MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM PROGRAM TAHFIDZ DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL WAFA PUTRI PALANGKA RAYA
Curriculum management plays a crucial role in supporting the success of the tahfidz program in Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to describe the curriculum management of the tahfidz program at the Al Wafa Putri Islamic Boarding School in Palangka Raya, focusing on three main aspects: planning, organization, and implementation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study, while data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validation was ensured by source and technique triangulation. The research results show that curriculum planning is carried out through deliberation between the Islamic boarding school leadership and the tahfidz teachers, encompassing goal setting, content determination, learning methods, learning resources, and evaluation. Organization begins with a Qur'an reading ability test, followed by the formation of halaqah (teaching circles) and the placement of teachers according to their expertise. Program implementation is carried out in a scheduled and intensive manner using the sabaq, talaqqi, sabqi, and muraja'ah methods. These findings indicate that the success of the Al Wafa Putri tahfidz program is largely determined by the accuracy of curriculum management, from adaptive planning and effective organization to consistent implementation. The success of the tahfidz program is measured not only by the quantity of memorization, but also by the accuracy of recitation, mastery of tajwid, and the strength of memorization (mutqin)
PENGARUH PARTISIPASI STAKEHOLDER TERHADAP KUALITAS KEPUTUSAN KEBIJAKAN SEKOLAH
In many communities, the public plays a role in providing input on school environmental safety, local culture that must be respected, and financial or non-financial support through collaboration between the community and schools. This study reviews the latest literature (2015–2025) on the influence of stakeholder participation on the quality of school policy decisions, with a particular focus on the involvement of teachers, students, and the community. Through a systematic literature review, this article synthesises empirical findings and conceptual studies on participation mechanisms, supporting/inhibiting factors, and impacts on decision quality (sustainability, relevance, legitimacy, and implementability). The results show that meaningful participation—not just a formality—increases the legitimacy and relevance of policies and the probability of successful implementation. However, the effectiveness of participation depends on the capacity of actors, school governance structures, access to information, and a collaborative culture. This article concludes with recommendations for practice and directions for further research
PERAN INKRIMENTAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN EFEKTIF DI SMK NEGERI 1 PARIAMAN
This study explores the principal's incremental contribution to effective decision-making at SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. Principal leadership in vocational education institutions faces complex challenges: how to meet educational demands while addressing the ever-changing needs of business and industry. The incremental strategy introduced by Lindblom emphasizes a decision-making process that takes place through small, gradual steps, which differs from the rational-comprehensive approach that requires in-depth analysis. This study adopted a qualitative method through content analysis of various school policy documents such as the RKS (Regional Work Plan), RKAS (Regional Work Plan), meeting minutes, and official decisions from the principal. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the incremental approach by the principal has proven effective in minimizing the risk of uncertainty, increasing the school's flexibility and adaptability, facilitating organizational learning, and strengthening accountability and leadership legitimacy. This approach provides schools with the opportunity to quickly adapt policies without the need for significant and high-risk changes, creating a strong and innovative school climate in the face of both internal and external change
PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN OLAHRAGA RENANG BAGI SISWA DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL RINGAN (STUDI DESKRIPTIF DI SLB AISYIYAH SIJUNJUNG)
This study aims to describe the implementation of adaptive swimming instruction for students with mild intellectual disabilities at SLB Aisyiyah Sijunjung, focusing on the planning, implementation, and evaluation conducted by teachers, as well as the school’s support in meeting students’ learning needs. The study is motivated by the importance of adaptive physical education for students with special needs and the limited empirical research on swimming instruction in regional special schools. A qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations at the swimming pool, and document analysis of training programs, evaluation notes, and supporting archives. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model—data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—with credibility ensured through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings show that teachers design instructional plans gradually based on students’ individual needs and apply adaptive strategies such as demonstrations, repetition, task analysis, prompting, and positive reinforcement. The teaching process is structured from opening to closing activities, with adjustments aligned to students’ motor and cognitive abilities. Evaluation is carried out continuously through baseline assessment, ongoing assessment, and outcome evaluation based on individual progress rather than competitive standards
