PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING DI MI
Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning approach oriented by students with realistic and complex problems that must be solved by students. PBL allows students to actively learn the learning process and improve critical thinking and problem solving. PBL can improve students' critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (mi) in improving students' critical thinking. The research method used was a class campaign study on student problems. The results of the study showed that the implementation of PBL can improve students' critical thinking skills. This is because students are more active and involved in the learning process. Students can also analyze problems, identify solutions, and present discussion results. MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM KHAS DAARUT TAUHIID DI SMA DAARUT TAUHIID BOARDING SCHOOL PUTRA
This study examines the management of Daarut Tauhiid's distinctive curriculum at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra High School. The aim is to find out a clear picture of the management of the Daarut Tauhiid Specialized curriculum at Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra High School. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews, documentation studies, and observations with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, teachers, and students as informants. The results of this study are that a structured and comprehensive approach in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum has had a positive impact on the quality of graduates of SMA Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Putra. This positive impact can be seen from the improvement in the quality of aqidah, worship, morals, memorization of the Qur'an, and academic achievement. Thus, the curriculum management of Daarut Tauhiid High School has succeeded in achieving its goals in shaping the character and academic achievement of students holistically
KEAMANAN DATA DALAM SISTEM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DI PEKANBARU
This study aims to evaluate the level of data security, identify risks, and formulate solutions to enhance security in technology-based educational management systems in junior high schools (SMP) in Pekanbaru City. A quantitative approach using survey methods was employed to collect data from 50 schools selected through stratified random sampling. The primary instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, focusing on aspects such as authentication, data backups, and security training. The findings revealed that public schools outperformed private schools in implementing security measures, such as two-factor authentication (80% vs. 40%) and daily data backups (55% vs. 15%). Key risks identified included low backup frequency, insufficient adoption of security technologies, and users' limited awareness of data security threats. Proposed solutions include adopting advanced security technologies, regular training programs, comprehensive data management policies, annual evaluations, and government support. These measures aim to enhance student data protection, operational efficiency, and public trust in technology-based educational systems. This study provides significant contributions to the development of comprehensive and sustainable data security strategies in the education sector
PENYELARASAN RENCANA BIAYA DENGAN SUMBER PENDANAAN ORGANISASI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
This article aims to identify the components of education costs and their funding sources. Strategic planning in Islamic education plays an important role in managing budgets and funding sources to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of education. Strategic management includes cost planning, resource allocation and budget alignment with various funding sources such as government funds, community contributions, zakat, infaq and waqf. This article uses a descriptive method with a literature study approach to analyze budgeting and financial management strategies in Islamic education. The results show that aligning cost plans with appropriate funding sources can improve financial efficiency, prevent budget deficits and increase transparency. In addition, optimizing education funds through innovative strategies such as financial digitalization and transparent audit systems can support the sustainability of Islamic education programs. With proper planning, Islamic education can develop better, increase competitiveness, and produce a generation of academic and moral excellence
DESAIN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DALAM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (PAI)
The design of instructional media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is a fundamental element in supporting an effective and meaningful learning process. Media serves not only as a technical aid but also as a strategic means to transform Islamic values into contextual and relevant messages for students in line with the demands of contemporary times. In today’s digital era, learning media must be designed creatively, innovatively, and adaptively to foster students’ learning interest, deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings, and shape their Islamic character. This study aims to examine the key principles of instructional media design in the context of PAI learning and to analyze the challenges faced by teachers in developing and implementing such media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review, this article offers a comprehensive overview of how instructional media can be structured to address the integrative needs of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The findings indicate that effective PAI media design should consider alignment with learning objectives, the characteristics of learners, contextual Islamic values, and the wise utilization of digital technology
TRANSFORMASI SUPERVISI ADAPTIF PADA ERA DIGITAL
Educational supervision in the digital era contributes to transformation with an approach that is more adaptive, flexible and based on the real needs of education. The development of educational technology and the implementation of the new curriculum make adaptive supervision a response to changes in the dynamic learning environment. This article aims to examine in more depth the forms of adaptive supervision transformation in supporting the effectiveness of improving learning quality. A qualitative method with a literature study approach is used to identify various transformations of adaptive supervision. Scientific journals, academic books, policy reports, and recent research results are the sources of research data. The analysis used was content analysis. The results showed that the transformation in adaptive supervision identified two things, namely: (a) adjusting the approach to the characteristics of teachers and the environment; and (b) utilizing digital technology to support communication, data analysis, and learning reflection. The results of this study have implications for responsibility for the challenges faced with systemic support and continuous training
KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF, KOMUNIKASI TERBUKA DAN JELAS DALAM MICRO LEADING
A common phenomenon in micro-leadership practices across various work environments is poor communication between leaders and team members. Many leaders fail to recognize the importance of open and honest two-way communication and lack the skills to convey instructions or expectations clearly. This study aims to examine in depth how effective communication skills, open communication, and clear communication play a role in supporting the practice of micro leadership (micro leading). The research method used is a literature study, by analyzing various scientific sources, including reference books and national as well as international journal articles relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that effective communication includes the ability to deliver messages accurately, empathetically, and to build two-way dialogue. Open communication creates a participatory space that fosters trust and psychological safety within the team. Meanwhile, clear communication ensures that each member understands their roles, tasks, and expectations accurately. These three aspects support one another and form an essential foundation for the success of micro leadership in building a solid, adaptive, and productive team

This article examines the learning design of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on democratic and multicultural values, which can be the answer to the identity crisis experienced by the younger generation in the modern era. In the midst of the influence of globalization, technological development, and increasingly complex cultural and religious diversity, religious education is required to be more than just conveying doctrine. This approach offers learning experiences that encourage active participation, open dialogue, and reflection on students' social reality. Using a qualitative approach, this research was conducted through literature studies and case studies in schools that apply democratic values in Islamic education learning. The results show that this learning model is able to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere, strengthen a sense of empathy, and shape the character of students who are open to differences. The role of the teacher also becomes very important, namely as a value companion and dialogue facilitator, not just a text teacher. Although promising, the implementation of this approach still faces obstacles such as limited teacher understanding, lack of policy support, and lack of contextualized teaching materials. Therefore, cross-stakeholder cooperation is needed to ensure that religious learning is able to form a generation that is religious, tolerant, and ready to coexist in a diverse society

PERAN BKM (BADAN KEMAKMURAN MASJID) DALAM MEMAKMURKAN MASJID GAMPONG LIMPOK ACEH BESAR
Mosques are important places for worship and Islamic activities, but they are often under-active, especially in rural areas. This study examines how the Mosque Welfare Agency (BKM) revitalizes the Nurul Huda Mosque in Gampong Limpok, Aceh Besar, and the challenges it faces. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and related documents. Data were continuously analyzed to identify patterns and conclusions. The results show that the Nurul Huda Mosque, which began operating in 2016 with a large capacity and complete facilities, is revitalized by the competent BKM. The BKM is very active in holding regular religious activities such as religious studies, lectures, Yasinan (the recitation of the Yasin), and Friday sermons. They also organize social activities such as youth activities, competitions, maulid (the Prophet's birthday), meetings, and mutual cooperation (gotong royong). However, the BKM faces challenges such as a lack of funding, low youth participation, and disagreements among administrators. To address these challenges, the BKM raises funds, collaborates with other institutions, and holds internal meetings. The conclusion is that the BKM of the Nurul Huda Mosque is crucial and has successfully revitalized the mosque through various activities. Despite funding and internal challenges, the BKM continues to strive to make mosques the center of community activities
