madrasah context, real-time VA transparency serves as a signal of integrity in the management of sensitive funds, including alms and zakat. These findings indicate that VA mediates the relationship between transparency and the institution's religious legitimacy, which is a source of ultimate satisfaction for management
PENGUATAN LITERASI DIGITAL GURU MELALUI PENERAPAN EDUNAV: STUDI KASUS SEKOLAH KHARISMA BANGSA
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Edunav in improving teachers' digital literacy and its impact on learning transformation at Sekolah Kharisma Bangsa. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis techniques, this study explores the Edunav adoption process starting from socialization, training, use of core features, to its integration in management and learning practices. The findings of the study show that Edunav is able to strengthen the four dimensions of teachers' digital literacy technical, pedagogical, informational, and ethical which further encourages improvement in the quality of learning planning, evaluation, and data-based decision-making through learning analytics. The implementation of Edunav is also influenced by various supporting factors, such as infrastructure readiness, management support, collaborative culture, and ongoing training programs. However, a number of challenges remain, such as digital literacy gaps between teachers, technical barriers, and resistance to pedagogical changes. Theoretical analysis based on multidimensional digital literacy and the TPACK framework show that the effectiveness of Edunav is highly dependent on teachers' ability to integrate technology with pedagogical strategies and learning content. This research emphasizes the importance of targeted professional development, consistent digital policies, and enhancement of LMS features to support the digital transformation of education in a sustainable manner
DIGITAL BRANDING PT AGRODANA FUTURES DALAM MEMBANGUN CITRA SEBAGAI PENYEDIA LAYANAN PERDAGANGAN BERJANGKA TERPERCAYA: STUDI PADA KONTEN MEDIA SOSIAL
The futures trading industry in Indonesia faces challenges related to public trust due to high investment risks and illegal brokerage practices. This condition encourages futures brokerage companies to build a credible and trustworthy image, one of which is through a digital branding strategy. This study aims to analyze how PT Agrodana Futures constructs digital branding as a trusted futures trading service provider through social media content. This study uses a qualitative approach with active participation observation, where the researcher is directly involved in the company's digital marketing activities during a certain period. The analysis focuses on the messages, communication style, brand identity consistency, and trust narratives built in the company’s digital content. The results show that PT Agrodana Futures builds its digital branding through the presentation of educational content, data-based market analysis, affirmation of the company's legality, consistency in visual identity and communication across various digital platforms. The narrative of trust is not created through exaggerated promotional claims, but rather through information transparency, the presence of professional analysts, and the highlighting of the company's achievements and awards. The digital branding implemented functions not only as a marketing strategy but also as a means of building public trust in the futures trading industry
INOVASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN I‘RĀB TERINTEGRASI QIRĀ’AH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA APLIKATIF NAHWU SISWA MTs AL-KHOIR BIN BAZ 5
This study aims to describe the effectiveness of an innovative Nahwu learning model—the integrated I‘rāb-Qirā’ah model—developed during the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activity. The specific objective is to address the significant gap between theoretical mastery of Nahwu rules and their practical application in reading authentic Arabic texts at MTs Al-Khoir Islamic School Bin Baz 5. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, utilizing a comparative analysis of Lesson Plans (RPP 1-8) and reflective reports. Data diagnosis focused on three dominant error patterns identified during the evaluation of RPP 4 and RPP 5, followed by an analysis of the procedural impact of the intervention (RPP 7-8). The implementation of the integrated model, which uses Qirā’ah texts (such as Ad-Dars ar-Rābi‘) as the primary analytical tool, significantly reduced applicative errors. This reduction was evident in the accuracy of determining the correct marfū‘/manṣūb and i‘rāb mudĸāf ilaih in contextual sentences. This innovation demonstrates a highly responsive educational management strategy, utilizing PPL activities to quickly adapt instructional methods, which has implications for improving student learning outcomes and fostering a more collaborative and responsible classroom atmosphere
IMPLEMENTASI PENGUATAN HUBUNGAN NASABAH DAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO DI PT AGRODANA FUTURES
Futures trading is a financial instrument that offers high profit potential but also carries significant risks, such as price fluctuations, leverage, and market volatility. This study aims to analyze how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and risk management are applied in futures marketing activities. The focus of the research is on the role of an Account Executive in building relationships with clients and guiding them to understand trading risks. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with Account Executives at PT Agrodana Futures as the research subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature review as supporting data. The findings indicate that Account Executives play an active role in delivering market information, assisting clients in using stop loss features as a risk management tool, and ensuring that clients understand transaction risks. The impact of the study shows that the integration of CRM and risk management enhances client satisfaction and loyalty. The innovation of this research lies in providing a comprehensive understanding of how Account Executives simultaneously implement client relationship strategies and risk management practices, enabling more responsible futures trading
