KURANGNYA MINAT PENGGUNAAN BAHASA LAMPUNG PADA ZAMAN SEKARANG DI KALANGAN ANAK MUDA.
This study examines the phenomenon of declining interest in using the Lampung language among the younger generation in the modern era. The aim of this study is to uncover the reasons why young people rarely use Lampung in their daily lives, identify the contributing factors, and understand the long-term impact if this regional language is no longer used by the next generation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive and observation of the language behavior of the Lampung community. The results indicate that the dominance of Indonesian and foreign languages in education, media, and social environments, along with the minimal use of Lampung in families and schools, are the main causes of this decline. This condition has the potential to lead to the extinction of the Lampung language, which will impact the loss of cultural heritage and ethnic identity of the Lampung people. Therefore, concrete steps are needed from various parties, such as language revitalization in education, the use of digital media, and increasing awareness of regional language preservation, so that Lampung can continue to be preserved and used by the younger generation
IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ELECTRICAL POWER BASICS E-MODULE TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS
This study aims to describe the extent to which student learning outcomes improved after the implementation of the Basic Electrical Engineering e-module in vocational learning. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest model, involving 32 tenth-grade students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering expertise program at SMKN 4 Palembang. Data were collected using multiple-choice pretests and posttests that assessed students' conceptual understanding of Basic Electrical Engineering. The e-module was designed with multimedia elements like text, audio, and worksheets to support flexible, independent learning. The results showed a significant improvement in student learning performance, with the average pretest score increasing from 68.9 to 81.1 and an N-Gain value of 0.392, which is included in the moderate category. These findings indicate that the e-module effectively improves student understanding and engagement, while confirming its pedagogical potential in vocational education. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on e-modules for technical-vocational subjects, which can foster conceptual mastery in specific technical materials. This research contributes to the development of literature on technology-based learning and confirms the potential of e-modules as a vocational education innovation
PENGARUH KONTEN KREATIF MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP PELESTARIAN BAHASA LAMPUNG
This study aims to describe the forms of creative content on social media utilized in the preservation of Lampung language, analyze the influence of social media creative content on increasing young generation's interest in using Lampung language, and formulate effective creative content strategies for Lampung language preservation through social media. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through observation of Lampung language content on Instagram and TikTok platforms, as well as documentation in the form of content screenshots, engagement statistics data, and supporting literature. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that creative content on social media takes the form of interactive educational content and cultural content packaged in short videos with attractive visual techniques. Such content has a significant influence on increasing awareness and cultural pride of the young generation toward Lampung language, as evidenced by positive responses in the comment sections. Effective strategies that can be implemented include integration of trends and locality, collaboration across creators and institutions, as well as consistency in content quality and theme
LINGKUNGAN EKSTERNAL PENDIDIKAN (GLOBAL, NASIONAL, DAN LOKAL)
This study aims to examine the external environment of education from global, national, and local perspectives. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review by analyzing books, journal articles, and previous studies related to the external environment of education. The focus of the study is the external educational environment viewed from the dimensions of globalization, national context, and local culture. The findings indicate that the external environment of education comprising global, national, and local aspects simultaneously influences the direction and quality of educational implementation. At the global level, the flow of globalization, technological advancement, and international competency competition require educational systems to adapt and innovate. At the national level, education is shaped by government policies, national cultural values, and developmental needs aimed at improving the quality of human resources. Meanwhile, at the local level, community characteristics, regional culture, and local wisdom serve as important factors in creating relevant and contextual learning. The results show that synergy among these three external environments is essential to develop an adaptive, character-driven educational system capable of responding to contemporary challenges
MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN BUDAYA LITERASI DI MAN 3 NGAWI
The background of this study is the low literacy culture among students at MAN 3 Ngawi, which acts as a barrier in the development of learning. This study aims to analyze how library management can effectively improve students' literacy culture. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that library management includes structured planning, clear organization with task distribution among librarians, teachers, and the vice principal of curriculum, as well as the implementation of innovative literacy programs such as the integration of the library into learning activities and the provision of incentives to students. Routine supervision is also conducted for the evaluation and improvement of library performance. A significant increase in student visits to the library indicates the success of the library management at MAN 3 Ngawi. In conclusion, a well-managed library can become an effective literacy center to enhance students' reading interest and literacy culture.
