HUBUNGAN MINAT BELAJAR DENGAN KEMATANGAN PEMILIHAN KARIR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI FASE F DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 1 BONJOL
This research is motivated by student behavior problems such as the presence of students who lack attention in following lessons, the existence of students who have low motivation to do assignments, and the existence of students who do not have a clear learning direction or goals. This study aims to find out 1). Describe the learning interests of class XI phase F students at SMA N 1 Bonjol. 2). Describe the maturity of career selection of class XI phase F students at SMAN 1 Bonjol. 3). Testing the relationship between interest in learning and the maturity of career selection of class XI phase F students at SMAN 1 Bonjol. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research population was all students of class XI phase F, with a total of 313 with a simple random sampling technique or random sampling which produced a total of 175 respondents according to the research criteria. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship with a value of -0.202 < of a p-value of 0.007 with a weak correlation level. Based on these results, it is recommended for students to continue to increase their interest in learning in the maturity of career selection in order to support success in the learning process. For guidance and counseling teachers to continue to encourage and motivate students to be able to increase their interest in learning and the maturity of career selection in the school environment
UPAYA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENINGKATAN MUTU DAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (SDM) DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NEGERI 2 KOTA MALANG
One of the principal's responsibilities in improving the quality of education is realized through efforts to develop the quality of teaching staff. This improvement covers aspects of pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competence. In the world of education, improving the quality of teachers plays an important role in producing outstanding students and creating an effective learning process. This study employs a qualitative method with an intrinsic case study design, focusing on the strategies implemented by the principal of State Elementary School 2 in Malang City to enhance human resource quality. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, limited participatory observation, and document analysis (school profiles, work plans, decision letters, meeting minutes, as well as official publications from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the school's website). The findings of this study indicate that: (1) strategies for improving teacher quality are implemented through various programs such as training, workshops, seminars, lesson studies, internal Subject Teacher Meetings (MGMP), and the use of digital technology; (2) there are supporting factors as well as obstacles that influence the process of improving human resource quality at MIN 2 Kota Malang; (3) The efforts undertaken by the school principal have yielded tangible results and significantly impacted the quality of human resources at the madrasah
PEMIKIRAN KI HADJAR DEWANTARA DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
This study examines the educational thoughts of Ki Hadjar Dewantara (KHD) from the perspective of Islamic law to reveal the common ground and its relevance. KHD, as a pioneer of Indonesian national education, offers a liberating educational philosophy, Tri Pusat Pendidikan, and Among System as well as the fundamental concept of Tri Nga concept of Tri Nga (Understand=know), (Feel=understand), (Nglakoni=do). On the other hand, Islamic law provides a universal value framework based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, with Maqashid Syariah as its main objective which includes the maintenance of religion, soul, mind, descendants, and property. Using the method of library research and comparative analysis. This study finds significant alignment between KHD's educational philosophy and the principles of Islamic law. The implication of the synthesis of these two thoughts is the development of a more integrative, innovative, and holistic model of Islamic education in Indonesia, capable of producing a generation that is intelligent, has noble character, is independent, and cares about society. This study contributes to interdisciplinary studies and provides practical guidance for the curriculum and practice of Islamic education
HUBUNGAN POLA PIKIR, KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP KECEMASAN AKADEMIK SISWA MA MU’ALLIMIN NWDI PANCOR
This study aims to analyze the relationship between mindset, self-confidence, and social support on students' academic anxiety at MA Mu’allimin NWDI Pancor, with the purpose of understanding the role of each factor in shaping students’ psychological conditions and providing a basis for developing effective learning strategies and interventions. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design, using proportional random sampling from the entire student population. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires measuring mindset, self-confidence, social support, and academic anxiety. Validity was tested using item-total correlation, reliability via Cronbach’s Alpha, and data were analyzed with multiple correlation and multiple linear regression after classical assumption testing. The results indicate that mindset, self-confidence, and social support are negatively and significantly associated with academic anxiety, with self-confidence being the most dominant factor. Simultaneous regression analysis showed that these three variables explained 67.4% of the variability in students’ academic anxiety, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach that combines internal factors with external support to effectively reduce academic anxiety. This study emphasizes the integration of a growth mindset, enhancement of self-confidence, and strengthening of social support as multidimensional intervention strategies in Islamic education
KEPEMIMPINAN VISIONER DALAM ORGANISASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BUDAYA MUTU DI SMKN 2 MARABAHAN
Visionary leadership to improve quality culture at SMKN 2 Marabahan can be implemented through various strategies and collaboration with teachers and staff. This research is a qualitative-research with an analysis process using descriptive analysis. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques are an approach used to understand, explain, and interpret non-numerical data. Data sources were taken from the principal and one of the teachers through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that a visionary leader must be able to convey a strategic vision and mission that is inspiring, this can be achieved through regular meetings to improve the teamwork culture between the principal and teachers and be able to integrate technology with educational strategies to create a modern and adaptive learning environment to strengthen the sharing of best practices. The novelty of this study lies in the emphasis on the integration between visionary leadership and quality culture in vocational education environments such as SMKN 2 Marabahan. The focus on vocational education provides a unique perspective considering the need for practical and professional skills in today's job market
MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS SDM GURU MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN DAN PELATIHAN DI SMA N 1 KALIANDA LAMPUNG SELATAN
Training can make the human resources of educational institutions more competent and professional, while development aims to trigger human resources to channel their innovation and creativity. The writing of this scientific article uses a qualitative method. Data is obtained through observation, where the researcher functions as an instrument to make observations, in-depth interviews with primary data sources and study documentation. Based on the data from the research, educators at the school strongly support the existence of training programs in improving the quality of education. With training, human resources or educators can develop all aspects of their abilities in accordance with their main tasks and functions. The development of human resources or educators at SMA N 1 Kalianda, South Lampung Regency has been running well. However, the implementation of the training program has not been maximized, and the results obtained in the development of human resources or teaching staff at SMA N 1 Kalianda, South Lampung Regency need improvement actions in the implementation aspect. So that the training program that has been planned runs according to the desired expectations. Although something perfect is impossible, but in modern times like this, educational institutions or agencies are required to continue to try to maintain and improve what is their goal

The Human Resources (HR) management system used must be in accordance with the needs of the organization, so that the recruitment process is not just filling employee vacancies or just getting ordinary HR, but highly dedicated and professional HR in their fields. The purpose of writing is to examine and analyze further how the teaching staff recruitment system in improving the quality of education carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. The method of writing this scientific article uses a qualitative method. Data is obtained through observation, where the researcher functions as an instrument to make observations, in-depth interviews with primary data sources and study documentation. The results of the educator recruitment process at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung are: Recruitment implementation, The series of new educator recruitment activities at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung develops according to the needs of the school and always learns from the experience of recruiting previous educators. MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI MTs AL KHAIRIYAH KALIAWI BANDAR LAMPUNG
Human resources are the most important asset in an organization/company, especially in an educational institution, so it is very important that existing human resources can be planned as well as possible, for the realization of organizational/institutional goals. The purpose of writing is to find and examine more deeply about human resource management in improving the quality of education at MTs Al Khairiyah Kaliawi Bandar Lampung. The method of writing this scientific article uses a qualitative method. Data is obtained through observation, where the researcher functions as an instrument to make observations, in-depth interviews with primary data sources and study documentation. The data were analyzed with interactive analysis through 3 activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are HR planning is designed and arranged systematically and based on school independence by taking into account the characteristics of the school, HR recruitment is carried out by prioritizing the principles of professionalism, selection is judged to have fulfilled professional elements, training conducted has had a positive impact and influence both for schools and personnel, work appraisal is carried out using two aspects, namely quantitative and qualitative aspects, compensation
MENERAPKAN KONSELING ISLAMI YANG KUAT MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI RUKUN IMAN
This Islamic counseling approach aims to provide holistic solutions for individuals facing psychological, emotional, and spiritual problems. This article aims to explore the implementation of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling and its impact on the psychological well-being of Muslim individuals. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 15-20 Muslim individuals who had participated in an Islamic counseling program. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations, then analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling has a positive impact on participants' spiritual beliefs, peace of mind, and ability to deal with problems. The majority of participants reported improved mental and emotional well-being, as well as the ability to accept life's trials better. This article makes an important contribution to understanding how the integration of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling practice can strengthen a more holistic and relevant counseling approach for the Muslim community, as well as address the challenges faced by counselors in their practice
PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DALAM MEMBANGUN SINERGI TIM GURU MENUJU MADRASAH UNGGUL (STUDI KASUS DI MTS AL MUJAHIDIN 2 SAMARINDA)
The role of transformational leadership in building teacher team synergy as a strategy towards a superior madrasah at MTs Al Mujahidin 2 Samarinda. Leadership in this madrasah is interesting because of the collective efforts to create a collaborative culture amidst the challenges of educational change and increasing demands for quality. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, involving the madrasah principal and teachers as key informants through interviews, observations, and documentation. The madrasah principal consistently applies the four dimensions of transformational leadership: ideal influence, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention. Strategies such as regular forums, teacher involvement in decision making, and internal training are key to building solid team synergy. Challenges in administrative burdens and resistance to change, the madrasah principal is able to manage obstacles through an adaptive and relational approach. Transformational leadership not only increases individual motivation and performance, but is also able to engineer a collaborative, reflective, and progressive organizational culture. The novelty of this study lies in the application of transformational leadership in a madrasah based on Islamic values and this leadership style forms teacher synergy as the main foundation towards a superior madrasah