PLURALISME DAN TOLERANSI DALAM ISLAMIC WORLDVIEW: STUDI KEPUSTAKAAN HISTORIS-BUDAYA TENTANG PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI PONDOK PESANTREN
Pluralism and tolerance in Islamic education are often debated because they can be read as an affirmation of diversity and as a shared ethic that rejects violence. This article aims to explain how pluralism and tolerance are constructed within the pesantren Islamic worldview through historical–cultural trajectories, and to derive pedagogical implications. The study employs a historical–cultural library research design and thematic content analysis of relevant literature published in including journal articles, proceedings, and policy documents. The synthesis indicates that pesantren frame plurality as a social fact (sunnatullah) to be managed through maslahah-oriented reasoning, adab al-ikhtilaf, and ethical communication; tolerance is treated as an active moral competence cultivated through kitab learning, habituation of adab, kiai role modelling, deliberation (musyawarah), and social service (khidmah). Evidence from Javanese cultural da‘wah further shows that internalising tawhid can coexist with respect for local symbols, producing adaptive religiosity without theological relativism. The article’s novelty lies in mapping the pluralism–tolerance–moderation nexus across three layers of pesantren culture: the formal curriculum, dormitory-based hidden curriculum, and socio-historical tradition
TINDAK TUTUR DIREKTIF DALAM PIDATO PRESIDEN PRABOWO: SENTILAN TERHADAP PEJABAT YANG HANYA FOTO-FOTO SAAT MENGUNJUNGI LOKASI BENCANA BANJIR DI SUMATERA
Speeches are a more formal and focused means of communication, allowing the audience to listen more intently to what the speaker is saying. Speech acts are an important aspect of language study. This study aims to describe and analyze the forms of directive speech acts used by President Prabowo in his speeches. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a listening and note-taking technique on the research data in the form of utterances obtained from videos of President Prabowo's speeches uploaded to the YouTube platform. The results of the study indicate that the dominant directive speech acts that appear are questions, orders, and prohibitions on the use of these speeches aimed at state officials to take concrete action in disaster management. These directive speech acts function as a tool of social control, strengthening leadership ethics, and a means of affirming the president's stance on symbolic practices that do not directly impact disaster victims
PERANAN KREATIVITAS DALAM BELAJAR
At present, students are not only required to master basic knowledge but also to develop creative thinking skills to face complex global challenges. Creativity in learning is defined as the ability to generate original, useful, and contextually relevant ideas. This study aims to describe the concept of creativity in learning, analyze its role in enhancing motivation and learning outcomes, identify the factors influencing creativity development, and formulate strategies that can be applied by teachers, schools, and external environments. The research method used is a library research approach with content analysis, focusing on primary and secondary literature related to creativity, learning, and development strategies. The findings indicate that creativity plays a significant role in fostering intrinsic motivation, deepening conceptual understanding, and improving academic achievement. Internal factors (cognitive ability, personality, motivation), external factors (classroom climate, teacher-student interaction), and contextual factors (culture, technology) influence students’ creativity development. In conclusion, fostering creativity is essential to improving the quality of education, requiring collaboration among schools, teachers, families, and communities to create an innovative and adaptive learning ecosystem

TEKNIK DAN ALAT BANTU DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN OLEH KEPALA SEKOLAH: TINJAUAN LITERATUR DALAM KONTEKS MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN
This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing quantitative and qualitative techniques in the decision-making process of school principals within the context of educational management. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, structured based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol to ensure transparency and accuracy in the selection and analysis of literature. A total of 45 national and international scientific articles published between 2015 and 2024 were thematically reviewed based on the type of technique used, the context of implementation (such as program planning, budget allocation, performance evaluation, and curriculum development), and the effectiveness indicators reported in each study. The analysis reveals that the integration of quantitative techniques such as the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and descriptive statistics, with qualitative techniques like Delphi and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), can lead to more targeted, adaptive, inclusive, and responsive decisions to school needs. This integration also encourages stakeholder participation and enhances policy transparency. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive mapping of integrative decision-making techniques in schools, which is still rarely discussed systematically in Indonesian literature