INTEGRASI MEDIA VISUAL DAN DIGITAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Objective: The integration of visual and digital media in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning at the elementary school level is an important effort to improve the quality of the learning process and student engagement. This study aims to describe the practice of integrating visual and digital media in IRE learning and to identify the challenges encountered in its implementation at SD 10 Tarung-Tarung Utara. This research employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through classroom observations, interviews with IRE teachers and school administrators, and documentation analysis of instructional planning materials. The findings indicate that the use of visual and digital media in IRE learning has not been optimally integrated. Teachers still tend to rely on conventional teaching methods with limited use of instructional media. Digital media are used incidentally and are not systematically planned within lesson designs. The main challenges include limited supporting facilities, insufficient teacher competence in managing digital media, and the absence of school policies that encourage sustainable media integration. These findings highlight the need for strengthening teacher competencies and institutional support to ensure more effective integration of visual and digital media in elementary-level IRE learning
MENDORONG LITERASI DIGITAL GURU MELALUI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN: TINJAUAN LITERATUR
The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, particularly in how teachers structure, implement, and assess the learning process. This condition requires teachers to have digital literacy skills that not only focus on technical skills, but also include critical thinking, ethical awareness, and creativity in information management. This article aims to analyze the role of educational management in improving teachers' digital literacy through a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis was conducted using content analysis of various relevant academic sources for the period 2021–2025. The results of the study indicate that educational management plays a strategic role in three main dimensions: (1) the formulation of adaptive digital policies and curricula, (2) the provision and optimal utilization of technological infrastructure, and (3) the implementation of teacher training and professional development. These three aspects complement each other and emphasize that improving digital literacy is not only the responsibility of individual teachers, but also the result of a synergy of policies, support facilities, and structured managerial programs. Of this research lies in the integration of the three dimensions of educational management into a holistic conceptual framework, which has not been widely explored in studies of teacher digital literacy
IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS ERA DIGITAL TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH PANGKALPINANG
The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) Implementation of Digital Era-Based Learning on Character Education in SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of Digital Era-Based Learning on Character Education in SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study include: Teachers, as online learning teachers and students as online learning targets. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are as follows: 1) The implementation of Digital Era-Based Learning on Character Education in SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang through 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Planning includes: online learning methods, and the suitability of online learning materials. Implementation includes: online learning process, online learning time and schedule, online student participation, and online learning media. Evaluation includes: Online Learning Assessment, and Online Learning Constraints. 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of Digital Era-Based Learning on Character Education at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang
PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR BAHASA INDONESIA BERBASIS CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS ILMIAH MAHASISWA FARMASI
This study aims to develop an Indonesian language textbook using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to improve the scientific writing skills of pharmacy students. The research adopted the Four-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Needs analysis was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and document studies to identify students’ initial conditions, obstacles, and expectations regarding academic writing. Findings revealed that while students understood the basic structure of scientific writing, they struggled to organize ideas, apply proper citation, and transform laboratory reports into systematic articles. The design stage produced a prototype consisting of 17 chapters, of which 14 were validated as relevant and 3 were excluded. The prototype was subsequently validated by experts in materials, media, and language. Novelty: This research provides novelty by integrating CTL principles into a Bahasa Indonesia textbook specifically tailored to pharmacy students, ensuring meaningful, practical, and contextual learning outcomes
HARAPAN SATUAN PENGAMANAN (SATPAM) TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN ANAKNYA
Education is regarded as a crucial factor in improving quality of life and social mobility, thus becoming a top priority for parents, including those working as Security Guards (Satpam). This study aims to identify and analyze the level of expectations that security guards at PT Musim Mas, Pangkalan Lesung District, hold regarding their children’s education, with an emphasis on four indicators: goals, motivation, optimism, and resilience in facing challenges. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a population of 166 security guards and a sample of 118 respondents selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, while the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to measure the mean score tendencies of each indicator. The results showed that the expectations of the security guards were in the high category, with an overall mean score of 4.27. Among the indicators, motivation ranked the highest (4.68), while goals were the lowest (4.08). These findings indicate that despite economic constraints, security guards continue to prioritize their children’s education as an investment in the family’s future. This study underscores that parents’ motivation and optimism play a significant role in realizing better educational opportunities for their children