DEVELOPING AN INTEGRATIVE LEADERSHIP CAPACITY MODEL IN EDUCATION: A SYSTEMATIC SYNTHESIS OF EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE AND STRATEGIC IMPLICATIONS FOR INDONESIA
Objective: This study aims to bridge this gap by systematically synthesizing empirical findings from a diverse set of studies to construct a comprehensive and integrative model for building educational leadership capacity. Methods: Employing a systematic literature synthesis approach, this research critically analyzed 10 empirical studies (3 from Indonesian national journals, 7 from international publications) using a comparative thematic analysis framework to identify core constructs, effective practices, and contextual variables. Results: The synthesis culminated in the development of an integrative model composed of four interconnected pillars: (1) Foundational Values and Ethical Character, (2) Collaborative and Relational Competencies, (3) Enabling Organizational Systems and Structures, and (4) Continuous, Job-Embedded Learning Processes. The model positions leadership as a dynamic, developmental capacity that is cultivated at the intersection of individual growth and systemic support. Implications: The proposed model provides an actionable framework for policymakers, educational leaders, and teacher training institutions in Indonesia to design targeted leadership development initiatives, revise existing policies, and foster a sustainable culture of collective leadership
KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN SMK YANG BERDAYA SAING
This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of transformational leadership by the principal in developing a competitive and innovative school at SMK Negeri 5 Solok Selatan. The study uses a case study method by conducting literature studies and interviews with leaders, teachers, administrative staff, students, and the school committee. An in-depth analysis was conducted on the implementation of transformational leadership applied by the principal, the strategies used, and the identification of supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the impact of the application of transformational leadership. The implementation of transformational leadership was viewed from four main dimensions, namely Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Inspirational Motivation, and Considerate Behavior. The results of the study show that the transformational leadership applied by the principal at SMKN 5 Solok Selatan was able to increase the school's competitiveness as assessed by three indicators, namely school achievement, teacher qualifications, and student achievement in academic and non-academic fields. This study fills a gap in the literature by presenting holistic empirical evidence (through in-depth case studies) that transformational leadership is the main causal factor capable of mobilizing internal resources (teachers and students) to achieve all three competitiveness indicators simultaneously, particularly in the vocational school environment in South Solok
PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN HADITS SISWA KELAS X SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 2 KARANGANYAR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026
Purpose: This study examines the influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in the Qur'an Hadith subject among 10th-grade students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar in the 2025/2026 academic year. Method: A quantitative correlational approach was employed. The sample comprised 35 tenth-grade students. The main instruments were a learning motivation questionnaire and academic records for the Qur'an Hadith subject. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests. Results: Overall student motivation level was moderate to high, with 80.0% of students falling in the medium-to-high motivation category. Learning outcomes were fairly good as well, with 68.5% of students achieving medium-to-high outcome categories. Correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship between learning motivation and outcomes (r = 0.789, p < 0.01). Motivation explained about 62.3% of the variance in learning outcomes, indicating that learning motivation significantly influences achievement in Qur'an Hadith. Conclusion: The higher the students’ learning motivation, the better their learning outcomes. The findings imply that efforts to boost motivation – for example, through innovative teaching strategies, humanistic approaches, and reinforcement of Islamic values – can improve student performance in the Qur'an Hadith subject
IMPLEMENTASI METODE DRILL AND PRACTICE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA AL-QUR’AN SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN HADITS DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 8 MUARO JAMBI
This research is motivated by the low ability of students to read the Qur'an in reading the Qur'an in the Qur'an lesson at the State Islamic Junior High School 8 Muaro Jambi. Among the identified challenges are students’ difficulties in achieving fluency, errors in pronouncing makharijul huruf, and insufficient usage of tajwid rules. Therefore, there is a need for an effective and suitable learning approach to enhance students’ Qur’anic reading abilities. The purpose of this research is to detail the implementation of the drill and practice technique to improve students’ Qur’anic reading skills in the Al-Qur’an Hadith subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with Al-Qur’an Hadith educators, the principal of the school, and students, along with documentation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on those who are directly engaged and knowledgeable about the educational process. Findings from the study reveal that the drill and practice method was carried out using structured and repetitive reading exercises of the Qur’an, establishment of a reading routine of verses at the start of lessons, practice on makharijul huruf and tajwid, and timely feedback from the teacher. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI FASE F MOVING CLASS SOSIOLOGI R5 SMAN 1 SITIUNG
This study aims to examine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on improving students' problem-solving abilities in sociology learning, particularly among Grade XI Phase F students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung who initially demonstrated passive learning behavior and limited ability in identifying and solving problems. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving two purposively selected classes: one as the experimental group (36 students) that received instruction using the PBL model, and the other as the control group (36 students) that received conventional instruction. Data collection instruments consisted of problem-solving ability tests and a PBL response questionnaire, which was administered exclusively to the experimental group. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality and homogeneity tests, and an independent t-test. The results revealed a significant difference in posttest scores between the two groups, with the experimental group achieving a higher mean score of 84.81 compared to 69.56 in the control group. The t-test also showed that the calculated t-value (7.79) was greater than the critical t-table value (1.99), indicating a statistically significant effect of the PBL model on students’ problem-solving skills.
