The availability of school facilities and infrastructure is a key factor in supporting the effectiveness of educational activities. This study aims to analyze the level of readiness of school facilities, particularly related to classrooms and learning technology devices such as anyboards, in supporting the teaching and learning process. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach through direct observation, interviews with educators, and document studies related to mapping educational facility needs. The results show that most schools still face significant obstacles in the form of limited adequate classroom space. This condition results in alternating classroom use and impacts the effectiveness of learning time. Furthermore, the lack of modern learning technology devices, including anyboards, hinders the implementation of interactive and digital learning strategies that should increase student participation and understanding. These findings emphasize the need for more optimal planning for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, including the construction of additional classrooms and the provision of technology devices relevant to current learning needs. This research is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in developing programs to continuously improve the quality of educational facilities

The purpose of this article is to review and propose a conceptual model of sustainable education financing in the context of developing countries, integrating the principles of education economics and fiscal sustainability. The background of this research is based on the fact that many education systems face long-term fiscal pressures, dependence on central funds, and weak financing governance.  This research was conducted through a conceptual approach based on a comprehensive literature review. The main sources included books on educational economics theory, indexed scientific journals (Scopus, ERIC), and reports from global institutions such as the OECD, UNESCO, and the World Bank. The analysis was conducted through a narrative synthesis of three main dimensions: fiscal, institutional and political sustainability. The study produced a Sustainable Education Financing (SEF) model consisting of four main components: (1) Revenue Mix Strategy to diversify funding sources; (2) Rule-Based Allocation as a results-based allocation mechanism; (3) Stability Fund and Endowment Fund to anticipate fiscal risks; and (4) Digital-based Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System. This model promotes efficiency, accountability, and multi-actor participation. The main novelty of this article lies in the development of a financing framework that incorporates an interdisciplinary approach and the principle of long-term sustainability

The largest contributor comes from the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Foundation, contributing 36.5 percent in 2024, followed by the alumni fund which provided 28.9 percent, plus contributions from corporations and other donors. The accumulated funds are primarily allocated for scholarships, accounting for 58.3 percent; cross-disciplinary research 15.6 percent; and the enhancement of academic infrastructure 22.1 percent. The researcher notes that the management of the funds is conducted transparently and professionally—together with BNI Asset Management, the average annual return is at 9.8 percent, surpassing prolonged inflation

PROFIL MASALAH EMOSIONAL PESERTA DIDIK BERPRESTASI AKADEMIK DENGAN TEMAN SEBAYA (STUDI KUALITATIF PADA PESERTA DIDIK DI SMAN 2 PASAMAN)

This research is motivated by the emotional problems experienced by students with academic achievements in interacting with peers at SMAN 2 Pasaman. This problem is important to examine because difficulties in understanding oneself can affect the quality of social relationships and communication between students. This study aims to uncover the profile of emotional problems of academically outstanding students in the context of social interaction. The method used was qualitative descriptive by involving two key informants and four additional informants, namely a homeroom teacher, a counseling guidance teacher, and two peers (male and female). Data was collected through interviews, then analyzed by data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that some students have difficulty understanding themselves, especially in managing emotions and openness to sharing feelings. Negative emotions tend to be suppressed because of the difference between the feelings felt and the attitudes displayed. This condition creates communication barriers and potential conflicts with peers. Although academic achievement can increase confidence and courage to interact, emotional control is still an aspect that needs to be strengthened. Therefore, it is recommended that schools provide emotional skills development programs through training, group counseling, and activities that encourage openness, so that students' social interaction and self-understanding can be more optimal
